Good service, got what I needed & the young lady who attended me was very courteous, Good job T-Mobile....

Broke my phone and needed a replacement right away. Hadnt been to this store since the merger of Sprint and T-mobile. Sandra the customer service associate took care of me with fast, courteous and knowledgeable service. She set up my phone with a new screen protector and case. Thank You Sandra for making want to stay with T-mobile.

If I could Id give 0 stars. This place continues to be a joke full of incompetent employees who cannot give you proper customer service even if their life depended on it. Rather than to try and help you they come at you with a million excuses and no solutions they rather push you straight to customer service 611 rather than attempt to help you.

What a great experience! Had a tough week, injured myself, then dropped my phone in water, which killed my phone. So I went into this T mobile where I met a wonderfully young lady, named BELINDA ZAMBRANO Omg. So patient, helpful and kind. Instead of pushing a quick phone sale to make her commissions... she listened, and gave me options. What an amazing person. Do yourself a favor, if you need a new phone and or assistance Go See Her! When I visited this branch to solve my phone problem, unfortunately, this company is about bringing in bills only. There is no effective service. Just talk. There is no service.

Half the time I come here Im left frustrated. From them adding insurance and services to my phone line without telling me, which I only find out about when I get my bill and have to spend my time on the phone with customer service to remove them. To even taking simple payments and applying to wrong phones. These people need some training or at the very least some caffeine so they are able to pay attention.

Bad customer service

These people don’t know what good customer service is. I am very patient, especially because I work in retail myself. I don’t get upset right away, I try to talk, listen to what they have to say...but they just don’t know how to do customer service correctly. They put up excuses for things that they messed up in, don’t try to help you even though they were at fault, and go around the problem. WORST SERVICE EVER.

I walked in to buy a Galaxy S9. There were several salespersons in the store huddled at the far end of the store playing and looking at their phones. I was never approached or asked if I needed any assistance. People wonder why buying online is so attractive. Well, this is one of the reasons. Even if the sales persons were busy, one of them could have said to me that I would soon be helped. If it were my store, I would teach my employees to never let a potential customer go.

This is my preferred tmobile location. Ive been to plenty tmobile location but this one is the best. I always tell people the employees are awesome here. They truly go above and beyond to help you out. Its always booming because they are proactive and try to make sure you get everything you need. The wait is never long.

If you need a sim card. . DO NOT COME TO THIS T MOBILE AS U WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING! This store was charging me 30$ for a new son card when a different store gave it to me for free! Ridiculous honestly. .

I tried to call TOMOBILE over the phone to pay off my current phone and get the Samsung for $0 down. But the woman from the Phillipines could not understand what I wanted. Her customer service was terrible. So I went into this store location.The store was packed but the moment I walked in a worker ran up to me and had me sign in to save my spot.Then I had the best Customer Service face to face in a long time! David B. was awesome! He gave me exactly what I needed within 10 minutes. He educated me on T-Mobiles new features but did not pressure me like a salesman. He just made the information available to me and left it in my hands.David B needs a raise! He knows how to talk to people while still having the perfect sales pitch every time without being pushy. You can tell hes a real cool down to earth person that cares about you and will do his best to help you out.I thought I was over T-Mobiles customer service but the in store experience has me thinking differently now. One of the best T-Mobile stores Ive been to! Ive had bad luck when it comes to finding a T-Mobile store where the staff isnt rude - it seems like every T-Mobile in Montebello (especially the one in Beverly) is full of people that dont actually enjoy helping customers. I actually wanted to switch one of my lines to JUMP on Demand and visited that location on Beverly Blvd. The staff seemed to enjoy fighting with me and stating that it was impossible on my old plan and insisted that I switch and pay a lot more money for data and such if I wanted to change my line over. I stood my ground and just decided to leave; they werent going to take my plan away. I went to this location and I cant believe how smoothly things went. Within 30 minutes, I walked out the door with a Galaxy Note 5 for $0 down and all without changing my plan. I seriously suggest you give this location a try because the staff here actually seems to know what theyre doing. The cashier that was helping me out was even quite friendly and joked around as he set up my phone.

Employees are unprofessional, there is loud Spanish music playing inside, youre told 5 minutes wait but that turns into 25 minutes, the place smells bad and some employees are rude and make you move so they can get on the computer but they can just go to it from the other side. The bad smells and the loud music being played make it seem as if I am walking in to someones dirty room not a business. I get a page receipt when I said I just wanted text. I guess I got the blonde who is mentioned in a similar 1 star review of this place. This place needs to get looked at and the employees need serious retraining. .01 stars

Always have some sort of issue with this T-mobile store! they think theyre tech savvy but try to tell me my phone is messed up because my SCREEN PROTECTOR was cracked.Litteraly happened more than 3 times! such a joke! Stay away from this place. Just called today to ask if my replacement phone was available for pick up since my phone had died, and they gave me such an attitude saying i should have received a text saying it was ready and that it was obviously not ready since i had not gotten the txt. How am i suppose to get the txt if my phones being replaced -.-t.

Puro tranza I wanted a new phone and they told me I could get it on payments if I qualified, but they never Ever mentioned I was just leasing the phone I wasnt buying it.
