Always a great experience on every visit. Employees are always friendly and very helpful. Can’t say I’ve ever walked out of the store dissatisfied or unhappy, unlike my last cell phone service provider V_r_z_n. I would never hesitate to recommend AT&T.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this store. The customer service was exceptional. I was served immediately and Allyn asked me several questions to make sure he addressed all my needs and that I had the best plan possible. Dawn at the East Brunswick store was amazing. I was greeted pleasantly and Dawn was very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and help me get my new iPad up and running easily. Dawn is a credit to the AT&T organization.

Do not do business with this store. They are extremely unprofessional and do not give correct information about AT&T and their services.I have been trying to get a credit to my bill for a trade in on my Phone since October I have been promised calls back, escalations, explanations and haven’t gotten anywhere.Do not do business here. Run the other way. I promise you, it will be nothing but a headache I have never had a worse customer experience in my life. AT&T has my old iPhone XS and with the promotion I was promised a 800$ credit, this was processed in OCOTBER 2020. I have not received anything, not even a call back and I have called WEEKLY.Switching over to AT&T with this location giving me so much miss information has been the biggest headache of my life. They will never call you back, they do not do right by their customers.
Hye Zahid at the store helped me, he is very helpful and knows his stuff. He is an Apple and Samsung genius, definitely will visit that store if I need anything with AT&T. Though everyone in the store is amazing. I love this AT&T store.
I initially gave this store a great review but unfortunately have to change that. Since signing on withh ATT in Nov my bill has been almost double every month and I keep getting the run around. I have called my salesperson repeatedly and Im always lied to.First it was it takes a month or 2 to receive the credits for the phones or Im sorry, Ill look into it and get back to you or my favorite you will receive a credit by end of day. I have received no credit, no assistance and Im paying so much more than quoted and CANNOT get anyone to help resolve this issue.I suggest you choose another store to do business with.

Rich S. Is amazing. Knowledgeable, Professional, understanding, fast, friendly and funny! After having a hell of a time trying to switch providers and come to AT&T we made our way to this location to see if they could fix the issue. Rich was great. He fixed the issue in 1.5 hours. Prior to this, we had spent 5 days trying to get our issues resolved at another location. Rich, thank you.

I had the best experience at this store. Allyn took care of every need and made sure I knew exactly what service I was getting. The service here is amazing. I really appreciated all the attention he gave me, as I had shipped items on the way. He was kind to get intouch as he caringly payed attention to all updates. I have yet to find a better service agent or person in any ATT store, as I have been a long time customer. Thank you to Allyn and the crew at this store!
The store representative /manager were great and helpful but the online worst.I have been trying to recover my cousin account that passed the way and they wanted to pay full balance $1500 even the account is not in use for awaile.

Great place for great phones and even better service providers. All of the latest up to date technology too. Contracts, no contracts. Prepaid, monthly billed services, bundle packages with Direct TV services as well. ALWAYS on top of the game. Even though I do not use them now, instill feel that this is not only a great place to purchase your needs but, also a modern-day look To the interior and exterior of the this specific location.

Horrible customer service. The guy who manages this place at night, Indian looking, is an arrogant poor excuse for a manager. I bought an iPhone 6s on a Friday and by Monday the power cable was broken. They all suck, but 3 days?When I went in and asked for a replacement cord he told me to go to Apple 40 minutes away. He refused to replace my cord and when I said I was returning the phone he said and youll pay a $35 restocking fee. I told him I would dispute that with my credit card company and he said then he would refuse to take the phone back as a return.I just got off of the phone with corporate. They said he was out of line, gave me a $40 credit and sent me a feedback form to register a complaint about the loser manager.I will take my $40 credit down to the AT&T store 5 miles away and buy a new cable there.Avoid the East Brunswick Mall AT&T, the employees look, dress and act like a bunch of thugs and gang up and attempt to intimidate you. Go elsewhere!
Just got four 8 plus iPhone last week for the Family. It took a while waiting but over all was a great experience. Well recommended.
I loved the customer experience. Virgil is an awesome guy who helped me get my transaction done smoothly. Iwas looking for a specific model but was not available in their store but he helped us get it shipped from somewhere else. Awesome experience. Thank you Virgil!!!!

Unable to assist with most issues in the store. Not happy I switched from tmobile to at&t. Bad customer service and rude over the phone employees. Would give 0 stars if I could.
If zero was an option for rating I would have choose that. Laurie provides horrible horrible customer service. She will argue with you and tell you she has over 8 years of customer service experience. She obviously hasnt learned how to deal with customers she arrogant, dismissive, with a poor attitude all over trying to make a payment for an att wireless customer that is out of the country for several months. Ive been going the past few months and have been paying the bill at this store without a problem. She Asked for my license what difference will it make when Im paying cash and refused to provide the balance. Mind you this was at 10 am! Dont ever go to this att store and especially dont deal with Laurie. She needs to get customer service training!!!!
I had Verizon for years and never had a device issue. I switched to AT&T and have static on every call. Worst service ever.

If there was a negative rating I would have given that.Virgil is a horrible salesman...most disgusting way to treat the customers...went there for Buy one get one offer,had to visit the store 3 times and tired if it ended up with a prepaid connection.Would go with Sprint or verizon BOGO.
