Went to this store with shopping labels to return two identical child gates to amazon..was a line behind me and I only had packaging for 1 gate so I purchased another box to ship the other as well..young lady set it to the side and said she would pack it later in the afternoon after they were not busy..about 2 weeks later notified by the Amazon seller they only received 1 gate for the return ..so I was on the hook for about 50 bucks after I purchased shipping material from this store for an exhorbant price..after dealing with this and going back to the ups store they took my name and number and said they would call me which they never did..I ultimately was refunded by Amazon but be cautious if you dont see your item physically packaged and placed in back..
I am not impressed with the service at the UPS Dyer Indiana store. One of my Amazon order that was supposed to be sent back (apparently in a bulk shipment) was apparently lost by them according to their tracking. The store manager was rude and not helpful with my issue. She said it was not in their store fault although tracking says it never left the Dyer store. So if Amazon never refunded my $$ back to my bank who will refund me my money? GUESS I LOST THAT MONEY 💰
This store has Employees that are truly Prejudice. Im schedule to do my I9 verification and when I walk in they tell me they dont do them here. I began telling her that I had it down there a few months ago and my appointment is scheduled for here. She said sorry we dont do that here. Id called the Employer and she must have made a call to someone. The Employer called me back and ask Id I could go back. Told them I wouldnt be able to go back until next day and they said fine. Go back the next day and the SAME lady tells me oh you cant just walk in and you have to have an appointment (crazy). I told her I did but it was yesterday when you wouldnt do it, she continue to tell me that she sorry but couldnt do it because my appointment was expired. This place is Terrible.
Every time I go into this store I have a great experience. Well done on hiring your staff! Super knowledgeable and friendly. Today I had Lexi and she was so nice and knew exactly what she was doing. I am always in a hurry and today my transaction took literally 5 minutes. Thank you Lexi!
Everyone is always pleasant at this location, I went tonight and the young man was very sweet and helpful. Even entertained the toddler. Lol thanks for keeping welcoming, friendly faces.
Today i came to the Dyer UPS store at 620- approximately 10 minutes before they closed Lexy stayed after 630 when they were closed to make sure i had everything done right, she was very helpful and knowledgeable this store needs more people like that. Great job lexy, you did great! I’ll be back and make sure she’s there to help me again!

Been there many times, my demeanor is pleasant and friendly to everyone, however most times they have not been nice to me, Ive observed them being friendly to those before me and after me but when I get up to the counter my presence seems to get on their nerves. It feels bad.
Pam is always helpful and courteous, shipping for my kids here often never have any problem quick in and out.
The staff at the UPS store in Dyer are so nice. I have always been treated wonderful there.
Im here at 5:05pm and they closed without notice because of inclement weather. Several cars have pulled up expecting to be able to send packages or letters this evening and have been disappointed because they closed before their scheduled time of 6:30pm. This is CHICAGO & DYER..we get SNOW and ICE for goodness sakes!!!!
I have used the UPS Print Center several times and Danielle has always come through for me each time. Even when I call last minute with a rush order, she always gets it done fast.
The Store Manager is very, very Rude. I feel terrible for the rest of the delightful young ladies that work there because they are not properly Trained, after several attempts of explaining the difference between Bond paper and Cardstock I also had to Literally Show them how to Properly Clean the Actual Scanning Glass for their Copier!!
Used it three times this year with 0 problems.
