Alwayshavewhat I need. They must improve on getting their customers out of them checkouts lines faster.

This particular Dollar Tree is one of my best, always stocked and with items you want and need. The cashier is very friendly I dont know her name, if DT can find more like her that would be a big plus. Cashier always there in the AM 5 Stars for her.

It was a great experience the cashier was very nice an they had just what i needed there it was very clean inside the store, I will always go there an like i said the works all of them are real nice and plesent Im very pleased with the store on Central Ave, in East Orange all what u need is there an more.

Different locations have different items and by comparison to some of the ones in other neighborhoods this one is lacking in the quality of items it carries

I went to this particular store about 9am on a Thursday morning, a large man with two U-boat was the register scanning item so there was a line so I ask the man nicely is there another register open he turn around and look at me and said in a nasty manner, so I said do I have to wait here until u scan all ur Merchandise he said yes, I SHOULD HAVE COME TO THE STORE EARLIER ( HOW RUDE) then the store manager came out and he wasnt any better, I will never go back in that store the stock boy and store manager is nasty,

It is an excellent store but they have to improve the long lines they always have a single cashier many times you have to leave the items because they do not have enough staff to serve the customer they need cashiers

The cashier was very nice and the store is very organized and clean

My experience was standing in a long line with one cashier who did call for back up. His call for help was not heeded for several minutes. With 6 or 7 other people working in the store doing stocking someone finally came to assist the other cashier.

Long lines wrapping around several aisles, grumpy customers..... thats why its a dollar ⁉️

Not crowded at all but still you wait at least 20 min trying to pay for your products. You spend twice as long waiting in line to get to the register than you do shopping. It is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. This store needs to stop being cheap and ensure they have sufficient staff to run the store properly. The service there is deplorable.

This store is always under staffed. The check out lines are always off the chain.

Dollar Tree is a great store to shop at where everything is actually $1. You can easily lose yourself shopping and end up spending a lot of money, but the best thing about it is that you leave with a whole lot of food and stuff. Theres no worry that you spent a lot of money and nothing to show for it like at the supermarket. I recommend it. Youll find lots of the same things you would find at the supermarket. I gave it 4 stars because they dont stock their shelfs fast enough and they dont have enough cashiers working. Regardless, I still recommend this store to everyone.

Great customer service . I needed balloons really quickly while in the area for a memorial and did not want to drive back to my usual store. I called and they responded and helped with gathering other items. The store is a good size, although a bit messy in a small area of the store it flowed really well. Thank you for assisting today and serving with a smile.

My wife loves this place She gets all of our household items here,,from bleach to tissue, laundry detergent an more. You cant beat their prices.. I just hate because they have so much good stuff she takes forever an always buy more everytime than she expects to.lol.

Never had any problem at this one. They usually have what Im looking for especially the balloons. The parking lot is big and they need to put a big sign out front to show where they are located at..

Cashiers are slow. The longest line ever! The shelves are empty and all the products are either still on the floor cluttered or in the back because nobody got to them. Not enough workers or they dont show up to work.

I shop at Dollar Tree stores in Ontario, so when I came into New Jersey and needed a few items, I went in to shop.While they had a wider variety of items than the stores in Ontario, I was unimpressed that the clerk scanned items multiple times, thereby charging me for more items than I bought. Once, I can overlook as a mistake. Five times are unacceptable and dishonest.I heard when she rang through one item twice and I did question it, but I became distracted and forgot to check the receipt in front of her. The item I asked about was one of those that I paid for twice.I wont ever shop at this particular store again.

Not please they took $24.10 from me it was taken off my card but I didnt receive it..what can I do to get my money...

I really like this Dollar Tree and I visit the store at least twice a week. Overall, the store does have the things I come there for, except one item ( Witch Hazel). They seemed to have it in stock once every 3 months. At best, I dont have much of a complaint about the conditions, customer service or product availability. At it worst, the store used to have a lot of rat droppings on the shelf and the supplies in the notebooks and children activity aisle were always a mess. And yes, sometimes the cashiers do have a funky attitude and the lines in the store are always long with one cashier serving 15 to 20 customers. I love Dollar Tree unfortunately I think the management need to do better to improve the morale of employees and the conditions in the store. We need the store in our community and Dollar Tree need our bucks to keep running such a great empire. Lets work together to make it happen!!😄😄

This Dollar Tree is a mess!!Wont be back

This store is an absolute mess. They have four registers, but only one of them is ever on. Ive never even seen that fourth register in use. There is piles of boxes behind it. That register is being used for storage. They are severely understaffed, and the lines are extremely long. The line was so long, that I put down my basket and left. Then the fat red-haired black lady stopped me at the door, and asked to check my bad, and accused me of stealing. I didnt want to wait on your stupidly long line just buy toothpaste. That doesnt mean I was stealing. They will be hearing from my attorney.

Twenty plus people in line before theyd open a second register. Smh

The cashiers could use customer service training in order to know how to better communicate and service customers. This store has a million boxes! The floor people are helpful.It takes them a while to react to open another register when their are 10 people standing in one line!!! Hard to find things at times. If they have what you want at all, they run out of it very quickly. Their inventory control is lacking! Do not recommend at this time.

Needs to be cleaned up. Boxes in the aisles left by workers so you cant get around the store. Looks like a junk store no matter what time you come in there. The cashiers are nice and helpful thats why they get a two.

The manager and staff at this Dollar Tree on Main Street in Orange are the nicest people. They were helpful to me when I was purchasing a lot of things. On a few occasions I have seen treat their regular customers like family. Beautiful people.

Very good to get items inexexpensively and quickly, like paper products and cooking utensils. A little unorganized but thats understandable as they get a lot of business. Im sure its hard to keep everything stocked and in order since they are so busy. The staff is amazing. Always smiling and willing to help.

Could be 4 ..shelves are not fix.Not enough choices to pick from..everything else is ok..just my opinion.

This dollar tree never has enough cashiers. Ever since they opened the max I’ve seen is two. It’s always a mess or has so many items out of stock. If you must go here, go during the times when everyone is at work or still asleep. Especially with the virus, this store is always crowded.

This Dollar Tree is surrounded by different restaurants & discount stores. It is a fairly large store compared to other Dollar Trees in the area. If you can catch this store right after a truck delivery, then youre in luck to find an abundance of different items to choose from! The staff here is very friendly & willing to assist you.

Theres a lot of products in stock, but its just not very well organized. And never go during a restock there will be boxes everywhere no space for carts but a basket will do just fine overall the customer service was great

This is one of the dirtiest and nastiest Dollar Tree that no one should waste their money in. Items were on the floor instead of the shelves. No one was picking up anything to clean with. This is not my first visit were this store was disaster. The entire store is a disappointing. I had to ask the cashier Shanika if she had an attitude. She was talking to my 5 year old Granddaughter as if she was on her last nerve. Sucking her teeth and rolling her eyes. A replacement of staff should help this store better. Not to mention the people they let and watch steal items in the food aisle.

Busy when I visited yesterday. Store was not as clean with stock not out, items misplaced & on the floor. However, they had what I went in for. Also, my cashier was courteous.

This store is always dirty, no organization and boxes blocking aisles, return are usually in the push cart and there never any available for the customers. Went in on numerous occasions lines to the back of the store . One thing great cashiers always greet you with a smile.

Everything $1 has a lot of stuff only bad thing is the lines usually only 1 register open but considering the owners of most of the Bodegas in The Oranges Newark and Irvington shop there to stack their shelves and charge us from 1.99-2.99 for same item they paid 1 for at dollar tree the line becomes worth the wait
