I will never go back to this store again. The customer service in this store sucked. I went to pick up my order and there was a mistake on the engraving. The lady had the nerve to get an attitude with me huffing and puffing and said well, I guess I have to reorder it. with the nastiest attitude. Slamming my order form on the table. Unbelievable, especially since it was my first experience at Things Remembered. Yes, that is something I will remember and I will never go back.

Things remembered us a cute gift shop for wedding, birthday, graduations, ect. but some of the items you can get from there aren’t the best quality and could break easily.
