We recently purchased a new home. It needed new windows installed on the enclosed back porch. The existing windows were of a thin vinyl and did not open easily, did not insulate from heat and cold, and did not allow us to enjoy the room year around.After looking at several companies we decided to use the Aluminum Company of NC even though we are well over an hour from their offices. There were several reasons for our selection. One was the excellent reviews they received from virtually all their customers. I actually joked to Kevin the sales person about how the reviews had been scrubbed. He assured me that those were all the reviews and that they did not charge for an installation until finished. The second reason is that all of their employees that we dealt with were extremely courteous and professional up front.When it came time for installation, Charlie and Phil came out and spent four days not only putting in the new windows but correcting some structural issues with our porch framing. They did an outstanding job.Lastly the windows themselves are terrific. They fit and work perfectly. We are extremely happy with our choices in both windows and the company.While the companys work is not inexpensive, we feel we received our moneys worth and will be enjoying our back porch windows for years to come (they have a lifetime warranty).We would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

I had 28 windows replaced and they look amazing! Patrick was my sales rep and came to my home with a sample window to show me how it worked and differences in what I currently had. He wore a mask inside and even offered to talk outside if it made me feel more comfortable.Due to COVID, there were some manufacturing delays, but I was contacted every 3-4 weeks with an update on what was going on for scheduling purposes.Three days was quoted and it took about two and a half. Kenny and George were onsite and were fantastic to work with. Whenever they came into the house, they wore their masks and told me what they were doing and asked if I had any questions.On day one, the old windows were out and new windows were in with caulking on the interior. Day two and half of three was bending the aluminum and insulating the outside.I was referred by a neighbor and I can see why. Now, I will be referring others to The Aluminum Company of NC.

Charles had to trim the door down so it would fit, and he also made some modifications to allow the door to open freely over the grass. I called the Aluminum Company of North Carolina to have someone come to my house and check on a gutter problem that I was having. I got a call back from the Aluminum Company of North Carolina from a Mr. John Alexander. I explained what my problem was and he proceeded to tell me what they could do without even coming out and checking the situation. I have heard about all of the wonderful services that the Aluminum Company of North Carolina provides. Coming to your house to go over your situation, I thought, was one of them, but I was totally surprised when Mr. Alexander was so reluctant in coming out and looking at my problem. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I left a one star review but I was immediately contacted by Mr. Hanna and he re-assured me that the company would have someone to come to my house and check out my particular problem and then we would move forward from there. At this time I do not know if the Aluminum Company of North Carolina will be able to fix my particular situation but I am changing my review to five stars for the quick response that I received from Mr. Hanna and the professional manner in which it was handle. Aluminum Company replaced our roof with no muss or fuss. They installed a quality shingle, helped us pick the right color, and kept us informed through the whole process. The installation went smoothly, and we appreciated that they took their time to hand-nail without rushing. We also had them install gutter helmet guards and they got those installed even though the weather was sketchy the day they did that. Marc made the whole process painless for us.

This was our first time working with The Aluminum Company. They replaced a picture window in our primary bathroom with a bay window. Every step in the process was handled with utmost professionalism. The window is extremely high quality and beautifully installed. The installers were masked and wore shoe covers whenever in the house. We were especially impressed by the clear communication from the company throughout the entire process. They even kept us informed of the timeline for building the window as it progressed. The aluminum company of NC does good work in a very timely manner. They are by far the most expensive of quotes I received and due the lack of follow up by other contractors I had very little choice. The one MOST Important thing to do is have a very thorough walk thru once the job is finished. I failed to check my front door frame which was damaged when the crew took the storm door off during the installation of siding and then reinstalled it improperly, which I failed to notice for several weeks until the hinge popped off. My door frame was cracked and when I discovered it two months later the Aluminum Company wouldn’t repair it, instead they offered to sell me another door. The other damage I didn’t notice was the screw and nails that came thru my dinning room and my sons rooms wall. We don’t use our dining room often and of course my son didn’t notice it. The final thing to look for is a lot of left over nails and small pieces of old siding. I have been finding these everywhere for months afterwards since the weather has been nice and I’m watering my lawn and spending time in my yard.

