I purchased 3 bundles 22 inches of 9a body wave bundles on 4/28/2021. I had it installed and the stylist did the fold over method without cutting the hair. By the next week, the hair was shedding and tangling up. I spent $230 for this hair not to last for 2 weeks. I’ve co-washed this hair to see if it helps and it didn’t.

Omg I just love Tracy, she is the most customer service driven woman I know. She knows all about hair care. I will be shopping here for now on because I feel at home every time I’m there. I watched miss Tracy take care of a young lady that was extremely shy and depressed, her hair was matted and she only had 10 dollars. Miss Tracy helped her pick out a 10 $ wig and she purchased lashes with her own money to help the young lady, she did her makeup and when she was done the young girl cried with joy. Now that what I call caring service.

New bundle hair supplier in S. Orange. Very nice and will give you the best price for your money. Hair is of good quality. The assistant Tracy is very knowledgeable about the hair that is sold and they give great personal customer service!! Tracy also style the hair and she does eye lashes

The reception was awesome and I got a good discount. I’ll be buying more from this store. The store manager is very nice and considerate.

The staff dont help you that much

They advertised a virgin hair full lace wig when in fact it isn’t human hair. In a matter of 5 days the hair matted, tangled and shredded really bad. Not even comb-able. Not even after a deep condition and wash, the hair was still matted bad. I tried to get a refund they saying all sales are final which isn’t fair because I didn’t spend 539$ for my hair to only lay 5 days! I want a refund and I would never shop with them againUPDATEI TRIED to delete my previous post but unable to so I wanted to give an update that the situation was taken cared of. Thank you 🙏🏾

I bought some hair from there and I love it, plus the customer service from Tracy is awesome, she knows her stuff and she treats all of us with love, I love coming to shop here, she should be a manager 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
