My review for this store is not good..completely took advantage of senior citizens. They played with the intelligence of senior citizens so sad. They made an error with a delivery and pointed the finger towards the senior citizen. No apologies…no compassion. The senior citizen customer back was up against the wall and had to keep the carpet. Protect your senior citizens and their money.Update: we both know the truth. Shame on your business. Lies is not a way of handling business.

This place is a complete scam. The carpet is horrible. It is ripped everywhere, the installation was awful. There are giant creases in the middle of the carpet. We were told it would flatten out over time. It never did. Do not use this awful company.

Great floor covering choices, wonderful salespeople, Mike the owner treats you like family and the installers are tops

The salesman told me everything I wanted to hear. Then the installers showed up...and told me a completely different story. Suddenly I had to argue and negotiate all over again. Turns out the installers were a third-party vendor...who showed up in a rusted-out, unmarked van.The installation was sloppy and careless. When I called the office the woman I spoke to was unprofessional, dismissive, and disinterested. She told me to talk to the installers myself. When I contracted for carpeting, I wasnt told I had to supervise the laborers on my own.Thinking I was getting a professional installer, I didnt mind paying more than others quoted for a similar grade of carpeting. Instead, I got a marginal job with a lot of extra aggravation.

Very disappointing experience. Poor communication of the job agreement between the clerical staff and installers resulting in damage to our furniture. Long story. We visited the store with pictures of the damage and made phone calls. Still, Marina has ignored repairing the damage. The installers, not happy with the job instructions, made snide remarks of complaint. The installers did not have the proper equipment to successfully accomplish one part of the installation. I had to borrow tools from a neighbor.All that said, to be honest, the carpeting was installed well.

I would like to thank Mike K and Marina Carpet for their over the top customer service. We recently purchased wall to wall carpeting for our new home. Pricing was reasonable and installation was fast. However, we had a problem. Due to the type of carpeting that we ordered and a minor mistake the installer made, we were unhappy with one seam. Actually Mike was more upset than we were. He expects perfection and 100% customer satisfaction. His response was to have us pick out new carpet and rip out the old one. We were blown away with his concern and response. Thank you Mike.

I am very impressed with product and installation. I choose the vinyl simulated wood finish flooring (comes in a large role) for my basement room. Its thick with some cushioning that feels comfortable to walk on.The precision work of Marinas installer was amazing. Somehow he cut the end of this huge role, to accommodate a five leg (each end plus 3 in the middle) 10 foot bench that is built into the wall with cabinetry. It has 5 narrow legs from front to back that are 1x by 16 wide built on top of old flooring, I was sure I would need six pieces of molding. Instead, when they put down the flooring they cut it so close to perfect, the molding is unnecessary. The handiwork of their installer is just amazing.

Mike and his staff are amazing to work with and will never steer you wrong.
