During the pandemic, the store at Southpoint Mall has been incredible. I order directly from them, and I have my order the next day! Victoria is the woman who has taken the order every time, and she is superb. Efficient, responsive, and a pleasure to do business with. Ordering online from the larger company was a nightmare. Ordering from the Southpoint store, a breeze. Love this store!

I had a lovely experience with one of your store associated. She helped me select several products for my specific skincare needs after I had a facial earlier that day (at a separate business). This associate spent 15 minutes with me and I felt very special. I felt valued and spent $170 on skincare which felt okay because of the level of customer service I received. I will be back to this location!
