I was able to get in and out quickly. The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. They went an extra mile and told me to pick up proper tools and steps to resolve my issue.

Very good Auto store you must visit when looking for hard to fine parts for your car they will have it 9 times out of 10 they willlet you know were to pick up the parts from and if someone will have it in.stock or will have it delivered to me

Ive been frequenting this autozone as its close to where I reside. They are usually very helpful with whatever questions or help I need. Ive never had a problem. Only reason I didnt give them 5☆ is because they dont enforce the mask mandate. Unfortunately, this isnt the best area and folks dont abide by the rules like they should. Other than that, I must say, Im even happier that as of a couple of months ago, there has been an increase of female employees. So used to seeing predominantly male employees that seeing a full front of females running the show is a beautiful change to a predominantly run male scene. I tip my hat to them.

This place is so filthy and dirty. The outside garbage cans are always full with trash all over the grounds. The most disgusting thing I ever saw entering any place is a mouse trap in the window of the store front entrance. Crystal the store manager could use more customer service. Please remove the mouse trap from the front door window entrance on the left sitting in the window . Management needs alot of training.

Poor service. Autozone used to install headlights, so I asked for help to attendant (Jodie). Service had a $10 additional payment. No way. Other stores offer service at no extra payment. When I paid for the product, Jodie put item in a useless bag. I asked for a new bag and he said that product is not heavy and I did not need a bag for it. What a shame! The worst service

I am very pleased with the service I received from AutoZone in West Orange and East Orange. I needed a product and the store in West Orange was out of it. The young man who was helping to the initiative to call the store in East Orange to make sure it was in stock and asked for it to be ready for me. I paid for my product in West Orange and went to their store in East Orange and the sales person had my items waiting for me. I am very pleased with their service and I most definitely will make AutoZone my store for my automobile needs.

Very polite ppl.i needed a 3/8 inner diameter hose, just a 1- foot piece. They took me in the back and showed me a their stock and patiently helped me with the right hose.

The guy that help me said first go that line than he help me than said the battery is at two other auto zone. I asked him if they can deliver it since my car won’t start he said no. Than I asked if he is able to give me a jump he states no they don’t have a portable jump. So now I’mStuck in the parking lot trying to have someone help.. if you don’t like you job find a new one

I guess AutoZone is okay they even have guys on the premises that will put parts on your car for you, little parts such as your windshield wiper they change your battery for you, things that are quick exactly four a driver thats not sure I would wear certain parts go. LoL 😁 theyre willing to help you out for a small fee. As far as inside of the establishment, they need more help because two lines and with only one teller isnt good... Smh 😶

AutoZone is a great local source for just about every auto part you might need. I ordered a part that I needed, and they got it in within 2 days. I have a suggestion if youre looking for a particular part. If you call and they say that they have the part, ask them to check if its in stock.

Im just here to let you know not to let the dude outside fix anything on your car it wont work. Unfortunately I was stranded so I let him diagnose and fix it enough to get me home but theres no warranty on the work and if you dont already know what youre doing its all guesswork.

Went here because my brake light was out and check engine light on, staff was super friendly and very helpful in finding me a new brakelight, installing it for me, and running a diagnostic on my engine. Whole thing took under than 20 minutes and cost less than $10.

One of the worst autozones I have been to. Employees are very slow and rude. They have little to know knowledge about the parts and when you cant explain a part to them they ask you to go to your mechanic then come back. I thought they should know at least something about cars!! Anyway Ken tall black worker is ways there when I go taking his sweet a$$ time moving throughout the store. Lack of structure in this store and the lines dont even get me started. Took me 20 minutes to pay for brake fluid while one person looked up a part for one customer while managers and other employees just walk around looking lost. I hate this tore. Close it down or how about you hire a. Whole new staff!
