5 Stars? Mr Tech Bench should receive 10! I have been a client of Mr. Tech Bench since they opened, for my personal and my business. I cannot say enough great things about this company. The owner James hires only the best and most qualified technicians and they are all so helpful and knowledgeable. Today I needed help choosing a new Gaming PC and called. William answered when I called. He was so patient and helpful and just overall wonderful. Sooo 10 STARS for MR TECH BENCH!

The guys at Tech Bench are beyond AMAZING! Do Not hesitate to use them! I have been there twice and both times I was greeted with a friendly smile and an extremely knowledgeable staff! Brought my daughters Iphone here for a charge port replacement after the Apple store said it could not be fixed and we need to replace the phone. Mr Tech Bench inspected before replacing the charge port, cleaned the dirt from inside and it works 100% now. Can not be fixed by Apple, simple cleaning by Mr Tech Bench. Honest and courteous. They have earned all my future business.

Had a problem with hearing my conversations on my galaxy phone. Brought it in and they cleaned the earpiece and all works great. I heard great things about Mr Tech Bench from family and friends and also the T-mobile store recommended them. Very knowledgeable judging by the other repairs I saw going on. Went to the shop today to have them check out my laptop. the screen kept cutting on and off.Roberto looked it over and fixed it on the spot. I lucked out that it wasnt anything serious. I had the best experience with Roberto at Mr. TechBench. My iPhone crashed after an update and I couldn’t recover anything on it including my pictures, videos and contacts because of a backup issue. I was told by other companies that my information could not be retrieved. Thanks to Roberto, all of my information has been restored. My charging port was not working ( or so I thought) and it turned out to be just my charging block. They could’ve replaced the battery and screen without telling me it was just my charging block and charged me $180 but did not. They are honest here and do a good job with repairs! Saved me a lot of money

Took my external hard drive to them after being unable to access the data. They were able to access the data and fix it so that I was able to access it through my laptop. They knew exactly what to do and they did it while I waited. Have used them several times and they have always been courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any computer issue.

Brought brand new phone out of the box from AT&T to get screen protector, whoever installed scratched the front and back of my phone, when I went back to ask for a refund considering that would be the least after a $700plus was scratched.. I was told I could only receive half of the full 20 something dollars I spent on the screen protector. Paid 15.99 for a scratched phone front and back. I wouldn’t go here nor recommend it

Wonderful service! I was assisted by Roberto in regards my iPad, he found a quick fix and I am relieved to know that if I need help again, I know just where to find it.

My husband dealt with this place to try and have his phone repaired for a simple fix. The staff had him bring in his phone 3 separate times, keeping it for hours on end, without ever fixing it. The level 2 tech who was supposed to look at his phone was either not showing up, or doing so hours late. They quoted us for an expensive amount, and talked about ordering a part (which would have meant longer waiting time for the fix), and only realized that they actually already had that common part (a sound button) only when prompted by my husband to check for it. At this point we grew frustrated and brought the phone to another random place, who proceeded to do the fix immediately for $20. They said that our experience at Mr Tech Bench made it sound like this staff are amateurs who dont care about their job to do it well.

Shoutout to Roberto! I called an hour before close (so sorry) and he was able to fix my phone that night! Very professional and extremely nice man. I would recommend this place over any other phone repair store on Long Island! And of course, great prices :) thank you Roberto!!!

Great shop was able to help me figure out what was wrong with my mothers iPhone at great price. Compared to mobile service/ Apple that wanted me to just buy a new phone and spends Hundreds of dollars.. Weve used the services of this shop several times & have always had a positive experience. Yesterday, I took my daughters MacBook Air in as her fan wasnt operating properly. Yup, all the many great reviews for this business are true. I went there for the first time with some technical issues I was struggling with. The owner and his co workers helped me solve my issues and helped me a great deal. Can I say they didn’t charge me? Well they didn’t. Who does that these day.? For two days now I have been trying to get my moms ipad fix and everyone wanted to keep sending it out to get fixed and something told me to go online. The first person who popped up was Mr .techBench. I immediately called him and without hesitation he said to come right in. He diagnosed the problems with my laptop, took about an hour of his time to give me the full run down on what was best to do. Also gave me an alternative for the mean time to use my laptop when before it would not work at all. It’s not everyday you find people who gladly work with you and make you feel comfortable as he was able to do. Will be back, will recommend to any and everyone!

My iPhone had wood dust inside the 3.5 mm jack. They managed to remove it all. Now my headphone jack works. Professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

I went in today to repair my iPhone X and iPhone XR LCD screens and Roberto was very knowledgeable as always. Most screen repair shops on Long Island try and get as much money out of you as possible... not there, they actually want to help! I brought my phone to them which required a very complex repair and they were able to diagnose it and use the donor phone that I gave them to solder in missing parts of a computer chip and fix my phone completely. Highly recommend for any repair from simple to advanced!!

Just wow. I walked in and was greeted promptly. I told him what was wrong with my girlfriends XR and he took it to the back right away. Such a pleasant experience at Mr. Tech Bench, quick, polite and amazing people there. Phone wasn’t charging and I was worried that it could’ve been an issue with the charging port. Turns out it was just dirt in the charging port that was causing my phone not to charge properly. But with the help of the employees there, they told me what it was, and I recommend Mr Tech Bench to everyone I know with phone or other technological issues!

My daughter’s phone had a cracked screen when she then accidentally dropped it into a bucket of water!! She was distraught at the prospect of losing all photos etc. since she also had not properly set up a back-up plan!! Roberto was absolutely amazing!! Honest could not repair the device and no charge for diagnostics. Explained the problem and offered solutions that were not through them.

I was having problems with my printer and I brought it into Mr Tech Bench for an analysis. Roberto was extremely helpful, indicating to me all that was needed was a head realignment. He walked me through the procedure and when I was still having lines on my copies, he quickly found some ink on the film ribbon and easily removed it. Problem solved. Even though they do not work on printers he took time out of his day to guide me through the fix. Thank you Roberto
