When I first dropped off my car I didnt think that they would be able to fix it as it was in bad shape. Fady, however, gave me a great price and guaranteed me that it would look as good as new. In less than a week I got a call back saying my car was fixed and I am so happy with the finished product. Great quality, professional, and finished the job quickly.

Mike and Fady were extremely professional, detailed and made my car look like brand new after a bad accident. They sanded, painted and blended the paint so that you cannot tell the difference from the day I bought the car brand new. They were done in in a short amount of time and stuck to everything they promised. Honest, transparent and professional. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Great job by Steve and Fady. Their team applied the mid-level (urethane paint) our familys 25 year old Honda. We had minor rust and a full repaint of the car. Their work was professional, and the staff is very nice. We had previous work done as well (same car), and no issues.

We get all our body and windshield work done here. Most recently, we had a windshield installed, they gave us a great quote, did it in one day. Painting after repairs has always been perfect. They have always been professional and never charged more than their quoted price.

What a great experience at Maaco in East Brunswick. After colliding with a huge buck, Steve and Mike took on my Escalade and restored it back to excellent condition within a reasonable timeframe. They were very friendly, polite, and genuinely good guys. Great follow-up and attention to detail (especially since I have that ivory pearl paint that is very hard to match but they did it!) Be aware! These guys charge the insurance company, get their money and then do a horrible cheap job.I had my right, rear panel damaged. The car had been sitting in the shop for 1 month. When I have picked up my car there was a visible bump on my bumper.Second of all, they  were supposed to take the door edge guard film out as well as the handle protection film and repair and repaint that part of door. After fixing and repainting the panel and the door they had to install the new protection films. Maaco didnt take any of the edgeguard and handle film out and they finished the door by putting paint on top of the edgeguard protection films.Third, they were supposed to order a new nameplate hybrid and install it. I dont know if they got a new one or installed the old one. But the way they installed is is horrible, it is completely asymmetric.Fourth, there are a lot of spots where we can see that the car wasnt even closely painted with a three stage paint as well as lots of spots with dust underneath the paint.This is my worst ever experience with a body shop. Be aware of this Maaco Repair and Collision center. They will ruin your car!!!

I was weary on who I brought my 2016 Honda Accord to in order to have the rear bumper fixed. They did a good job!Update: brought my car back a second time to get two little things cleaned up and was told if I dropped it off Wednesday night it would be ready that Saturday. Called Saturday to let them know I was on my way to pick up my car and they said they hadn’t even touched it. Won’t be going back again. It’s not the fact that the car wasn’t ready it’s the fact that there was absolutely not communication and had I not called before going to get my car I wouldn’t have even known it wasn’t ready. I’m sure I can find somewhere else to do it for the same price. I’m sure they don’t need my business but if they do this enough times to other people their business will slowly die out. Have to have professionalism to keep customers. Communication is key.Second update: manager ended up giving me a call and apologizing for the situation stated above and made good on it. Will be picking my car up tomorrow. Overall, had they not called and apologized for the mishap I wouldn’t have changed my stand on this review but since they took the time out to rectify things, I appreciated that and will leave my review at 4 stars.

I brought in my 2008 Lexus GX 470 to this body shop. My car had paint defect all over the body. Ive never had a paint job done before so I was skeptical of the results. I can gladly say that the job was done very well and professionally. My car looks like it is brand new and I was given a 5 year warranty. Would recommend this shop to my friends and family.

They did a great job on my BMW. Had a bid dent on the quarter panel and rear door which was rusted and now both panels look brand new with perfect color match. We will definitely use them again.

I brought my 2009 Hyundai Sonata in for rust and paint for half of the vehicle. The work they did was unbelievable it looked like it just came out of the showroom. I brought my car there because back in 2018 I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in for a paint job the existing paint was in bad shape. When they got done with it it looked like a new vehicle guys at work where asking me if I got a new vehicle. They do great work are inexpensive and very friendly and professional and honest. I would recommend them to everybody and look forward to doing business with them again.

I brought in an older historic vehicle to get the paint retouched after a mishap with the hood and hatch. I had the car originally painted by them about 2 months ago. They not only did a incredible horrible job but broke a rare unavailable part, overspray all over the other areas of the car, the tires were painted, mismatched paint on panels i did not ask to be repainted. I just found out they scratched the rear hatch glass. Mind you parts for these cars are no longer available. They were careless and inconsiderate with the vehicle. The vehicle was left outside with the door unlatched. Fender mismatch was corrected, paint on the tires were somewhat cleaned off... hubcaps will need replacement due to paint stuck to them... will need to spend hours cleaning off overspray from trim and glass. Now i have to look for a glass polisher to take care of the glass scratches on the rear hatch. DO NOT take a car you care for to this place.

