Was highly suggested so gave them a try once my oil change time came. Long story short, they may have good service but the upcharge is robbery. I only went through it to see the bill and because my time is extremely limited. The skinny is not everything in the service was done but signed off on and they upcharge on oil mainly. So anyone going here for oil changes should be made aware that if you cant/wont talk them down, youre looking at a $70 bill for oil change related services. $30 alone for premium oil.

The oil change and services center are by far the best in this entire region. The best costumers services Ive ever experienced, on top of that they dont be taxing the hell out of you. I will always come here and refer everyone to do the same.

Quick, nice, good work. They let you sit in your car during the oil change. Every time I come here the employees are super nice. I’m always satisfied with their work. I drove here from Chicago just for an oil change if that says anything :-)

Long story short, they drained my transmission and overfilled my oil. They compensated for the repairs, fees and the oil change. Their customer service is top of the line and they took full responsibility for the issue. Only giving 4 stars because of the issue but 5 stars for their accountability.

I had to get my car look at in the service center and Brad took good care of my car and so did Terry they do great work I would recommend them to my family and friends thats guys for the great service

I made an appointment online and I pulled up and the guy who came up to the car told me online appointments are a joke and they couldn’t do the alignment. Then he tells me he can’t help me with getting new tires after we bought the front two from there previously. I was very uncomfortable and felt patronized by this guy. I’m not someone who typically complains or leaves reviews but he seemed like he couldn’t care less about helping me. I’ve had good experiences before this but this really isn’t sitting well with me because of the way I was treated.

I now understand why this place has 5 stars…honestly amazing staff and fast delivery with their work. The assistant manager was extremely polite and welcoming. I took my Volkswagen Tiguan and these guys were exceptional.

I really hate to write this but my frustration and stress level is through the roof. On 5/14/21 I took my 2015 Santa Fe in for an oil change. I have been getting my oil changes at this location regularly since 2019 with no problem. The staff has always been welcoming and informative. However, the day after this last oil change my car oil light came on and my car ultimately stalled on me. Now, the only thing that seemed odd to me about this particular oil change was that the attendant filled a container with oil and then put that oil in the engine. I asked how much oil had he added and he said 5 quarts and then showed me the dip stick.So when my car stalled I called Oil Express and explained the situation. The person on the phone(service manager) asked if I had checked the oil level because it was probably low. I explained that I had not checked it because I had received an oil change at his establishment less than 24 hours before. I had no visible oil stains in my garage, so how could it be possible that my car was low on oil. The person on the phone agreed to come to my location and check the car. Upon arriving he checked the dip stick, looked beneath the vehicle, then added 2 more quarts of oil! At that point there is an oil slick beneath my car. He told me that I should not drive the car and suggested that I have it towed to his establishment. If there was a problem and it was found to be their fault my car would be repaired, otherwise the repair would be on me. At that point I did not trust them because either the oil change was not performed correctly or additional oil was added for no reason.I had my car towed to the local Hyundai dealership where it sat for 2 weeks before it could be looked at. I was ultimately told that the oil filter was the problem. There was a substantial amount of oil to be cleaned up on the vehicle. Oil Express offered 2 free oil changes to be performed by either the manager or assistant manager. It was the manager that came to check my stalled car and who also added the additional oil. Why would I consider taking my vehicle back for free oil changes? Establishments should take responsibility for their errors and offer reasonable restitutions.

I called 6 places for a quote a brakes. George gave me the best price and used good parts. When I arrived, they were quick to get my truck in the air to start the service. Very happy with everything they did.

Made a appointment online and was told that doesnt work.Brought my truck in to get a control arm replaced and when I got it back the tire came off. Mgmt said they made repairs without removing the tire.

Kind of pricey but employees were helpful and friendly.

Took my truck there for a tie rod and ball joint. Said it was only going to take 4 hours. I had to call them 6 hours later to ask what was going on and they said a couple more hours. WHAT?! I had to pick my son up from school. Miraculously that couple hours turned into 45 mins and when I turned the truck on, the check engine light was on. It wasnt when I dropped it off...too coincidental to me...then they put it on a scanner and tell me its a misfire and that some debri probably got in there. Do I look stupid? I came in for suspension work, not engine work. The guy said to just bring it back if it stays on. Ha! Ill never be back. Oh, and by the way, the truck still shakes on occasion like it did when I brought it in.

