I had the most wonderful experience with Megan at Luxe. We opted to book the White Carpet Experience, which gave us a whole side of the store to ourself, had a very cute snack setup, and champagne! It was also a two hour appointment, which allowed for less stress rather just hopping in and out of dresses and getting sweaty (which I did at another appointment in town). Megan truly listened to all of my feedback, and I did find my dress!! All around a fun time! A must for all brides, especially mid and plus sized brides!

This bridal shop was a such a treasure to find for any plus/normal size woman. So glad I started my wedding job shopping here. Fun, light atmosphere and really supportive staff. Beautiful, affordable dresses and a full service experience that made everything so easy. The stylist was really adaptable to my style preferences and we quickly ended up with some top choices.The stylist chose all of the dresses for me. I do wish I had been able to look around the racks for a few minutes and pick out some dresses that caught my eye. But on a side note, Id be happy to go back a second time and look again.

I had THE best experience with Suzanne! She made me feel incredibly comfortable and really listened to my feedback even though I wasnt entirely sure on different aspects of the dresses that I liked better than others. She was so encouraging and uplifting in her comments but not overwhelming in any way. I loved how she helped me decided between the final two dresses based on my instant reaction to them. I had an AMAZING experience here! As a plus size girl, I felt so confident and comfortable trying on dresses in this shop. My stylist, Suzanne Thompson, who I worked with that day was super professional and really helped me figure out what I was looking for in my wedding dress. She knew exactly what questions to ask me while trying dresses on to narrow down what it was about each dress I tried to eventually help me pick MY dress! I was very nervous to go wedding dress shopping because I didn’t think I would fit into typical sample sizes at most dress stores. I was very happy to be able to try on dresses that fit, had a huge variety of dresses in all the styles, and gave me a good idea of what the dress would like like after alterations. Speaking of alterations, I was able to change my dress slightly (adding a lace wide strap) to make the dress exactly as I envisioned! They are able to change so many things about the dresses including adding glitter tool, adding/removing straps or sleeves and so much more! I would 10000000x recommend this place to anyone but especially to those brides out there who are nervous or insecure about dress shopping. I can not say it enough, this place and their employees are truly amazing and absolutely made my wedding dress shopping dreams come true!

I was super nervous bridal dress shopping as a plus size person. As soon as I walked into Luxe Bridal I felt welcome. Suzanne, who was my stylist for the day, made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was friendly, listened to what I was looking for in a dress and knew right away which one she thought Id love. Even then, she still took the time to have me try on multiple dresses since I wasnt sure what my style would be. Suzanne helped me change dresses and knew exactly how to secure them to fit properly and look my best. She got my sizing right and never once made me feel insecure about my weight. In fact she made me feel special and not rushed at all or like she was pushing me for a sale. Also when she had me try on the dress she thought I would love she was spot on. I ended up saying yes to that dress. Im very happy with the whole experience I had at Luxe, especially with Suzannes excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Everything about my experience with Luxe was complete perfection, from beginning to end of the initial dress try on. I worked with Audrey, who took the time to listen to what I liked, and what I didn’t, and was very perceptive and had great ideas about what to pick out. They are also so wonderfully body positive there, I felt beautiful in every single dress I tried on. But the very first dress that Audrey gave me was perfect in every way. Of course I still wanted to try more; and she encourage that too because her main goal was to make sure that I, and the party who came with me, were happy. The second time I tried my dress on, I broke into tears because I knew it was the one. She brought us champagne and it felt like a legitimate celebration! And the prices are very reasonable too for how stunning the dresses are. If you are looking for your wedding dress, I would highly suggest Luxe! I can’t wait to see my dress when it comes in :).

