I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve always had a fantastic experience. They’ve done minor fixes on my glasses multiple times free of charge, and their frame selection is well curated.

I love this store a lot but the staff thinks that I was shoplifting when Ive been there for 3 minutes! TL;DR Good stuff, decent prices, horrible staff

Only pharmacy that you can call and get a real person the first ring. Pharmacist was extremely helpful and even pointed me in the right direction when he didn’t have something in stock. Won’t ever go back to a chain pharmacy again. Thank you, Upchurch!

Wonderful, pharmacist-owned drug store that take a personal interest in maintaining your business and satisfaction. They work very hard to assure youre pleased with their services.The front end of the store has many little humorous gift style items as well as various clothing and household decor items.There is also an optical shop in the front of the store. Its a great store and very friendly staff! Would never want to go to another drug store!

I cant recommend the Upchurch optical department enough. They do excellent work for a reasonable price and with a quick turn around. The people who work there are also friendly and courteous. Need frames or lenses changed out? Look no further than Upchurch Optical in Durham.

Durhams hidden gem. When you walk in you automatically feel like you walked into a friendly Mom and Pops type old fashion place. You wont be dissapointed. I recomend this place to everyone.

Been coming here for 25 years and this family-owned business continues to provide excellent pharmacy service (despite many many changes in the pharmaceutical world out there)/ With the advent of their charming gift shop, its a delight to visit even without a script in hand. Love the people. Love the store.

I have been an Upchurch Pharmacy customer for many, many years. They are fantastic, kind, compassionate people. I cant imagine going anywhere else. In fact, I was pressured rather strongly by an insurance company to drop Upchurch and sign on to their mail order system. Nope, wouldnt do it. Its kind of like Cheers - everybody knows your name!

I have dealt with Upchurch Drugs for 19 years and never experienced anything other than total professionalism in every respect. In addition to the two pharmacists, their support staff is extremely competent and cordial. Do not hesitate to make Upchurch your go-to drug store.

Nice things but staff is not. I feel as if Im a shoplifter when i am looking around. Good place to stop if you are in need of a gift for someone but not to feel welcomed.

Everyone is subject to error; for UPC. it is RARE . Their drug knowledge is only exceeded by theirtreatment of this stranger as extended family (when he really needed it).My family had a glass/gift/antique retail business along w/ numerous professional services (until our neighborsburned it all down & we went from well-to-do to welfare in a week. Quickly, my parents winged their wayto where fire is unknown & I came to help my surrogate daughter (who saw me more there than here). I have beenmedically challenged, emotionally fragile, & lonely since my arrival.UPC, each & every one have provided family I no longer have. I had heard of Southern Hospitality, but expected it to be service with a smile--perhaps from the teeth out. Gratefully, sincerely, and heart-felt I have found the most genteel, genuine cross-culture I have known across 4 continents, 9 countries, numerous governments and several adopted families in my 3 score 10 life experience..
