Excellent bakery- carrot cake is the best! Produce could offer a better variety, they never have basil! Grocery has a good assortment of items. Meat products are good and a lot of variety! Pricey, but nice product and staff is nice.

💘 bakery dept,fresh fruits+veggies, Seaford, sushi always fresh. Meat dept good. Deli very good. Wouldnt do a full shopping there as they are a little higher in price.

A great supermarket with an excellent selection of higher-end produce and food items. The choice is very wide and the store itself is nicely decorated and clean. Their deli department is also very well stocked with all kinds of hot foods and salads. It even has a dedicated gelato stand!

Just needed to say how amazing Pats Marketplace is to shop. Always clean and stocked with everything you can possibly want. Outstanding and friendly staff especially Oscar from the butcher department. He took time to help me in picking the best cuts of prime rib roast and gave cooking & serving advice. Upscale supermarket with a great selection. Deli, bakery, fish, sushi, butcher, cafe sit and sip. AND friendly helpful staff.

The place is disgusting. There are huge carcus flies hovering over the deli department, the cake icing is in a garbage bin and has a horrible after taste. The sushi is left to rot all day in the case and there is so much food that there isnt anyway they could sell enough to keep it fresh. Dry goods are over priced and the manager is an over zealous brat. Wont spend another dime in the place. I suggest you dont either.

I have other reviews of Pats. Ill add this review that makes me cringe. $12 for an 80 pack of disinfecting wipes? The very same day I saw this I started to look at other stores I went to, paying attention to comparable items. Most everywhere else was $3-$5 for the same product, and cheaper for non name brand items. Come on Pats....this is just price gouging....

This place is the best. Special shout-out to the bakery. In an Emergency situation, they were able to bake a cake for my family the day of a very important event. They saved the day. And we appreciate it. They have our business, that’s for sure.

Very nice selection in every department. Very helpful staff In each section of the store. Everything is fresh and its a pleasant shopping experience. We shop frequently at Pats and always find specials in the fish and meat department. Deli offers great lunch specials and sushi is also available.

This grocery store is honestly the worst! All the meat is always rancid and also the deli meat goes bad within a day! One of the employees also was following me around the store and seem to be hitting on me it was pretty creepy not a fan of this place! And will only go if i have no other options

It is a food specialty store, with ample selections, large produce area, prepared goods that are always fresh, great seafood, that is normally fairly priced, fresh meats and poultry, and a wide variety of pasta, grains, etc., and fresh deli and bakery. Certain items, you might pay a little more, but you will certainly enjoy them

The quality of the produce is okay, the pre-made meals are okay too. The best thing about this place is the sushi, and thats mediocre at best. Yet, honestly I try to avoid going because of the service. If it werent three minutes away from my house, I wouldnt ever make the trip. I have never once been even mildly happy with the service and today was the worst by far. My cashier did not say hello, nor help me bag my groceries. She was entirely too concerned with continuing her conversation with her co-workers, and complaining about her other coworkers to pay me any attention at all. I am a single mom and its hard enough keeping my reasonably well mannered 5 year old on task, and even more so while bagging, putting my groceries in my cart, and paying simultaneously in an attempt to not hold up everyone else around me. As a manager in the same field of retail, I would be appalled if my employees behaved this way.

Great selections of prepared foods, produce, meats cheeses etc. Very clean and large store. Only complaint is that not enough Boars Head products on sale. They used to have the best deals on cold cuts. Not so much since they merged a few years ago.

Pats is an awesome place to shop!!!I just really dislike the white shirts they were they look wrinkled and sloppy ...they really should think about attire that stew leonards and Trader Joe’s has ...some cute tee shirts and sweatshirts!!!

Great market with very good gluten free selection.

This was my favorite local store, especially because of the meat department. But ever since they changed the meat department manager, the meat and it’s quality has not been the same whatsoever. It sucks especially because the holidays are approaching and I will now have to find a new place to shop at.

Really nice supermarket, with an unexpectedly wide selection. Fruits and vegetables were excellent quality, and the hot food bar was really well stocked. Prices were ok too. I really liked this place. You should check it out.

BE careful when you shop fruits and veggies. There shelf life doesnt seem to last. If it happened once I could see but on 3 occasions same thing. Dont know where they get them from. They always seem to be brands unheard of. Cold cuts are delicious. There salads not crazy about. Thats just my two cents!!!!!

This place is absolutely disgusting! When you walk in there’s a horrible smell of rotting meat! All the produce looks like it’s starting to spoil, and they have roaches! I complained to the manager and he gave me an attitude, i’m sure they have rats as well! I went to check out the vegetable and they all looked like they had dandruff flakes on them! I also ordered a salad and I found a huge brown hair 🤢. Nobody seems to care about anything there! This place needs to be shut down!! Asap!

It is a bit expensive here and Ive had food that I purchased expire well before date, but I love this place. Great selections and produce, along with a nice hot food/prepared meals. Gotta stop by here!

Great store

I love Pats Market but they really need to train their staff how to bag. They pack all the heavy items in 1 bag and leave 2 - 3 other bags with nothing in them or just very light. Plus every time I go the groceries are falling out of the bag they stuffed. More than once one of my grocery items have rolled out of the bag in the parking lot when I didnt have time to go back in. Next time Im going back in and getting a replacement. Not once have I shopped there have the bags been packed evenly. Its enough of an issue for me me to stop shopping there.

The selection of prepared foods is excellent. Bring your credit card because you will buy more than you went for.

I have found the employees of Pat’s to be terrific! The man in the fish department had me in hysterics the other day, I told him he should be a comedian. The cashiers are always pleasant and efficient. I cannot imagine how they have been dealing with the stress caused by the customers who are panicked by this current situation. I am so grateful to have this store close by.

Recently discovered this and Im not going anywhere else! Best butcher... I bought a porterhouse steak that melted in your mouth and a real beautiful Tomahawk steak that was incredible. Pre made lamb burgers, different meat skewers, and great selection of chicken products Best fresh fish... scallops and a great variety of seafood steaks and fillets. Bakery fresh products with the best pignoli cookies ever! The deli counter is one of the best Ive seen. Fruits and vegetables are solid. Prepared meals and fresh sushi are great.

Ive been walked into twice by the store employees. A pick up truck barely missed meas I was walking in the parking lot. After shopping I drive around the back and saw the pick up at the loading dock. A guy at the deli counter cant stop talking to coworkers while slicing. Happy to see theyre wearing masks now after I had to tell the front that theres an air borne virus and hes looking down talking. Unappetizing. And lastly, I looked on the internet to see what time they closed and read 9pm. So I drove there from Islip only to find they were closed. 😵The cashiers are great though!

Customer service is a joke. I needed help and the young cashier was on her self phone texting away. I asked her is her manager around and she said i dont know. I also had to wait an extra 20 minutes for service in the meat department. And items isnt stock well and the cheese isnt check for due dates. I found moldy cheese in the graded areas and the guy told me. Old cheese is moldy. I didnt think green is a good color on cheese anyway.

I know.we.are.in the middle of a crisis right now but the butchers in the meat department at east islip need some customer training. I went there last night to buy chicken, there was nothing on the shelves. I asked the people behind the counter if they had chicken and they said yes but they couldnt wrap it yet. I went back at 7 am this morning and the chicken wall.was empty still. I turned to the people behind the butcher counter and theu actually made a face at meat and rolled their eyes because they remembered me. I asked for chicken and was told I could only have 2 because they wouldnt wrap more for me. Tha5 is bad customer.service in my book.