I was at Maaco Collision Center in East Brunswick a few weeks ago trying to get my car repainted. I got a crazy estimate and that wasn’t even the main problem. The customer service at this place is horrendous and they spoke to me like they didn’t care at all whether I do business with them or not. After the way they spoke to me and the estimate they gave me I did not leave my car because I felt like I will not be happy with the results. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Needed part for my car painted. Brought it to Maaco and they were able to match my car paint perfectly. Price was excellent and quality was great. Overall very satisfied with their work.

Fady is great! When my car wasn’t ready and I had already returned my rental, he brought me to Enterprise himself and rented a car for another day on him. When I came back to pick up my car, I was beyond impressed with the final product. I had several wear and tear dents fixed and the whole car repainted. So you can imagine there are fender bender‘s every now and then.For the last 10 years, I’ve used a local autobody shop as it was in my Town.For the first time I decided to try Maaco.Compared to the local body shop in my town:They had no nonsense straightforward prices that significantly beat the competition.Easier decision making with regards to the repair.Attention to detail extremely high.Friendly courteous atmosphereI highly recommend them. Don’t trust this maaco! Very unprofessional! I recently went there to paint my car the same color that it was due to a repair that had to be made. They said they will paint the car the same color. They didn’t the color was off and they wouldn’t re paint it the right color! How do you do the wrong job and not correct it and still expect the customer to pay. On top of that they killed my battery and couldn’t get it started. I ended up going to a different maaco and they mixed the correct color in front of me and painted my car the correct color.

I love this place, would go back for future body/paint work. My front bumper was dented and paint was scratched. Now my 2007 Toyota Camry looks brand new.

They were very honest. The work on my car was excellent. Their pricing was superb. A few weeks after I had the work done took my car to AAA FOR OIL change. They said my windshield washer fluid was leaking and the reservoir tank was broken. They said cost to repair was $300 plus. Went back to Maaco as this was part of body damage. They laughed and said the hose was loose. And fixed for me. No cost. Highly recommended.

I had a bad scratch on my Honda Accord that was beginning to rust. I brought my car in on Monday had it back by Wednesday and they did an excellent job. You cant even tell there was ever any damage. I would highly recommend. Thank you Sam and your employees for a great job.

You could not pay me to ever let these amateurs touch my car again.First of all, the work they did was terrible. My fender was hit and pushed in, and they sort of fixed it, but the paint was not put on smoothly, and the headlight does not sit flush with the fender.And the next part is inexcusable. While they had my car, they went through it and stole items that were inside my car. Most notable being a pair of custom made sunglasses that were VERY expensive.When I called about this, I was told that they had no intention of looking into this, and the manager basically told me to not bother him.On top of that, I reported this to their corporate office, and contact there, Jasmin, told me about the same thing. Now they will not even dignify this incident with a follow up phone call.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This place is absolutely amazing. Iv been having so many problems with my car lately and I always bring it hear. The workers here are always so kind and always help me when I have a problem with the car. Not only do they help me but they explain what needs to be fixed and why which is also very helpful. They always notify me how long it will take and even get it done sooner.

I was recommended to go to this maaco from a friend of mine who previously used them, upon arrival I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of mike, I explained to him what happened to my vehicle and he escorted me outside to proceed with an estimate of the damages occurred during my accident. I must say, I have never been approached with so much professionalism and shown so much empathy during a time when I thought I was doomed, mike proceeded to tell me things will work out and he will do anything and everything he can do to help me maintain a budget and get my vehicle fixed, he stuck to his word and we wrapped up the deal and got my car fixed. I would sincerely recommend this place to anyone who has a budget and expects quality work.

My new Odyssey suffered a deer collision from the side and resulted in damages to the driver side door as well as the sliding door for second row. I had got work done at this location before for my other car and knew this place did good work for a reasonable price. Our insurance suggested another body shop which was in their network but since I did not know that shop, I decided to bring my car here.Fady was very professional throughout the whole process. My insurance did not have car rental coverage and Fady said hell try to get it fixed as quick as possible to minimize our inconvenience. True to his word, he had the car ready 2 days before what was estimated. The work itself was very good and looks as good as new. Oh and icing on the cake - he also took care of an earlier dent without charging us extra for it.Professional work, great service and reasonable prices is what I experienced at Maaco East Brunswick. Highly recommended !

