Sometimes you just have to have your fix of honey baked, and this is where you go to get it. Famous for their ham, they also do a great job with turkey. It is a lot easier to let them make it for you then to try and do it on your own! Order ahead online to avoid the wait.

Great place and the spiral cut bone in ham is out of this world. Only compliant I have is I have several gift cards that didnt work for some reason. Not sure whats going on but hopefully it will get resolved because thats 150 dollars. The staff is typically nice I havent had any issues In that area. I will continue to buy hams from this place and I highly recommend this place if you havent been!!

Cleanliness 5/5. Place was spotless. The cashier/food prep guy changed his gloves constantly which was awesome whenever he had to go in the freezer or whatnot.Service 5/5. I have worked for corporate and franchise I need baked Ham companies. Im a certified Master glazer and I have been working for the company over 20 years. Im somewhat of a contractor I can work for any store whether its corporate or franchise and this is a very clean place. I cant speak for every store but I do know the HoneyBaked Ham in Dalton Georgia is excellent. And the HoneyBaked Ham company in Durham North Carolina chapel Hill boulevard very good people.

I love this restaurant for a sandwich. The ham is the best. Along with the turkey. And the glaze they add to the sandwiches are the yummiest part. A great addition to an already amazing sandwich. Employees will provide you with a punch card to get a free sandwich after you buy 10. They were the 1st place I thought of for a Christmas ham.

I went to purchase a gift card to send a family member for a future family gathering. Ms. Valerie provided such a pleasant and joyful greeting that through conversation my daughter and I decided to purchase the Tavern Club and the HoneyBaked sandwiches. We shared the sandwiches which were both good and filling. Kudos to Ms. Valerie :-)

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday I had to wait in line 40 minutes, but the store was fully staffed. The wait was due to the demand for delicious ham! And well worth it.

I was really disappointed today, I pre ordered my ham online, and stood in line from 3:25 til 5:45, and they said they were cooking more hams. But the strangest thing, my ham was cold as ice when I received it, so was they lying, or what, and the pre ordered line wasnt moving. Only the line of paid orders, they just let us stand there, but I have to give it to them, they were very nice and apologetic, but that wasnt moving that line any, I thank them for my ham, but never again will I do this, they should have had a better system than that.

Great as always. Place is tiny, but pre-order and you are in and out in a few minutes. Thanks folks.

I have waited 50 minutes for my prepaid food, reserved in advance, and they still dont have it ready. I wouldnt shop here again.EDIT: It took over an hour to get most of my food, and they didnt even get me the bread rolls I paid for. I asked for a refund for the rolls, but they couldnt do it, so we left. I hope I will get a refund for the rolls someday, but Im not counting on it. God help those poor souls still waiting in line.

The Phone Customer Service was wonderful when I called to reserve my ham, She and I share the same name. She was very polite and conversational. I reserved a 4-6 lb ham and the order number was sent to my email. Once I got to the store the line was really long. I wasnt informed about Curbside Pick up when I placed my order. However, that was ok. I expected to wait. Once I got inside, there were no signs directingCustomers who reserved online. So I wasted 10 minutes in the wrong line. Once I got up to the Counter is when everything went down hill and I received the worst Customer Service probably in my lifetime. The Cashier never greeted me, she acted as She was doing me a favor. I told her that I reserved a ham and gave her my order number. She rudely talked over me and asked for my name and phone number when I gave her my order number. What is the point of an order number, if it is not going to be used to find your order? She couldnt find my order and then I was told they had to glaze some more hams. I was like, I thought it would be ready. So I had to tell her what I had reserved. She goes in the back and comes back with a Turkey and rudely shouted to me, did you order a Turkey? I told her for the second time No I ordered a 4-6 lb bone in Ham. She goes in the back again. She comes back out and shouts did you order a boneless ham? So I told her for the 3rd time what I ordered. By this time I was getting agitated. It takes a lot to get me agitated in public. Its COVID-19, I wanted to get in and get out. There was no social distancing in the line on the wall that I was standing in! This was a Large Caucasian Woman. I did not get her name, she starting getting loud and agrumentive towards me. To the point that her Co-worker had to pull her to the back to calm her down and let her stay there until I left. She was about to cause a scene. Your Employees should not be working in Customer Service, if they cant greet the Customers pleasantly. She should be Thankful to have a job. I have no job, so $60.00 for a small ham was out of my budget to be treated rudely! The ham was delicious, HBH is the best! However, it is a gimmick to get me to the store with no clue of how much my ham would be! It was worth it for the taste but not for the rude shade of Customer Service! I want my money back or a coupon for money off. If I decide to visit this store again! I felt discriminated against. And we as a people are always the bad guys! This is WHY!!!!!

