Did a good and thorough inspection of a car I was intending to buy. Gave good and sound advice at a reasonable price. Ive been taking my cars here, for the last couple of years and have enjoyed their fast, friendly service. Theyre good, honest mechanics.

Local Auto zone, they know me by name and that makes me feel great because it shows that they care by asking if I fixed the problem I had with my 1977 Volvo. They are amazing
Great experience returning snow chains that didnt fit my vehicle. Less great experience purchasing them there. But cant blame the associate, show chains did list my tire size in their fit chart.
The store was pretty empty when I came in for a couple items. No line for register, but as I headed for checkout i was in line for what seemed like 20 min while the two employees helped customers look up parts. The check out line was getting longer or maybe it was the help line for looking up parts in the store. I think they should have two lines one for customers ready to pay and one for parts lookups. That should help with keeping customers in the building longer than they have to be because that location is really not that big. The employees working were fine, its the method of operation that should be looked at to help get patrons out the store in a timely manner. Just my opinion.
Very helpful staff, friendly and bilingual (English and Spanish). Parking is easy and this store is easily accessible from Highway 101. This car parts store is well-stocked and organized.

Said on Internet they had part in stock. Went there, they didnt have any in stock. I wasted my gas to drive there, took 20 minutes to find a parking place there. Really bad parking and service. Stood in line for 20 minutes, because only one person at register. Long line no service. Really bad!😡
The service was great but the need to work on hiring more personnel. It took them half an hour to get to the register. There was only one person attending all customers (cashierin, parts and customer service).

Extremely hard to notice as you drive by. The lights facing the street were half out. The windows are covered up with something that makes it look like its closed down. The entrance and the parking is in the back, and a tiny driveway -- barely one car wide -- takes you from the street to the back. If someone is leaving as you try to enter, you are out of luck. The store needs some help.But the people inside were very friendly and helpful. They helped me look for what I needed. When it turned out to be out of stock, they told me where I could go to find it.

The store was a bit hard to find because I was looking for the traditional Auto Zone with parking in front. After searching for a few minutes I found that it sits backwards on the lot with the front door in the back. They had what I needed at a reasonable price.
They were slow not very helpful it was like I wasnt even there, bad connection, it use to be a good place to shop not any more, I go just because its the only auto part close by☹️

If I found one thing wrong with autoshack I have a complaint cuz its not a shack its a warehouse and if you didnt come to work go home its a good job for somebody who really wants to work and the district manager come from a great family and his dishes manager I never met but one day Id like to meet him as well and his district district manager I did not say dishes manager for I would watch this mans dishes not for his attention for the fact he knows how to make a business one
Your regular autozone. The staff was helpful. Can get busy waiting for help though, so be patient. This store can also be a bit tricky to get into the lot from the street. Its usually busy as well.

Friendly staff. Had the parts I needed. Parking a little tricky in the back of the store. In the evenings, a club next door opens and limited parking fills up fast. I recommend that you visit earlier in the day.

It would be difficult to find a store that is less efficient. Go to the Redwood City location if you want a good shopping experience. Otherwise, plan on waiting a long, long time. If there are 4 people in line, you can assume it will take you an hour.And whatever you do, do NOT order online for store pickup! They do not process them at this store for days, and even then, you cant just come in and pick it up like they advertise, you still have to wait in the crazy long, slow line. Not worth it.Only thing going for it? Very nice staff (not efficient, just nice).

Went in to get a headlamp. Guy looked it up for me, showed me the bulbs and told me the past number, asked if I needed one or two, picked out the cheapest pair and suggested it. Convenient and easy.
I like the store and the workers are friendly. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is I had to bring back 3 power steering pump that were all defective. Ended up going to pick & pull to get a used one instead of autozones refurbished ones cause they dont make new for my year anymore. So time my car ended up down for repairs was almost 3 weeks and cost to pay my mechanic should have been less than $100 for the first repair but ended up paying almost $600 for all the additional work and going to pick and pull to remove that one.When I brought back the first pump the worker even told me that they are considering not selling them anymore due to having so many problems with the referbished pumps.

Had a really great experience at this Autozone location yesterday. I needed to replace the battery in my car, and while another Autozone was out of stock, they held the right battery type at this location. Upon arrival, an employee spent 20 minutes extracting the old battery from my car, ringing up the new battery (with the battery exchange discount of about $20), and then installing the new battery in my car. Overall, top notch service. Its probably harder for them to spend so much time per customer if theyre super busy, but if they have time, theyll put in the effort.

Nasty customer service, rude workers this morning I called the store with the part number was told they had the part in the store then I arrived there and they said that they would have to speacial order it and walked away I stayed waiting for them to let me know what I would have to do or if I needed to pay before they ordered it. I was told to go home and order it online. Never coming to this place ever again.

Very busy store. Only one cashier and one security guard. Two people in front of me went out empty handed since they had no parts. I had a pickup and had to wait since the cashier had a computer issue. A hard store to get out of from the back parking lot since it is busy street at 3:30pm Friday.