I had a check engine light on they attempted to make the repair after bringing my car back 8 times with the same code the Mechanictold me the manager Jeff told him to tell me to take it to the dealer.I wish I would have started there for the original work that oil change express did would have been cheaper at the dealer when I took to Subaru for the repair they found a cracked hose on the part that was replaced.Subarus diagnotic charge was lower than Express oil change. DONt go HERE TO TRY AND SAVE MONEY GO TO THE DEALER and not get the run around. that I recieved if you read on my older post about how I had been going there since it opened.read this post and stay away. considered yourself warned

Replaced my tail light that was out for only $6 and since it was my first time there, I got $5 off, so that was basically on the house!Like I said, great place all around. DECEPTION with smiles. Cheated me $300.00 for a service not done. So yes shame on me for not googling my engine light code VTM4(tire alert). The day after repair when the same light came back on, I went back. I got the B.S. our analysis was for code p3400, which that never showed on my dash. BTW you tube teaches how to fix p3400 less than $300.

I have been going to Express Oil Change for years. They are always polite, expedient, and professional. As a woman, I am comfortable going there for service on my car without having to worry about high pressure requests that I wouldnt know how to respond to. Today (July 31, 2019) I went in for a full service oil change and Terry J was my technician. Not only was he polite, friendly, and professional, he was also very respectful and explained everything for me. I honestly believe, every time I go in, that they truly care about me and my vehicle. These employees just make excuses they are very inexperienced and one even rolled his eyes at me for no apparent reason. They cost me 300 dollars for not being able to install my skid plate after a oil change

The second i arrived i was basically catered too every step of the way. I got an oil change done and corporate offered my son donuts and water and coffee for me. Next day i had brakes done with impeccable service. Hood tech Mike and Kyle and basically everyone i came across was super nice and beyond considerate. I advise everyone to check this place out. Ill be back.

Great, efficient service. Went into this place after getting a quote from another shop for front brakes I thought was a little too much. Express oil was a full 100 dollars cheaper. Had them do an oil change as well and still came out 50 bucks cheaper than the other shop! Mike the service manager was very friendly and helpful, did not try to up sell me any additional services but did inform me my rear brakes will need attention soon. Every shop could use an honest service manager like Mike. I had no appointment and he got me in and out within 2 hours. Walked over to dyer pops next door and had a giant beef sandwich while the car got serviced. Beyond that I had a brake light out that would notify me on the dash every time I stepped on the brakes. Id gotten so used to it I forgot to ask them to fix it. Got the car back, brakes are fresh, oil is changed and they replaced that brake light bulb for me as well. No more annoying lights on the dash. Top notch all around thanks guys!

Went there to have my cars brakes checked. Thought I needed work done, and the mechanic said I was good for awhile yet. I am glad they were honest and didnt try to sell me service I didnt need. I have my oil changed there too, and they are quick. Recommend them to anyone needing service.

I stopped in because I had a flat tire. Everyone working was so nice & welcoming. I can’t remember the guy who helped me at the service center, but he was extremely knowledgeable & actually explained what the issue was with my tire. I have a slow leak & he put air back in my tire & gave me recommendations on how to fix the problem. Their service center does not carry my tire, but he definitely went above & beyond to help me. He was nice enough to not charge me & I’ll definitely be back & recommend anyone to go there.

I have been going to Express oil for years and know Jeff because while walking out of Auto Zone, he offered to put on a new pair of wipers on my car out of shier kindness. After telling me where he worked, I became a loyal customer ever since. They know me by name (Mike the Uber Guy) and do all the extras like checking all my lights and tire pressure on each visit. Always get great service. Been going to this location for a few years now for my oil changes. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Needed to have repairs done to my car and the manager personally drove me home while my car was being worked on then picked me up once the repairs were finished!

Mike and David did an exceptional job. I was greeted warmly and was treated like a valued customer. They explained in detail each service that was provided. Definitely worth the impromptu visit.

They change my oil quick, customer service is good, they check a lot of other things, and I dont have to get out of the car.

After discount tire recommended for brake replacement to express oil change I used to bring both our lexus SUV and sedan for every damn thing for fixing. I got pretty much locked with Express oil . back in 2017 and 2018 Pedro and AJ used to do all the car servicing and fixing (not oil change) at the back of the store. They did fantastic job on my cars. They both were excellent engineers and did great job on my cars.
