Absolutely Amazing Store, Associates Kate And Bree were so Helpful and Kind with our in store purchases! Hugh Selection inside would deff reccomend to all sports Fans.

Best place to find MSU gear! Men’s, Women’s, Kid’s, they have it all. I buy all my gifts here! Love all the crop tops they have for summer time! Pro section in the back has Detroit sports. Great selection for the area. Very happy they have a Michigan local section. They have been getting more Detroit item in recently. Very clean. Staff is friendly and more than willing to help. Will not shop any place else!

Oh my gosh, that was the first time I had been there and the cashier that was working gave me great service ☺️. She helped me place an order on line and gave me advice on getting it delivered before our party🎉on Sunday. You are lucky to have fantastic employees 😜 who take the time to help your customers. I also found a Sparty birthday card for my brother-in-law who is a MSU Alumni. Hes gonna have a happy birthday 🎂 next week. I would highly ✔️ out that place for great gift ideas 😷. Lots of MSU apparel and great service 👍😊.

Had exactly what I wanted

It was an awesome experience, the store manager and two of the people who work there were really friendly. The store had an awesome selection of Michigan, Michigan State, and all of the local pro teams.

The store manager there, I think her name is Sam. Is absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional. Constantly cussing up a storm with loads of customers in a store. She doesn’t try to hide saying anything either, she loudly says it across the store. Even while kids are in there. The rest of the staff was amazing and very helpful. Sam does not come across as a professional person, so i’m surprised she is somehow manger. While I was walking around the store I had mentioned to other customers how she was behaving and they even commented saying she is like this all the time. Hopefully rally house will start looking into getting a new one manger.

I just wanted to make a simple return but no longer had the receipt. I paid with a card, all other stores can look up transactions made with a card. Overall low quality and over priced. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

What a great store! Not only does it have the best selection of MSU in East Lansing, they have pro too! Tigers, Red Wings, Lions and Pistons. Lots of awesome stuff! I also found some local Michigan brands like Peninsulas, Made in Detroit and Ink Detroit. Everything you need in one place and a staff that genuinely wants to help you.

Rally House in East Lansing is awesome! Not only do they have MSU and Pro team apparel, they also have a nice selection of items from around the state as well. The staff is friendly and top notch!!!

Overpriced. Shocked its still in business

I was in the store yesterday buying a MSU vest and as I was checking out we saw that there wasnt a tag. The blonde manager told Olivia, my super helpful sales person, to find another one and Olivia asked what it looked like. The manager screamed across that store asking the girl how long she worked here and was super rude. Cant believe she treats her workers like this. Unacceptable.

The store manager was super rude when I went in there. She did not want to talk at all while the rest of her staff was running around the store doing their work. She sat behind the counter on her phone the whole time.

Great store, love shopping here and excellent customer service....definitely recommend.