As a plus size braids, you worry about sizing and being comfortable and even finding something to fit. Luxe made me feel so comfortable. I was able to share my opinion and find the dress for ME! I had such a wonderful time, and I felt so special and beautiful for the entire appointment (which is not always an easy feat as a plus sized person in a society where size 2 is considered the ideal). I didnt have a clear vision of what I wanted, just a list of features I liked and Suzanne was such an amazing listener and found the perfect dress on the 3rd try. It was everything I wanted, but at the same time something unexpected. I literally cannot recommend this salon or Suzanne enough.

I worked with Rachel and she was wonderful—extremely welcoming and friendly and she did an awesome job of listening to what I wanted and translating my vague ideas into the perfect dress. She also was very respectful of my budget and didn’t pull anything above my range without asking permission first. The manager was also very available to answer questions and walked me through the customizations that would happen to my dress. As a plus size woman, it was so wonderful to walk into a bridal salon and know that I could try on every single dress in the store. And they have a TON of dresses in a wide variety of styles, so I didn’t feel limited at all shopping at one store. I went to another salon after Luxe and it was a terrible experience, so I came right on back (they stayed late for me so I could come back for a final try on/to make my purchase!). Shopping for your wedding dress should be a joyous, empowering experience, and I believe every bride can find that at Luxe! If you are mid/plus size, please go there, you won’t regret it!!

If youre a size 14-34, LOOK NO FURTHER for where to shop for your wedding dress. The prospect of dress shopping was so daunting to me, knowing how disheartening it can sometimes be to shop for plus sizes, and I cant say enough how enjoyable and incredible my experience was at Luxe. I booked the White Carpet experience for $150, and was able to bring 5 guests with me to enjoy snacks and champagne while I tried dresses on. Suzanne listened carefully to everything I said (and DIDNT say) and we wound up finding a dress I never would have thought of for myself, but couldnt be more thrilled to have chosen! I will recommend this to all of my fat friends, forever.

Amy was amazing to work with. I love how she asked me what I liked and brought one dress in at a time, and we discussed what I liked and didnt like to choose the next dress from there. I had tried on so many dressed that I be came overwhelmed! Amy suggested that we walk around the show room to look at what they had. And....I PICKED SOMETHING I WOULD HAVE NEVER TRIED ON... AND SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!

If you are a plus-size bride, there is truly no comparison to the experience at Luxe Bridal. I tried on dresses at 6 different stores, and at all the others I had to be strapped and pinned into dresses that were way too small for me, and then try to imagine how it would look in the right size. Plus, I could only try dresses that we could get on, so if I liked a dress but they only had a sample size 6 then it was out. At Luxe, every single dress fit, or needed to be clamped smaller, so I could envision how it would look on the actual day. They had sooo many unique dress styles and colors, I was finally able to try on dresses that didnt feel basic. The staff were AMAZING, the dressing rooms spacious, and they even had a FAN in the dressing room! Lets be real, were all getting sweaty trying on these dang dresses so the fan was a real winner in my opinion. Truthfully, there is just nothing that compares to being in a bridal salon with people who understand the plus size experience. Skip the other appointments, gals. Go to Luxe. :)

I had the BEST experience at Luxe picking out and ordering my dress. I had gone to Davids Bridal twice before I came to Luxe and the experience was amazingly better. Mahle called me prior to my appointment to get a feel for what I had tried on, what I liked and didnt like. I had a short time frame and they assured me that they wouldnt put me in any dress that I wouldnt be able to get in time for my wedding. For my appointment, I worked with Suzanne, who was a dream. I felt so comfortable and attended to. I cant stress enough how big of a difference trying on dresses that are made for a bigger body made -- everything felt like it fit just right and I loved every second. I cant recommend Luxe enough!!

