Absolutely gorgeous tile. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and friendly. They stayed open to help me even after closing (I didnt realize they were closed!). Can be pricey, but very unique designs and pieces.

The truest measure of an organization is how it responds to an issue. My initial experience was slightly negative, but Best Tiles response has made me a fan. From the helpful attitude of Casey, who allayed my concerns and did everything she could to help to the management team and the owner who called to express his concerns. The saved the day, our bathroom remodel is nearing completion and this team made it happen when I needed it most. Thank you Casey, and Management.

The staff is amazing. Super patient, helpful and make the selection process very fun. My rating is based on their contractor recommendations. They are 100% upfront regarding their policy in that they do not take any responsibility for the work done by the contractors they recommend. However, I emailed the branch manager Tom Fuls regarding Justin Starkey, Keelyn Impervious Tile Solutions and I never received a response. He quit my project before completion, gave me an invoice and demanded the final payment two days later otherwise he would put a lien on my home. Without going into the details of what his workers did to my home and in my home, I would think the branch manager would at the very least acknowledge my email. Nevertheless, you are taking a risk with any contractor you hire; just be very diligent and be mindful of this one in particular. Good luck to everyone and I hope you end up with the remodel you hoped for.

Came here to look at bathroom time for a renovation with my interior designer and worked with Susan who was great! Terrific selection of tile including real stone, ceramic, porcelain, glass, wood ceramics, etc. Assisi will let you take home tile samples for 1 week to see how they look in your home or if your partner didnt go to the showroom with you. Open M-F 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. they also included a pricing sheet for the samples they lent me as well. Convenient location in Durham just off 15-501 on Garrett Rd.
