I went here to get something printed off my phone and the girl behind the car leaned down the entire time! Kept saying do this and that, but not once did she walk near me to show me what to do. Once I finally got it loaded I headed to the printer and she did the exact same thing! Just kept saying press this and that. Her attitude was if she didn’t care if I got it printed or not! I wasted 45 minutes in here and still didn’t get what I needed printed.

Not fond of this place anymore. Usually use them for some printing needs, but not today I guess. I needed one item printed on ONE sheet of card stock paper and was told that is considered a special job.. I asked if I could buy the card stock paper which cost well over $20 a pack and print it myself on the self serve machines and was told no!!…Will never use them for my printing needs again…heading all the way to the other side to Office Depot!!
I was in the middle of moving and went in the store to try out some chairs, since i was moving i didnt have room in my car at the time and had them order it in the store to be delivered and got the 3 year warranty. a day later, after I had moved hours away, I get an email saying the product is no longer available and for any warranty i would have to go back to the store to get a refund. My credit card still got charged for the chair and it is crazy that I would have to drive to that specific staples to get a refund for a staples warranty. I thought staples was a chain store, why are they so independent of each other. I am now fighting it through my credit card company and will never purchase from staples again
I would like to say that, the reason why I am giving them a1star is for an employee only by the name of Janaya.Me and my husband stop at this location to get help with a company stamp that we wanted to order for our company.Let me say that there was nobody that was educated on the print station working there.Janaya who tried to assist us knew nothin about that are but she still tried,that who gets that star.I then spoke with the manager name Berry,who also informed me that he did not no anything as well and kept referring me to go online.What happen to the customer service.It would seem that since we have been locked up for a year with this COVID-19.That people would have a different attitude.This was the worst experience we have had,since the world is trying to reopen.To the owners you need to visit your stores more to see how they are being handled.
I worked with Jessie at this location who was EXTREMELY kind and helpful in assisting me with getting a package sent out. She went out of her way to help me with a shipping label print out and also offered to assist with shipping the label straight for the store. Jessie made a stressful situation painless for me and I wanted to shout her out!
When I walk into the store, I am greeted and offered assistance. Michael in the tech dept. is wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. I recommend this store to anyone needing office supply products and services.

Yesterday I looked online for an item I wanted for availability and there were 2 in stock. So this morning I was there when it opened and went in so excited to get this Martha Stewart desk organizer thing. I walked to where I thought it would be, as I Love Staples, but it wasn’t there. Then I continued to wander up and down the rest of the aisles until you got to the phones and office chairs. I went to the register and asked the guy working where I could find this item, showed him the online item. He then sent me to the right back corner of the store. I thought, ummm, okay. And I asked, “ you mean by the notebooks”, he said yes. So I went. Of course it wasn’t there. I came back, asked him again, then he suggested the far left corner. At this point I was getting frustrated at the level of customer service. I was the only other customer in the store besides the guy at the print department. So I asked him to please use his resources to see if I’m fact the item was here. He went to a computer and pulled it up. When he continued to then mess on his phone, I walked to the back left corner. Of course not there. I catch him going to the Clearance wall. Says it should now be there but it’s not so it’s probably an error in the system. Disappointed I left, went to work, and purchased this same item, at this store, for 1 Hour Pick Up. The order went through! It wasn’t rejected. What the heck. So after work I made my second trip of the day to staples...out of my way to and from work, to try and get this item Again. I was handed the item. It was missing something so the girl was nice enough to swap it out for what was correct on the second item. I let her know about my struggles with this item, and while he words attempted empathy, nothing was genuine. Oh and both items were damaged either way, and no discount was offered.I will of course keep going, just think the guy this morning should work on his customer service.

Nice clean, well stocked store. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable. I bought an accounting software program and there were multiple types for not PC and MAC. My only problem was difficulty in finding signage that reflected each isles contents.Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.
Nice store. Very clean. Great printing services. Its a tad hard to navigate. The rows are split in halfAnd the signs telling you what is on which aidla only tells you of what is on the first half. You have to go halfway down to figure out what is on the second half of the aisle.
Its a pretty nice Staples. It has a really large area of floor space for desks and office chairs. I would say that area is much larger than most Staples. They seem to cater a lot to college students. Always lots of academic planners, inexpensive desks for dorm rooms, etc.
Decided to change order to a different item, they were very helpful, and honored my online only coupon. Great service, nice product at a great price. Very happy.

I love this particular Staples! Im a teacher and have shopped in Staples stores in several locations in three states. This manager is professional and extremely friendly, the associates are funny, friendly and seem happy to help you. I stop by when Im in the area just to check out new items.
Convenient for quick or complex printing. You can use your USB as well but I noticed one computer station. Overall, its great
People there were friendly and helpful. Though they dont carry as much in the way of office furniture at this particular store and I was hoping to find some shelves similar to one I got there years before. Sadly there were none of any kind there.

