While the place has good deals, I often had problems with items I purchased. A steel cookware immediately had a dark shade when exposed to heat, curtains had strong unpleasant odor etc

Home Goods is great for finding unique items but when you find something good, its hard to find multiple or ones that arent broken. I also just bought small bins with lids and when I got home and took the stickers off, both lids were broken underneath.

First time visitor to HomeGoods outside of TJMaxx and Marshalls. I loved that they have so much things in stock, you cant come out without getting something-there is definitely something for you. They have friendly cashiers, appreciate courteous attitudes especially on busy weekends!

Horrible customer service. Employees are very rude and disrespectful. Made my experience bitter. I ended up leaving everything I have selected - including large furniture items. Id rather shop from Hillsboro location ✌🏽

Unlike many stores, specifically other homegoods, this one is huge. It had all the home decor you would ever want, even some types of furniture. There was also this glass bird that caught my eye, only problem was it came in only pink.

The store is big. plenty of room. they are good about not letting it get to crowded inside. the shelves are well stocked. they have 10 check out registers.

Good place to get things for any room in the house. I find Home Goods to be hit or miss. If I am looking for something specific, I wont find it, but if I go in to just look around, I want to buy everything.

Love this brand new location! You know it’s a great branch of Home Goods when you rarely walk out of there empty handed! The workers are all really friendly, though it does get a bit crowded in the aisles at times.

Home Goods of East Brunswick is fabulous, store is neat and clean, cashiers are friendly and move the line quickly. Young lady in front was so sweet, she would even disinfect the wagon if you needed one.

Great staff. Very polite.

Always a good spot to stop by and see what new items arrived. You will always find something for yourself or a gift for a friend.

My favorite place. I have not been in the store for a few months.(only because of COVID). There is an open concept about it now and you still have all the items and following guide lines required because of COVID. Home Goods keeps me very happy during this time of uncertainty. Thank you.

An extensive and eclectic selection of items for the home. Something for everyone! I enjoy their gourmet food section, great variety of coffees, cooking oils, spices and treats at great prices. Some unique finds here.

A asked for help finding something from a customer service employee. Instead of taking the time to help me he pointed over to an area and said if we have it it will be somewhere over there. Very poor attitude.

This store is a smaller store so be forewarned. We did not find it as satisfying compared to the Manahawkin store due to their lack of selection. We went there looking for a round table cloth that would cover a table that seats 4 to no avail. Their curtain aisle was also disappointing. The only items we found of interest were gummy bears and meringue cookies. Clean store, limited options. Would not return to this store, but will return to the Manahawkin location.

The stuff here isnt cheap, but the aisles are well-organized and the floors are always clean. I like the selection of kitchen utensils here, though the seasonal section in the center of the store always has an interesting mishmash of knickknacks as well.

Found exactly what I was looking for with 2 lamps with square and rectangular shades and a beautiful wooden box with inlaid pieces. Went home overjoyed threw out the other 2 lamps I had and put my box on a shelf for my office stuff. Im thrilled.

Store is way to messy its impossible to find anything in this store. It would be nice to be able to walk down the aisles without stuff on the floor and in the way if the cart. Also nothing has the proper price tag on it. The staff is clueless and the lines are long. Just to check out takes 20 minutes and all they do is push you to get their credit card. Do not even bother going to this store. Other ones I have gone to have been 100 times cleaner neater and have better service.

I can always find something good and unique here. Staff is totally nice and helpful. I enjoy shopping here.

Love Home Goods ... I believe Tuesdays is delivery day when the New items arrive. Why would anyone pay full price! Designer goods for let than normal prices. You can always find something here you need. I always check here first before I have to go to a large retailer.

If you want to be plowed with a shopping cart by a associate who seems to bent on injuring people, without an excuse or even acknowledgment - this is your store. If you want your cart to be taken apart the minute your turn your back on it - this is store for you. If you want to run after an associate to ask why she took your cart away, while she pretends not to hear and runs away from you as if you are a criminal with a knife - this is store for you. Otherwise - find a different home goods with a friendly staff.

My experience was terrible. Store wasn’t organized. Store manager lacks customer service. I asked for a markdown for a damage my item had and the supervisor nor the store manager resolve such minimal requests. Actions were rude. This was very disappointing for me.
