I went to the dealer just to fix a recall on my truck; However, while I was waiting, I asked the lady at the front desk that I wanted to speak with a salesperson. out of 4/5 persons that were there, David jump out and was very friendly and helpful. once he asked me a few questions he show me few trucks based on what I needed it and the thing I wanted. Long story short, Before my truck finished being repaired, I had already bought a new one. I have to admit, I did not go that day to buy a new truck, but with all the help, easy process, and all the knowledge that they offered me, things changed.

If you want a ford used or new flood is the place to go and Ken Wylie is awesome he makes it easy and gets you the best deal he can

Do not know if this covers the service department, but, the service department was great to us. Good, honest service. Gave explanations and estimate required our approval before beginning service work. Time frame and estimate right on. Kudos to John. No disappointments.

I had a 30 day warranty. Took my car in for brake work. It took 3 days to repair. I was told they have to order parts. I did need 2 rear quarter glass panels too. I would think Ford would have them in stock. The workers were pleasant and professional.

Called the Internet Sales Department for Flood ESP after hearing great reviews but after 4 rings was answered by Gardener who, in a period of 4 minutes, managed to show such disdain and attitude over the shows conversation, I chose to cancel any dealings with them whatsoever. Repeated visits, have put more miles on a loaner car than the 1 I bought, was suppose to have front pads and rotors before I picked it up and was told by my who is mechanically incline that they did NOT do it, severly disappointed with this, theres No communication between the salesman with his promises and the service consultants.
