Front store staffs need to learn how to provide good customer service: learn when to apologize for their mistake(s) and acknowledge it. To get the full refund we had to go back to the store multiple times when this issue could have been resolved on the very day of refund. Dont just defer the issue to 1800SHOPCVS (not helpful because the refund have to be done in store setting) because you dont feel like taking the right actions to rectify your mistakes. That just poor service and lack of training when especially you call yourself the manager of the store.

Horrible staff! Horrible service! They let me stay parked in drive thru for over 20 minutes before finally acknowledging me and telling me that I have to come inside because drive thru is only being used for COVID testing! After burning gas and waisting time I go inside to now have to stand in the longest line I’ve ever seen just to waist more time standing here waiting on people that I’m sure came after I have been in the drive thru patiently waiting to just at the least be acknowledged! Staff are slow! Lazy! And appears to want to be any place besides working for CVS!

Dropped by to get a booster vaccine. Signs talking about walk ins available everywhere. Clerk told me to make an appt despite there being no one in the waiting area. Website wouldnt let me schedule an appt but also mentioned walk-ins. Clerk adamant that they were booked despite there being no one there.

Jeffrey the manager is amazing. I had a really complicated and time consuming transaction, he didnt miss a beat making sure that I was taken care of as well as the other customers. Super professional staff!

Transferred a script to a different pharmacy due to cost with my insurance, somehow CVS still was sending refill requests to my PCP. Called pharmacy multiple times to fix the issue and received different information each time I called with no one willing to help. Terrible customer service.

They are weak across the board from answering the phone, filling prescriptions, pricing correctly and dealing with insurance companies. They don’t value their customers which is the lifeblood of any business.

I come here at least weekly to refill prescriptions or purchase items in store. I have been coming here for years. NEVER have I EVER had a problem, except for low inventory on vitamins and over-the-counter items. Pharmacy is excellent. I do not get it why others posted have problems with the pharmacy.

Ashley (Pharmacist) and Zach was very unprofessional today while trying to get a rx filled at this location. They stated that our insurance was no longer active as of 06/01 which was totally incorrect. Even after I contacted the insurance company with them on speaker phone repeatedly saying we were indeed active, they both acted very coy and nonchalantly. I got the feeling for whatever reason they did not want to serve us. Finally, I guess out of the blue, Ashley realize Zach entered the wrong identification number, which I still question why the system would say terminated with a date instead of invalid number if indeed it was not the correct number. I work in insurance and billing and this doesn’t add up. We will not be returning to this location or possibly CVS at all.

This CVS gets 5 stars because of the employee I interacted with. Coleman was friendly, struck up a casual conversation at the register and was a pleasure to talk to. He said how are you doing sir when I initially was walking along the isles as well. This is the first time in my life I have left a CVS and enjoyed my time...Coleman if you are not the GM, you should be. Keep it up, people notice. Thank you sir.

No clue what they are doing at the pharmacy. Will lose refills and lie to you about communications from your doctor. They do not care about your health nor your well-being, they are happy to send you on your way with life threatening chronic illnesses and no medication, simply shrugging their shoulders and saying so sorry.

I am from out of town and came down with an unexpected illness. The doctor wrote me a prescription and I stopped at this CVS to get it filled 15 mins before closing. Alexis in the pharmacy was so friendly and has my prescription ready in minutes. I was very pleased with the quick turn around because to be honest I thought being a new customer and being from another state would take a while. It didn’t!

Pharmacy is abysmal. It always seems like there is a crisis going on. Long waits on the telephone line and heaven forbid you come in person. Youll be waiting at least 30 minutes if someone is in front of you. I had a prescription called in, and it wasnt filled and no communication from the Pharmacy. I had it called in again and my Doctor received confirmation of receipt. The next day I call in to see if its ready, and they tell me they dont have it and its on hold with no explanation and they can get it in the following Monday. I recommend going anywhere but here.

Worst CVS Ive ever been to -> twice I went inside & all employees had an attitude. Ive Yet to call the pharmacy (which is frequenct bc of my rxs) & be on hold for Less than 15 mins.😐 (Im actually on the phone rn w them & been on hold for 27mins, Still waiting!🙄)

The pharmacy here is bad. They are very very slow and they have this weird policy of robo calling you on the phone to remind you a prescription is eligible for refill. I hate, hate, hate this. For one thing, I have several prescriptions that I take as needed, so I don’t need a refill every month. For another, it is terribly intrusive. Also, they give you no way to opt out of this feature when they call. I tried calling the pharmacy to get them to quit this practice but of course I sat on hold forever. It is so messed up there I advise all to check their medicine and make sure they’ve been given the right one before taking. I don’t trust them.

This CVS sucks! I come here literally every month because its like 2 minutes from my house. Every time theres a problem. Theyre sooooo slow! Today they didnt know my insurance which should be on file because, like I said, I come here every month and I was literally here last month! I just got my wisdom teeth pulled and the medicine is wearing off so I need my prescription asap! Needless to say, this will be my last time coming here.

So I dropped off my grandmothers prescription at the drive through, and the young women said it would be about 30 minutes. After a half hour passed I went back through the drive through, and her meds still were not ready! Its aggravating because I am coming straight from Duke hospital with a grandmother who has pneumonia and this pharmacy seems to be dragging their feet. I do not use this pharmacy personally, my grandmother does, but I would never use it based on this experience. 🖓🖓🖓🖓