I was nervous that I wasnt going to find a dress in my size 3.5 months before my wedding. Luxe made it happen and I was able to walk out with a dress the same day! The staff did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was amazing to have privacy and a personal experience from the moment you walked in the door. I never once felt like a plus size bride. They also do a great job of selecting dresses to try on based on your feedback. I knew I wanted to go to Luxe even before I got engaged. A plus size bridal store is a dream come true for me as I struggled before finding formal gowns for things like homecoming and prom in a world catered to straight sizes. Everyone was beyond welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door. We were early for our appointment but had just driven 4 hours to get there. Audrey got us in right away and got to work on our appointment. She listened to my concerns and was helpful in finding the right dress and trying to maintain my budget. She showed me different options for straps and other customizations I could make to make my dream gown. I had high hopes coming into my appointment and certainly wasn’t disappointed!

Honestly if you are looking for a wedding dress, this is the place to get it and ask for Suzanne (although all the women in there were amazing). I came into my appointment very nervous. I am 63, and so typically shopping never goes too hot for me. I was blown away when Suzanne was bringing me dress after dress that was so flattering on my body, I felt amazing. She was able to translate my lack of liking something with little words, and ultimately lead me to find my perfect dress! (I actually almost bought two but couldnt get myself to not wear one of them for the whole night). I never thought my dress shopping experience could go this well.

However, I tried on my first dress here, after visiting 6 other shops, and it was the one! My stylist listened to everything I was looking for and nailed it on the first try! I was hesitant because it was strapless and I wanted straps, but she assured me that my seamstress would be able to add them no problem! The whole process was so easy and simple! The atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly! It was also the first store I went to that I didnt have to squeeze into dresses or have to pass on dresses because I couldnt try them on, which was awesome. Ladies, if you are a size 10ish +, you NEED to come here for your dress. I am a thicc girl who has lost a lot of weight so there’s loose skin, jiggly bits, the works. I was terrified of dress shopping because picking out your wedding dress is supposed to be this magical moment, but if you’ve ever been heavier you know that’s typically not the experience we have. I was referred to Luxe by another bride and I made my appointment that day. I booked my day with Suzanne and let me tell you..she made me feel amazing!! My confidence has never been so high. The entire staff was friendly, the boutique is cute and perfect for dress shopping and my dress was literal perfection!

Luxe and all the gals who work there are amazing! There are dresses for a range of budgets, and, of course, it’s awesome to be able to try on any dress in the store as a plus size lady. And if Mahle is your stylist, you’re in for a great dress buying experience!

I chose Luxe based on reviews from others in a Facebook group and I am SO glad that I did. I went in with a wishlist, showed it to Suzanne, and she picked dresses out for me based on the list as well as others that I probably wouldnt have picked myself. Its impossible to find a plus-size sample dress and such a horrible experience for a plus-size bride to squeeze into dresses that dont even close. Walking into the boutique yesterday I instantly loved the ambiance, the look they had, the set up and it smelled so amazing. And the music choice was such a type-me-up for dress shopping. We were also greeted right away and treated as though we had been coming there for years and not new customers. I was lucky enough to have Suzanne as a stylist yesterday and she was so wonderful! Suzanne was able to find exactly my style and what I was looking for. I was hesitant about dress shopping and didnt truly believe I would find something I felt beautiful in and Suzanne made the experience fun, comfortable and found a dress that fit my style and made me feel like an actual beautiful bride! We had just come from Davids Bridal and were pretty set on buying a dress from there. But because of the experience Suzanne provided, the better quality of the dress and the overall vibe from Luxe, we knew we were purchasing from here. I cant speak highly enough of our experience here!

Mahle was beyond fabulous in helping me determine what I loved in a dress. She was patient, kind, and truly listened to my ever-changing thoughts as I figured out what I was looking for - all while keeping my budget in mind. The bridal industry can be hard on curvier body types and they specialized in it - I felt beautiful in every gown I tried on and I found my dream gown easily. This place is absolutely incredible. As a curvy woman, I was not looking forward to shopping for wedding dresses in the slightest. Suzanne made the experience so positive and amazing - she showered me with compliments that kept my confidence boosted the entire time. My experience here was great. I paid for the White Carpet Experience and it was worth it! I had my own area that was very private. The staff was very supportive and honest. They made me feel great. I straddle between standard sizing and plus sizes and I felt much more comfortable there than the other bridal shop I went to. I love their positivity and how they wanted me to be comfortable as well as beautiful. Besides this the waiting area for my guests while I changed was comfortable for my guests.

