Horrible experience with the HR person, Controller and Tracy from Billing department. Chasing my refund for over 5 weeks and no one is being helpful to the extent that they just hang up on me when I call and never respond to my messages or request for call back.

Used in my previous house and when I moved called to have a new system put in. Very happy with the new installation. Installer was very neat and knowledgeable.
