Very nice not-that-little Indian store with an awesome selection of products.Lots of dry products, spices, rice. Lots of frozen meals & products. Nice selection of exotic products (from a US perspective).Their produce selection is a little limited, but they have the ones hard to find.Very clean store, including the bathroom. Very nice & knowledgeable staff.

Interesting store, had never entered. I thought I would find items from many countries since the store is called Around the World, but no! its actually 98% Indian stuff. But it was interesting anyway.

Very helpful staff and the store smells wonderful as soon as you step in from all the wonderful products. My husband and I stopped in and loved it so much we just had to bring in his mother. Not only do they have food products and beverages, they also have kitchen and household supplies and beauty products. Highly recommend anyone stops in here for rare goods not available in regular grocery stores.

Love this market; lots of South Asian products. Lots of dry goods, frozen items, and some fresh produce. Everything is very affordable and the store is clean and organized. Staff are polite, helpful, and English speaking staff members are present if you need any help.

Like going their. Suggestion if you see products are coming close to expiry date, then 2 months before the date put them on sale or donate so that anyone will eat when its good to eat!!! Dont put it on clearance when its expired!!! Do not treat your customers this way!!

Labels sometimes are displaced and if you dont pay attention you might be paying more than you are supposed to! Otherwise, very nice people and an amazing range of items.

I prefer this indian groceries store compared to others as it has fresh spices and well stocked products. Majority of the products are available.

I love to buy bulk ingredients for dahl and rice or curry spices here. Also pappadum, Chutney, Indian Snacks frozen goods, all sorts of other tasty foods. It reminds me of back in England where we have many shops like this. They also carry some UK chocolate, as well as the Indian dessert and cookies. Also they have vegetables which is useful when you are in a hurry.

I had such a good experience shopping here for any South Asian dishes that I wanted to cook. It had everything I needed when I wanted to cook chicken tikki masala & spicy curry.This place also has Jasmine Rice, which grocery stores like Wegman’s, Harris Teeter, & Food Lion do not sell. It is generally high-quality white rice from Thailand & it was about $20 to purchase a single 20-lb bag; it is more affordable than Li Ming’s Global Mart, where on average, it costs about $25-35 per 20 lb bag of Jasmine Rice.

Awesome spice market

Beware of the very rude old Indian Lady (Aapaa)- been a regular customer (member) for about a year now, wanted to EXCHANGE some masalas worth 3$ only that I bought from the same shop but lost the receipt. I was also buying groceries worth $50+ and gave up the exchange to avoid arguments with her but she started accusing me of lying, in front of everybody there because she could not find the transaction in the last two visit, on her computer???? When I told her to quit the exchange she started ranting that I bought things from another shop and now trying to exchange here, I felt really insulted in front of everybody there like I got caught in the middle of scamming her hundreds of dollars. Never going back to this shop ever again.

Everything you need without having to go to Morrisville. The produce department could be better, but Im guessing the foot traffic is pretty low for that.

My go to Indian super market. Good prices, good customer service, and they have a decent variety. Check it out if you are interested in making a curry or desire a unique spice for your oriental dishes.

If you are looking for authentic ingredients and food items for an Indian recipe, this the place to go. I went to look for one item and spent an hour in this store. The store is very big and they have great way finding for their aisles. They have fresh and frozen items. They also have a beauty aisle with several products.

This is my place to be for all my Indian stuff. I get most of the items which are not available in other stores. All Indian spices, Cereals,lentils, veggies etc are available here. You can even get curry leaves and drum stick if youre a fan of it. They do have collection of few Ramdev products, some sweets and other Indian stuff required for cooking. So give it a show and you wont be disappointed for sure.

I drive 20+ miles to get my (Desi) grocery from this place even though I have options available less than half the distance. This is the cleanest, well organized grocery store in Raleigh, Cary and Durham area that I know. I know the gentleman who owns this place. He started one in Cary with same name but that place is is going down the tube by the day. They have no more customer regard and respect. Their cashiers will not even talk to you. Here, I got genuine attention as a customer and that is for everyone who walks in this place (Im not special) but I feel so everytime I come here. I highly recommend this place.

This store has all varieties of Asian cuisine and a good selection of meals, meat, snacks, and fresh fruits/vegetables. Whether they offer the food you grew up with or something different and exotic to you, I highly recommend this store to anyone! The employees are always helpful and courteous as well.

Best South Asian grocery store in Durham

We love this store for the fresh vegetables they have in stock. Sunday afternoon is the best time to visit because they receive fresh vegetables every Thursday and Sunday. they have a good collection of snacks too. the owners are very friendly and nice to talk to.

Great place to find international flavors especially indian spices Wich we use to flavor our dishes. Reasonable prices if you compare to other stores and nice people oh I forget their nice music too😊 I highly recommend this place for those who like to try flavors from the other side of the world.

If you are from Asia, especially India this is a place to shop. You get to shop almost all the things you would find in a supermarket @ India. It has everything to offer for both North and South Indians alike. In fact, you may be suprised that certain items that may not be available even at a neighbouring state in India is available here.The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

To be honest this a great Indian grocery store. But not a world food as sign say. I was looking for Latin food but I felt bad after run the whole store and realized was a Indian food(not offence just need to be more specific about the store) I give you 5 start for nice good store and amount or diferent product
