The guy need more energy or more customer service, definitely he need to stay in another place.

I go here all the time to ship Amazon returns. They are definitely overwhelmed with traffic and have a hard time serving everyone on time. But they always try to do their best. Thank you for your help over the years!

Easy to see right off of Hewitt Square servicing East Northport and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Good for large packages. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

I went in to buy the tube to put a poster in, and ship it. The sales rep. would not stop talking to listen to me. I wanted the cheapest, slowest shipping option, and he wanted me to send it Overnight for $50. I asked cost for first class mail and was told it was not an option, so I just wanted to buy the tube. I only had a $50 or $100 bill, and he wouldnt accept them for such a small purchase. I bought nothing.

Sketchy. I was doing an amazon return and had two items in the same bag (both were going to the same exact return location). The staff member said i couldn’t do that but that she’d give me another bag. After she takes my packages and enters them into the computer she turns and says that will be $2.49 for the bag. There are no prices posted anywhere on the wall with the bags—had i known she was charging me i would have just gone home to get one. She didn’t say she was selling me a bag she said I will give you one. Very sketchy way of doing business—i will be sure to use a different UPS store next time.

The staff was nice and they packed my package very well, but they tried to charge me $112 to ship a package I took to FedEx instead, where they charged $55.
