Luckily I was having a good day because I was two seconds from getting extremely upset . The girl was rude as if she didn’t want to be there and when she couldn’t get a sell out of me she ignored me, wouldn’t pass me my phone from behind her computer, I had to do it myself and immediately said “next guest” ignoring me . The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s so bad that I almost don’t want to keep this carrier . Do better with your staff ! Make sure they want to actually serve the customers when you hire them !

Bad service, girl at the store had a very stink attitude. She acted like I came to the store to beg or like she doesn’t want to be there. Made a complaint to customer care, I hope they really take care of it.

I called this store asking if they had a specific phone and the worker was so rude she couldn’t answer my question. Every other store answered without any issues. Don’t waste your money, choose another location

Truthfully a great experience. The reps there are quite helpful but i did notice how knowledgeable Carlos was with both apple and android. He set up my note 9 nicely and now I know who to go to anytime Im in need. Promote him first...

Went into the store to see if I could add a third line based on something I’d seen in the app when paying a bill. I was told yes but had to pay taxes and fees which is standard.1. Was told that the same number would not be able to be switched over which is ridiculous because I myself was able to switch my number back to T-Mobile. (I just couldn’t remember the process) I believe this rep just did not know how or did not want to go through the trouble and did not provide the facts.2. After going through the whole process, there was now an issue with the receipt having another stores information. At this point I had been in the store for 45 minutes or more already. I left and came back for the receipt to be told that they now needed my card again and wait. The issue didn’t get resolved but we’re finally cleared to have ease.3. I contacted T-Mobile after this experience and as known, the rep should’ve been able to port in the number by just letting us know we both needed to call the carriers and change responsibility.As much as they were trying to have positive customer service, the time frame and inability to utilize the same number is highly frustrating.Sorry for the lengthy message.

I came in this location to pay my phone bill & a store associated by the name of Zahnae was very pleasant to me, and she worked in a timely manner to get me in and out of the store but it was honestly too hot inside of the store, You guys have to have better conditions for customers and employees. If I could rate her separately I’ll definitely give her 5 starts.

The employees are great and make the experience personal. Whatever the problem it is that you are having they will make sure you leave with some type of solution. Like this store way better than Orange! The manager Whitney is so kind!! Thanks for the help guys!! You rock !

If I can give zero star I would do so. This store is the worst Tmobile store, I was discriminated against and they refused me service because I was black. The manager Lauren a white lady denied me service and told me to go elsewhere. She said because one of the rep said I was slow in providing my id and my I’d fell down, Of which I did provide, you see run from this people. Am getting the local news and my attorney involved, do not go to this Tmobile, discrimination and rudeness is the other of the day

The service was terrible Whitney tf so called manager was no help my iPhone 6 was stolen along with my IDs even though I was customer for 2 years they did nothing. Even though the rep on phone approved. I went right to metro PCs got a cell no problem for $50. Sage to say Im leaving T-Mobile thanks a lot. And I will be calli g corporate. This was the worst customer service I have received by far. BEFORE coming here I read mixed reviews with some really good ones and some terrible ones. Now after what I experienced I feel like it was a prejudice situation. Since coming into the store no one said a thing to us unless I stood there basically begging for someone to even acknowledge me. THEN finally he decides to respond to me and honestly the guy was so high his eyes were super red and he was so slow at responding even the simplest of questions. Everything I asked him was new information to him and he didnt even try to get help he just ended up telling me stupid, idiotic things he came up with. Then they ended up wasting my time, on mothers day & on a Sunday we planned to go there to get my mom her new phone as a gift. This guy told me to call sprint to cancel and after being on hold the sprint guy tells me he needed to speak to the tmobile representative and this other tmobile rep steps in and is amazingly rude about it. So unprofessional and soo much attitude when I was just talking to him normally. That attitude was uncalled for. He was basically explaining to me how he didnt want to help us, nevermind do his job. I needed a book of instructions to do all of the steps he was telling me to do. So if I can do it all by myself why should do you have a job or make comission on sales? After arguing with him over how he didnt want to do his job or help us in any way, I finally asked him if he even wants to make a sale and help me? He did not. Then he told me to go to another store then. I was so upset at how they treated me I had to calm down and come back to get their business card so I can write to corporate. Seeing how I am already a customer and bringing my mom to open another two lines along with 2 new phones, I am amazed at how unprofessional these people were. Everyone in there except the girl were rude and unprofessional. She was the only one to hand me their business card. Since I moved to new jersey from new york this is the closest tmobile to me and maybe I should just switch to a company that values their customers that are so loyal and satisfied that they choose them to bring their mothers on mothers day to do business with them.