I recently came in to purchase my dress on a very short notice. I worked with Allison and she was FANTASTIC! I was supposed to get married in June 2020 and had purchased a dress at David’s and my experience with them was awful. I needed a new dress since now I am pregnant and my wedding is in May! Luxe was amazing. The person I spoke to on the phone was great and Allison was awesome. She helped me find a dress, veil, and earrings! I would highly recommend for all the beautiful plus size women out there!

My associate Suzanne Thompson was very nice and helpful made me feel comfortable while shopping for a dress. Being a plus size women when shopping for clothing I feel very uncomfortable and out of place but she made me feel great and I was relax enough to say YES to the dress!! I always knew that I wanted to go to Luxe when the day came to go wedding dress shopping. My experience not only met but exceeded my expectations. I have worked in customer service for 10+ years and let me tell you, these girls know their stuff and will make you feel like a queen! I was lucky enough to get Suzanne as my stylist and her work was like magic. I only had to try on one dress and let her know my likes/dislikes on that one style and she was able to pull my dream dress the very next try. She was able to explain exactly how each dress can be altered and custom ordered and since she is also a photographer she was able to give great advice on how each dress will photograph. I know many plus size brides fear that they wont get to have the moment of trying on a dress that ACTUALLY FITS and being able to say yes not because its the only dress that somewhat fits you in the store, but because it is THE ONE and you truly love it. I had that fear and almost bought a dress at a different store for this very reason. For those feeling anxious or unsure, I beg you to come to Luxe and get the experience that you deserve!

I have heard nothing but great experiences here so I decided to make a bridal appointment! They did not disappoint and my stylist Suzanne was WONDERFUL! She listened to what I liked and didn’t like, kept my budget in mind and made me feel beautiful and confident in every dress I tried on! I had the lovely opportunity to work with Mahle. Being a smaller mid size body type, I had apprehension about booking with LUXE but really really wanted to try. I had been to a few other salons that were showing me very small sample dresses that were trendy but not listening to my wants about how I wanted my body to look. I called ahead to make sure it was okay that I booked an appointment even though I wasnt plus sized. Mahle was so nice, warm, and welcoming on the phone that my apprehension was gone and I was stoked to go! On my shopping day, Mahle instantly picked a couple of dresses that would fit my body type. She made the appointment so fun and playful that I completely forgot about my insecurities and I was able to focus on how I felt. Mahle was patient when I flip flopped between styles and just made me feel good the whole time. I ended up getting so excited and cried when I tried my dress on- something I never thought would happen! I am so happy I got to share my business with them. I cannot say enough good things about LUXE and the day I spent there.

I had the best experience going to Luxe Bridal for my wedding dress shopping. After two horrible experiences at other places where I felt body shamed for being plus size I booked an appointment with Luxe. WOW! What an amazing experience- I was made to feel so gorgeous, and all the dresses fit! My stylist Molly was PHENOMENAL! I booked the white carpet experience where my bridesmaids got to sit comfortably in our own room, snack on treats while I was personally helped with dressing and styled by Molly! And at the end when I said “yes to the dress” we got to pop a bottle of champagne! I would go back in a heart beat and would tell everyone I know about this shop! They are so knowledgeable & they are just as excited as you are to find the perfect dress. As a plus size bride I was never very excited to try on wedding dresses, until I found luxe! Suzanne was awesome. She picked up on key words I used to describe what I did and didn’t like about every dress I tried on. I very quickly ended up finding my dream dress, in fact it was the first dress I tried on! I tried on more after even though I knew the first dress was THE dress but honestly I loved everything Suzanne put me in.
