I just want to say a huge THANK YOU!!!! to the two gentlemen who helped me today 6/19/21. They were very helpful with a Father Day gift that alot of other places couldnt do. They customized a Hat for me that had some words that were questionable, but was just a play on words. Again Thank you!!! U guys were awesome and I will be back!!!
Waited in line for 15 minutes before he told us that we couldn’t be in the store without an mask, went got masks and came back and waited an additional 20 minutes before we was checked out. Ridiculous
DO NOT ORDER online from here!!!Worst return process ever!Had to pay 15 for shipping. Then they make you pay 10 to return item!!!They also do not allow you to return online order to store.This makes absolutely NO SENSE!I will never buy anything here again!I will never recommend this store to anyone.I am stuck with a defective hat that cost $30, but would have to pay 65 total to return! So I would get 30 back and lose 35!This is a complete rip off!No other store does anything like this at all!Do NOT GO HERE!