We used The Aluminum Company of North Carolina to install EZ Breeze system to enclose our screened porch into a 3 season room. Our sales representative, the project manager and the installation crew were all on time and professional. We have had an excellent experience working with the Aluminum Co of NC. I preface this review to say we are 2 people with very high standards of who we hire to work on our house and who we recommend to others. We had all 14 original windows (33 yo) removed and replaced with OKNA replacement windows and the exterior trim protected by cladding with aluminum.Each person that came to the house, always called ahead of time, arrived as scheduled, respected our time, and was a pleasure to work with. The office always kept us up to date on the progress of our project from when the windows were ordered, when they were delivered, and immediately upon arrival they scheduled installation. It didnt matter who I spoke with in the office, each person that answered the phone treated our job as their job. They never punted the responsibility and always answered my questions or called me back within hours if they needed to check into something. Each and every call was their responsibility- something that is found less and less of these days.Chris Riley and his crew are very talented at what they do, showed great attention to detail, and a high degree of expertise working with aluminum. They were respectful, easy to talk to, showed great concern and attention to our requests, treated our home like their own, and quickly completed the entire project within one day.As seen in the before and after photos, the finish product completely updated the entire exterior of the house. The up close picture of an exterior window shows off their attention to detail and excellent installation of the window, absolutely no flaws in the aluminum work, and the final step of sealing in the window with caulking was done masterfully. The interior view shows off the quality of the OKNA window and its crisp lines make the trim from floor to ceiling pop off the walls. We did have to wait for the windows to me custom made but it was well worth the wait! We would not hesitate in hiring Aluminum Co and having Chris and his crew return again for any future jobs.Our old windows made traffic sound like it was driving through the house.With our new OKNA windows, we do not hear any outside noise. Jeff was great to work with with coming out, looking at what we needed, making some suggestions without high pressure sales tactics, and getting us an estimate in a timely manner. The total cost of the work was very reasonable.Once we signed everything (no paper, it was a really quick turnaround!), we were scheduled promptly, ahead of estimated timeframe which we liked. Shanes team came out to do the install. They showed up on time, worked hard, got the job done to our satisfaction, and did not leave us a mess to clean up. He also answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction. At the end of each day we knew where things stood with what work was left and what to expect on the next workday.Finally, when the work was done Colin came out to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. This is our second experience with The Aluminum Company of North Carolina. A few years back, we contracted with them to replace our windows. It was such an excellent experience that when we decided to replace our gutter filters, we called on them again. Danny met with us again for this contract to determine what we needed/wanted. Shane and his crew installed our gutter helmets and left our yard just as neat and tidy as it was before the work began. Colin came out to inspect after the job was complete. They were all very pleasant and professional and we enjoyed working with them. The only sour note was the attitude and tone the financial officer taking the payment used with Colin. We could hear his every word on speaker. The man wasnt speaking to me but Im glad I did not have to deal with that person. He was rude. Again, nothing to do with our job, but I was surprised as everyone weve dealt with had been nice.

Weve used Aluminum Company for our piecemeal project of replacing our windows (August 2020 was #2 of 3 sets of replacements) since 2019. Nothing but A+ service for these two ventures. This past Saturday we were cleaning the windows of our downstairs airbnb.prepping for Sundays new guest arrival. When we panicked b/c we couldnt get one window closed after cleaning, we called Danny, our sales rep, who promised to try to get someone there before Monday. AC of NC just resided our house, replaced our gutters, and replaced our windows. It was a huge job, which they executed flawlessly. From our salesperson, Patrick, talking us into black gutters on the rooflines, to our project manager, Reed, to our contractor, Angel, they are fantastic people to work with. They pointed out areas that we could upgrade our home, be it moving a downspout or losing a piece of 90s style siding decoration, and turned our house into, basically, a new structure on the outside. I wish there was a way to give them a below one rating. We had them re roof our town home and add new cutters. This company was selected by our association and not us. The damaged our siding while replacing the roof, They added the neighbors downspout to our yard, I am still finding nails and old roof material in my siding and my yard. My attic and my storeroom have become useless because of all the nails that have come through my roof some 2 inches long, if you stand up you will be impaled. They also went through my indoor ceiling with nails. After threatening them with legal action they finally came out and fixed the ceiling (OK job) fixed the siding (very bad job) Still waiting to make my attic and storage area safe. Looks like legal action will need to be taken. Hire them if you want to add legal bills to your project!!