Weve been buying holiday hams here for at least a decade now. For the past two years, the customer service has been appallingly bad. We thought it was a one-off last year, but had an even worse experience today. You would have thought the cost of the ham was coming out of their paycheck, or that it was their pet pig that had been slaughtered. I doubt well be back.

Ham is good but not $80 good. It was the day before Thanksgiving so of course it was packed but the staff was great. Very attentive and was moving the line along great. Only way I would return is with a good coupon.

My experience was mind blowing! Today was my Familys first time eating here as we are new in town but we couldnt have made a better decision. We were treated with the utmost kindness. SEKIA was AWESOME. We spent a little while asking questions and trying different things on the menu but she was very patient, HELPFUL and super friendly (: ! I havent been here in a while so i stopped here to pick up sandwiches for supper and I was greeted by Tamika who was such a joy, she took our order and made the entire experience noteworthy. We ordered some catering a while back and it was wonderful. Today we got some ham and other items but could not find our coupon. The manager pulled it up on our phone and was very nice and friendly. Tranica was our cashier and she was great. Everyone was all smiles from the time we arrived until we left. One of the girls even new some of the customers by name. We love this place.

Easy to get not that far away, pretty expensive meat dessert but totally worth the price once you bite into the meat and dessert. I love this place so much not only because its close to where I stay but the food is beyond extraordinary.

Aside from fact that they are pricey, it is hard to not love a honey baked ham. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I have stopped for lunch before. Ham is the highlight and turkey is pretty good too. No complaints with the sandwiches but nothing special or even particularly good outside of the meat. Could be great if they had better bread. In the end of it all, ok as lunch spot but I will give 4 stars just because they have one exceptional, albeit pricey, product and I will pretty much only go there to buy a ham.

Store staff were very friendly but I am very disappointed in the quality of the turkey. Years ago I bought both turkey and ham here that were delicious. Yesterday I picked up a $31.00 breast that tastes dry and old. I could have bought better than this at a cheap grocery store deli or frozen ready to eat. Cant help but wonder, how long was this sitting there?

Terrible, I waited in line for an hour and a half to only find out they were sold out of Turkey breast even though I had reserved one.

Just swung by and got some ham. It was the first time I went to Honey Baked Ham that was not right before Thanksgiving or Christmas, when I always have to wait in a long line.The staff was pleasant and the food is good as always.

Very busy, day before Easter but line moved fast and ham is very good. Hint serve it at room temperature. Heating it will most likely dry it out. Freeze portions for sandwiches later.

Order lunches for business meetings often. Love the boxed lunches. Great variety, packed with meat and toppings, different sides to choose from, and the cookies are AWESOME! They have excellent friendly, efficient and helpful customer service too. So glad I found them!!

The worst customer service you can think of. Placed the order online, went to pick it up later in the evening and all they could come with was oh! Its just so that we know how many orders we need to make. So why wasnt our order there? They ran out of the product! So what happened to knowing how many orders to make. To make it worse, while walking out, there was a sarcastic happy Thanksgiving. I would never recommend this place to anyone - bad management, staff and customer service has let this place down! Theyve lost a faithful customer and Im sure I wont be the last.

The food is awesome, but the service is not great. They no longer allow you to reserve a ham over the phone. The location is difficult to find. When I was there, there were at least 2 attendants working, but only one was helping customers. The process to get my items took much longer than necessary.

We had an devastatng unexpectaed death of a staff members son at our medical facility and decided to send a Honey Baked Ham dinner to the family. I spoke with Bob by phone and he coordinated everything for me. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and went oout of his way to make the meal easy. I could not have asked for him to be any more helpful and will definitely consider Honey Baked Ham again.
