This is the nicest, cleanest, classiest place around. This is where you take your companion to shop and look, or go on your own. The staff here is the most knowledgeable and friendliest of people working anywhere. They have everything from mild to wild. The prices will surprise you. Nothing overpriced and there are a lot more products and value in their online store than what you see displayed on the shelf. Simply put, the best store around. FYI they dont sell poppers and they dont do the video rooms. They do have a lot of quality movies.In short, after visiting the other places in Raleigh, its like walking into the Mercedes dealership after leaving the used car lot in Clayton.......🤷‍♂️

I found this store online and have ordered from there 2 times now. Both times i got my items very fast. The items were everything they said they would be. I called before i ordered to make sure they had what i needed and they took the items off the shelf right away and mailed them. I def will keep shopping here and if i am ever in NC i will stop by for sure

I love this shop it’s actually the only one I will go to. The shops clean and bright not like one of the seedier shops at all. Every time I’ve gone in the staff has been exceptionally helpful. Also if I say I don’t need help I’m not bothered. Honestly that has been awesome if you’re like me have anxiety and want to browse and take a minute to decide. As far as selection goes they have plenty. Like I’m pretty sure it’s one of the only shops that carries actual BDSM stuff not the flimsy fall apart items ya know? They also have plus size stuff which is awesome as a person who has been a size 18-26 there has always been something cute in my size. I also saw that they had items like packers and breasts which I thought was cool. Felt like a just all around inclusive shop.

I really love Frisky so much! This isn’t for first impressions but I’m there often enough to have had many positive experiences so far, and it warrants a review. It’s one of the cleanest and most well stocked shops in the area, first off. A&E and other similar chains absolutely never have a true stock for k!nk supplies, and every time I go I fawn over all the lovely implements! They have really nice and high class looking products, as well as more affordable things which is really appreciated. The staff is helpful but never bothersome, and whenever I’ve asked questions they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as clear professionals in making people comfortable in an environment like this. The other thing I love is the large selection of things for LGBTQ people. It makes me really happy to see as a non binary person, and while I don’t have a need for a packer, someone who sees this will, and they have a true selection of gender affirming products here. I’ve never had any issues or cheaply made products from here either. If you’re really tired of chain places, this is /the/ place to go!

LOVE this store! It is welcoming from the moment that you walk into the soft lighting and neat layout. The lingerie comes in very inclusive sizes, which is more than what can be said for other local shops. The store is organized into logical sections and there are many toys out of their boxes on display (without batteries) so that you can get a better idea of what you want and what you are purchasing. The staff is kind and helpful, able to answer any question without judgment. Perhaps what most impressed me was the presence of medical grade silicone vaginal dilators. I felt that they really had thought of everything!

So frankly, Im not a fellow to frequently fall upon an establishment such as this, due in large measure because related places are usually sleazy, sketchy, smelly, or scary; the visit ends up being a rather embarrassing encounter. Im just someone tired of the department store lingerie section, and I dont trust the quality of many places store-fronted via online. But I also dont like going to some back alley midnight creep place which conveys all the characteristics of a clandestine operation. So for compromise I decided to take a risk and order from FB online and pick up at the store. First off, there seemed to be a large selection, which was nice. Second, pricing was very reasonable compared to other online alternatives, and Id rather support a local business then give ole Bezos a cut of the dough. Third, when I placed the order, they ended up not having a specific item in stock, and I appreciated the prompt, professional email conversation in which they recommend a different item. They seemed to really care, which you dont see a lot these days. That was nice for a change. The order was also ready in 15 minutes. Fourth, when I went to pick up my order, I was surprised how nice (and good smelling, like perfume instead of cigarettes) the store is, and more so, the individuals working were incredibly friendly and nonchalant. It was all very welcoming. Thanks FB, youve won a new customer. Maybe other places will catch a drift!

Ive been going here for almost 15 years. The staff is always informative & professional. I always find what I need, great selection and great prices.

Ill consider myself a one and done shopper at this establishment. Spent a large amount of money on several items, including two outfits. There wasnt an option to try them on at the store so my GF tried them on at home. They dont fit, I called the store and was told there are no returns or exchanges, and that the sales associate should have told us as much at checkout. When I told the woman who took my call that we werent told I received a snotty reply stating that is the policy and we should have known. Neither my GF nor I saw any signs stating that and the sales person didnt tell us, how would we know? I am baffled that a clothing item cannot be, at a minimum, be exchanged when it is abundantly clear the items are unused. What was an enjoyable experience was completely squashed by a ridiculous policy and less than pleasant person answering the phone.

I brought 2 items from the store and neither worked correctly. They don’t give no refund or accept returns regardless if items are sold broken buy it from the store. They state the test but unfortunately if buy something and walk out the door it becomes your responsibility. Your unable to return you must notify manufacturer and retrieve your item that. Do not buy from store because they don’t care about they customers they are just wanting to sale.They don’t stand behind the products being sold.Do Not Buy From This Store

Fabulous selection made apparent by the knowledgeable staff. Emily in particular has helped make the process of matching me to the perfect products fun and stress-free. Even when my requests were very particular, she did not give up or make me feel like I was asking for anything out of the ordinary. I can invest in new products with confidence at Frisky Business!