The folks at the aluminum company are the best. I got quotes for gutters and gutter helmets from multiple sources and in the end decided to go with the best quality with the best warranty. The patented gutter helmet is only available through the Aluminum Company. The company takes great care of their customers before, during, and after the installation process and I expect the warranty will continue the strong customer service if I ever need them. As wonderful as these look and what I have learned about how well the gutter helmet performs, I don’t expect to need their services often, if at all. They do guarantee their work and will ensure that the gutters are running free of debris on an as needed basis. I can’t say enough about this family owned company that’s been providing great products and services for many years.

We used the Aluminum Company of NC to replace some faulty cladding on the outdoor trim of our house, as well as replacement of the gutter system and the installation of the Gutter Helmet system onto the new gutters. The work was completed in two days, it looks incredible, and the there was hardly any trace that anybody had been working on our house. The job is flawless, and the gutter system works perfectly. I have used Aluminum Co of NC for 3 major projects. The last was recently replacing all the gutter helmets due to hail. Their products and service are outstanding. I have a very difficult gutter system and they bent over backwards to make it right. After the installation we had some rain overflow off the helmet. Joe was amazing came out with Shane and made all the necessary adjustments. They delivered what they promised. I highly recommend, Alluminum Co. is top notch company.

Danny replaced 3 older windows in a dining room bay. Its not the same room. He was very meticulous and did an excellent job. The company covered our home in siding many years ago and it still looks new. You get what you pay for and lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship is well worth it coupled with quality products and excellent workmanship. The Aluminum Company of North Carolina recently replaced the roof on our house. Dallas was great explaining the various roofing materials, gutters and leaf filters. The team that worked on the roof was great. There was quite a bit of rain during the project but the team always had certain areas of the roof completed so it was never necessary to have a tarp covering the roof. We are extremely please with the way the project was handled and with the finished roof.

We spent a long time evaluating window replacement companies as this isnt a small investment. We got quotations from four companies and quickly found that replacement windows vary greatly in cost. We settled on The Aluminum Company of Raleigh for a couple of reasons. First of all we were impressed with the quality of the Okna range of windows. Secondly they were the only company that seemed to understand that we wanted to replace the windows but not affect the street appeal of the property. The last reason was that a lot of companies subcontract the installation so then if anything goes wrong, who is then responsible and who will take responsibility for the repair. All, and I mean all, of the staff at The Aluminum Company of Raleigh are excellent. We were so impressed by everything they did that we have already awarded them another contract. The Okna windows are not the cheapest but they do represent excellent value for money and the installation is perfect !!!

Despite an hour delay in the follow up visit, The Aluminum Company of NC went above and beyond their fulfillment of the replacement back door to this old house. It would have taken miracles to make this place look better and they delivered! You have a big fan here on West Club Boulevard!

They are the best! A little more expensive but definitely worth it. They replace all the windows in my house and added a beautiful bay window. They also did our E-Z Breeze windows for our back porch!

The Aluminum Company of NC replaced the roof over the entryway to my house. The old roof was flat with decorative railings on top which had rotted and needed to be replaced. Rather than replace with another flat roof, the company recommended a pitched roof with a gable end and I am extremely pleased with the end result! The new entry roof is beautiful and fits the house perfectly. It looks fantastic!. Everyone associated with the project: the sales rep (John Alexander); the project manager (Marc Olive); the framing, roofing, painting, and clean-up crews were all wonderful to work with and ensured that everything was done correctly and professionally. I would recommend them and the company highly to anyone needing work done on their homes.

They installed some double hung and patio windows in our townhouse. Salesman was prompt, straightforward, professional. The project price compared favorably with other companies installing the same product. The double hung windows have a lifetime warranty and are solidly built and very eco friendly. They are custom made by a quality firm. The installers worked quickly and accurately. They were professional but quite friendly. One of them fixed our sticky front door at no charge without being asked--a little bonus that we appreciated very much.The whole project took much longer than expected, but that was due to pandemic-related manufacturer delays and several rain days, so no problem.The only difficulty--a minor difficulty--was in scheduling. The first crew of installers arrived earlier than we were told by the scheduler. That was a mild surprise, but not a real problem. Also, the second installer arrived without prior notice. Fortunately, we were able to proceed with the job anyway. Someone at the office didnt contact us, it was not the installers fault.All things told, we were very pleased with ACNC. We would gladly use them again, and we would recommend them to anyone.

Marc Olive had every detailed covered, dumpster drop off on time; roofing items delivered on time, crew showed up on time. Marc was through going over the warrant of the 50 yr roof. They had in previous years, put up siding on our brick house where there was wood, put up our gutters & helmets which are priceless and our double hung windows which replace the out dated windows we had.
