I cant say enough good things about this business. I placed an order online, and within a few days the items were all delivered. I honestly was not expecting everything to arrive as quickly as they did, so I was very happy. Even when one of the items needed correction, they responded quickly to my email and were able to get everything corrected. I have done business with other Greek paraphernalia stores and 3 Sisters Embroidery by far showcased the most exemplary service. Welcoming staff. Store set up is very organized and clean. My monogramed item was done to perfection and on time. I can see this place being packed during upcoming area college homecomings! It would be cool to see them in the stadiums selling gear.

If I Could give this place 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I Would .They were very friendly acknowledged me upon my arrival and followed up by asking if I needed help as a customer I truly appreciated that because some businesses don’t even recognize that they have customers. But they had any and everything you could want in here but things still seemed original so that was a plus. It has now become my go to place for paraphernalia you won’t be disappointed with them, nor their merchandise, or their customer service.

I am very indifferent when it comes to reviewing this place. Ive bought a couple of things from here in person and didnt have too much of a complaint. Customer service was a bit dry but no big deal. I do have an issue with a guy that was a bit snippy. I placed an online order on 1/16 as it was Founders Day and they do discounted deals. I ordered a cardigan and as I was heading out of the door, I decided to call to see if it was ready or to let them know that Im on my way. The guy had this excuse that was not my fault and his attitude turned me off so much that I requested a refund. I wanted to give this business another try because they are black-owned but Im sure I can find better service at another Greek paraphernalia store I used to go to in Charlotte (when I was living there).

This was the 3rd embroidery shop I visited in Durham to inquire about getting a large chair cover embroidered for my daughters Christmas gift. I spoke on the phone to a very nice gentleman that told me to stop by and they would be able to take care of my order. Once I arrived, the staff helped me tremendously picking out thread color as well as size. The wonderful lady that worked with me even went as far as printing out 2 sizes of my childs name in the chosen font so I could feel 100% comfortable with the choice. The order was processed and ready 2 days before the date I was given initially. So pleased with the quality of the embroidery and the level of outstanding service. Thank you, 3 Sisters, for helping me make my daughters Christmas extra special!

Cathy was very pleasant to work with and helped me choose the perfect option for the item i was having embroidered. Also she was able to complete the task a day earlier then expected. I will definitely be returning for future tasks.

This is one of the best Fraternity and Sorority business’s I have been to. I can literally walk around this business all day and look at the same thing twice, lol. Better quality items. 3 Sisters has awesome prices and the fact that one can get customize embroidery makes this business second to none. The staff are very friendly. Three Sisters is the place to go for all of your Greek and Masonic paraphernalia. The variety of merchandise is wide and of excellent quality.The staff has always been very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Ive had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners and I could tell why the associates were so down to earth and helpful.I travel frequently and make it a point to travel through Durham during the times when Three Sisters is open. I can always find something for me or a gift for someone else.The Shop is only 5 minutes off of I-40 on Hwy 55.

3 Sisters Embroidery has the most paraphernalia I have seen in any Greek store/shop. The quality of their items is stellar and last a very long time. I receive compliments and inquiries about anything I have ever purchased there- from jackets to shirts to even toothbrush holders. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The owner is a Soror, and she never forgets a face.

Very professional. The staff have keen judgement and assisted me in selecting an appropriate font for a balance of visibility and flair on my lab coats. The turnaround time was impressive and the price was reasonable. The coats came out perfect. I highly recommend 3 Sisters Embroidery.

Ive had soccer items (jackets, bags, pants) embroidered here multiple times and always been very satisfied. The customer service has been outstanding and the quality of the work is very good. It hasnt been cheap (about twice as much as the last place I used), but I dont mind paying a little more for very good service and quality.Each time Ive gone in (to drop off or pick up), the folks behind the counter have been courteous and quick to help me. They were also very helpful picking out and matching fonts.They run a very good business and I will definitely go back, even if they are a little more expensive.

This is my first experience with this establishment and I PROMISE it will not be my last!! I called from NY and the person went around the store grabbing the items I needed and saw on the website. I was flying in NC in 2 days so I didnt need shipping. When I arrived in was able to get all the stuff from when I was on the phone and grab more items from their selection. Awesome service. #1 Greek store even when I return to NY.

Horrible customer service. The young lady with piercings was very rude! I usually deal with the seasoned lady who is always polite and does not mind helping you. I have spent a lot of money here and will never return because of how rude the young lady was, she needs training on customer service.

They are the fastest and most reasonably priced embroidery service around. They accommodated me when I waited until the very last minute for a gift. I will only use their services from now on.

Called to get pricing & turnaround time for a Christmas present. Was told if I brought it in today I could get it by the 17th. When I took the item in several hours later was told there would be a $35 rush fee in addition to normal charges. As I told them, it would have been nice to have been told on the phone. Their response was We had 4 customers come in today before you. TSK! TSK! Guess they didnt really want to do business with me.