4/4/18 Dropped car off at 8pm in East Brunswick location. Was told by Fady Ibrahim that he needed 2 days to be fixed. Needed to Replace rocker molding, repair bumper, paint. Called 4/6/18. Not ready till 4/7 at noon. Went to pick up. Told me not ready till 1pm. Still being painted. Then told it won’t be ready because it has to dry. I took car and said I’d bring it back during week. Mr. Ibrahim kept apologizing. Another customer waiting said he ‘d been waiting a week for his car. He was as frustrated as I was. I brought the car back during the week. It was done in the day promised. When I brought it home I noticed that the color did not match. My car is pearl white and they used white. It was very noticeable. I brought the car back, still very frustrated. Mr. Ibrahim said how sorry he was and that these things happen. He asked me to “give him one more chance to fix it”. I found his comment odd because I wasn’t giving him a “chance”, I needed him to fix it. He gave me a bit of an attitude about how I shouldn’t be so upset and made a silly comparison to his hurt hand and that over time it was healed. I brought the car back again. I left it at night because Mr. Sam Ibrahim said he’d only need a few hours. I wanted to pick the car up by 4pm. When I called they said it wouldn’t be ready till 5:30. When I became agitated the man on the phone again gave me an attitude. He said it was out of his hands. I said I’d be there at 5pm. I got the car. However, I’m still not %100 satisfied. The inner portion is still white while the outer is pearl white. It’s not polished and feels rough. Rather than go back I figured I’d send this complaint. This experience has been the absolute worst. I used then before and thought they were good. Not any more. I wasted so much time and my car is still not to my liking. I know if I go back I’ll get some story and an attitude. The professionalism is terrible. I’m a paying customer and should be treated as such.

Sam seemed like he was very nice and wanted to help me out but the work done was not at all what I expected or paid for.First I was told that my job would only take one day, I would leave it in the morning and get it back in the afternoon but it took three days. They were fixing rust around the rear windshield, I showed them the areas where the rust was bad and they seemed to understand but clearly they didnt. I picked my car up and the only spots they fixed were underneath the window gasket, but directly on both sides of the gasket is still rust! Now I have to bring it somewhere else to have the window removed again...and actually fixed. Dont let them fool you, they seem very nice but the work is not of quality.When I called to get an update the only person I could speak to was Sam because apparently no one else could tell me anything about my car. This whole experience was very frustrating and not worth my money. I think I couldve done a better job by myself.

I had scratch on my car. I brought to the shop on Tuesday afternoon, they told me it will take 3 days. However I got my car back today (Thursday). The scrash was fixed perfectly. They also cleaned the inside of my car. Thanks Fady for the great job! I recommend this body shop. Joanne

Mike at Macco seemed to be a very genuine. He is a nice person. I had two cars to paint and I got one of it done. I think he gave me a fair deal if it wasn’t about anything else, I might have got my 2nd car done too, but now I have changed my mind and want to see how the first paint last. I got the 2nd tier package and now will see how long the paint last. Overall, So far first car paint looks good. I recommend dealing with Mike.

I got into an accident last year and my car was completelty totaled. I went to Maaco becuase of a friends recommendation and they took care of everything for me it was great. All i did was drop off my car and a couple days later i picked it up. Best customer experience!! And my car came out looking like new!

Had a drivers side door repaired and side mirror replaced few years ago. The paint is peeling off the door which doesnt even match the rest of the car. The dents on the door were not fully repaired so reflections appear distorted. The mirror is some cheap aftermarket knockoff - its loose and shakes while driving which creates a safety hazard.

This place is gabbage. It’s the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After spending over 4K dollars; these clowns couldn’t provide me with the receipts of parts they bought for me to submit to DMV for my salvage inspection.The managers are terrible and ignorant.If you have any serious job to do, please run away from this business. Fady was helpful, he explained in detail what would be done to get rid of the dent in my trunk. My vehicle was finished in two days, the paint matched perfectly and the location was convienient and secure. My bill did not go over the original estimate and they were lower than any other quotes. Will reccomend.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. I asked them to match the paint to my car to paint my hood. The car and hood was at their shop for over 10 days. At first they said it would take 3 days and in the end it took 10, and they were still not able to match the color how it was on the car. Waste of time and money.

Had work done here on two occasions and both times were awful. I never leave negative feedback on anybodys business but both times Ive used this place were awful.First I had a black 1997 jeep wrangler painted black again and for the most part was OK. The work is done by complete amateurs with zero pride. The accessories that were removed from the jeep for the painting process were reinstalled loosely and incorrectly, there were several drips and orange peeling of the paint. To top that off they didnt remove all the masking tape after the paint was applied. Let it slide because its a cheap paint job on a cheap car didnt care.Second issue is what pushed me over the edge. I have a black 2010 Camaro SS that someone tapped, guy didnt want to go through insurance so he went the cheapest route i.e. Maaco.. Reluctantly brought my Camaro here thinking how hard could it be to fix a small scratch on a plastic bumper. Well they fixed it, and in the process completely ruined the entire cars paint. I brought the car home and immediately noticed the ENTIRE car had over spray on it. Brought it back and they said no problem we can take care of it so I brought it back. Picked it up only to find they had used a clay bar and someone that had no idea what they were doing and ended up making it even WORSE... My entire cars black paint was covered in swirl marks. Thanks Maaco for ruining my car.If you value your car do yourself a favor and avoid this place. These arent professionals. I had this work done a year ago and recently sold the Camaro, every time I looked at it I wanted to leave a review so here it is.There is literally no excuse for what these guys did, its laziness, lack of pride and skill in their employees, and the fact these guys are pressured to rush through their work.
