Not only do you come up with it, but it is an amazing design and Minnie really appreciate and like the design other than myself. The process went smoothly with calling in and once you guys at the design you emailed it to me in order to review it via email before it was ever printed on the shirt to get my approval. This is an amazing and well thought out way of doing it before wasting anyone’s time and money. Also, there was an issue with the design that I was trying to do originally but you guys called me immediately to resolve it and that was truly appreciate it from any paying customer’s point of you. Please note that my experience was that there was a spot on my shirt that had absolutely nothing to do with the printing nor color, but I was told that there is No Guarantee that I would get any type of refund nor replacement for the problem. First I used them and they did an amazing job on the my team jerseys. The quality of the jerseys were really great and the printing was the best part. The guys on the team really loved them and I cant wait for the next game to take a picture of everyone together and show off our new team jerseys. Great Customer Service. I was unable to make it to the location to custom make a funny tee for my daughter to wear on Fathers Day. I emailed with all the requests. Called them later to see if it was ok and they were already working on a design for me. Everything was perfect. My daughter is super cute with her shirt. I will have to update with a photo but Big Frog went out of their way to do this for me. I am also a New Customer and now a Continued Customer! They were friendly and professional, quick and had less than 24 hour turnaround. I could not have asked for anything better!! Pricing was fantastic as well! $13 for her shirt, includes design. I did pay a rush fee but I understood and appreciated that they did this for me. Will be back!

When I needed to design and provide shirts for a milestone event, I wanted to support a local organization.But, I had started working with an on-line company because they had helped me when I was in a tight spot about 8 years ago. At the eleventh hour, though, they said it wouldnt be possible to complete my design as it was, because it too closely resembled merchandise produced by a vendor that they had no contract with.Panicked, I thought of Big Frog and called immediately. Vivien was very understanding and the store would be opened until mid afternoon (it was holiday season) so I grabbed my artwork and hurried over. They completed the shirts very promptly, which were distributed just a few days ago - everybody loved them! I had ordered a few extras in different sizes and, after seeing them, others have put in their requests so most of them are sold now.My sincerest thanks go to Vivien and her competent, enthusiastic staff. And, location-wise, you cant beat it. Big Frog is easy to find, in a South Durham plaza that is very accessible. I would certainly call Big Frog again when I need more shirts to celebrate or promote an event.