My sister who is an elderly resident of Durham, NC took a package to this Staples to be shipped. It was her granddaughters hoverboard which was being returned to the company w/ a Pre-Printed air bill. Staples provides a tracking number, on a receipt, they give you, which verifies when you drop off the package. We have all of this information. When you track the package it shows absolutely nothing. My elderly sister returned to the store to see what went wrong, and they became indignant with her. Please note my sister is also retired, volunteers at the local hospital, and is a pastor. She is a respectable citizen of the community, always helping others. We are very disappointed the store wouldnt even own up to the handling of this package. Instead they tried to make it seem as if my sister must have made the mistake when we clearly have all of the proof. At the same time, we do not like writing these types of reviews, it just sends the wrong message. However, we have to let you know when the elderly get mistreated or taken advantage. Its wrong! We will pray for this Staples for God to have mercy on them for the way they treated my sister. Let us pray.

Well I went yesterday AND today, so Im not 100% sure which time this is referring to. But yesterdays experience was bad. I needed to make some copies of some very important documents. This was a pretty urgent, time sensitive matter, and due to bad weather the library was closed so I couldnt go there to use the copy machine and printer, as I had originally planned. Id never used the equipment at Staples before, and I had 2 other individuals with me who hadnt either. The lady who was working in that department acted as though we were invisible. We told her we needed assistance...Then had to tell her again, explaining how wed never used their equipment and were clueless. She told us we had to go put money on a card and use it. After doing that, and returning...she kept acting like she couldnt hear us when we asked if she could please walk us through it. We were on a time frame and she just kept stepping further and further away. By this point we were all a bit upset with her, and still cant understand how shes managed to keep her job there...being that she rudly ignores costomers and leaves them to hope that they can figure everything out on their own! Well we finally figured out the copy machine, but after the amount of time we wasted waiting on her to never help us, we didnt have the time to even attempt to figure out how to print a document off of the computer there, or send a fax! So I had to return there today to finish up, and there was a very pleasant young lady who happily did it for me, which only took about 10 minutes total. So today I would give it a 5 star rating...but yesterday I wouldnt have even recommended them to my worst enemy!
I purchased several copies of a bound portfolio through their print services. The manager was not helpful in this process... my portfolios came with random blank pages that were not in my original document. Three days later, the binding was falling apart. I came back, and Chelsea corrected the problem. She printed/bound new copies for me in a more durable style of portfolio. She really came through in terms of rectifying my customer service experience. It was a pain, however, that I was forced to come back and complain.
I used to work here, but I left for a traveling job(can u blame me?).stuff is usually stocked up, prices are sometimes high but sales are always going onAll i can say is they have employed ONE OF the best managers JEREMY .And if you see a older guy watch out BOB is super nice.

All I needed was to print 2 pages. It took over 30 minutes and multiple attempts. It really was self service with next to no help from the staff. I sent my document attached to an email as the staff instructed but the printer never read the attachment. Then I tried to log in through my Google Drive but apparently the folder I had this file in was empty. Finally, I copied and pasted the whole document directly into my email before I got it printed. It now shows random characters throughout the document but its close enough.
Was able to get the item I wanted without any problem.

Well I felt like the lady seemed a little agitated. I had some business cards and a sign for the car and when I went in, I said, Good morning, were back & she didnt say GM back only, your sign isnt ready yet, I told you we would call when its ready! I was like, No, thats not why were here. We would like to have another set of business cards and we want everything the same except my partners name and # replaced with mine Ok, so she done it. She didnt let me see the screen at all so I had to lean over the counter and look to see if she put everything right, the best I could at that moment. So last cards we got, she stated they would be ready in 4 hours, we waited 6-7 hours, try to call, didnt noone help us, so we went there, cards still werent ready, they said at 8:30, went back, not ready till following day. So she told us that the new cards we ordered would be ready in an hour, they were. So I went to the car, looked at the cards and my name was spelled wrong. I took them back, showed her, her response to me was, well thats how you told me to spell it! I know with age, Ive probably gotten a little forgetful but Ive been spelling my name for 41 years so Im very confident that I still remember to spell my name! It wasnt nothing that changed my name drastically so I was so upset with her responses to me for the day that I took my cards & walked out! Not professional at all! I know people have bad days but if its so bad that its affecting ur work performance, maybe she should of taken a sick day! I dont want her to be in trouble or make a problem so even though I was very angry about how I was treated by this employee, I decided not to call her boss! God Bless All!

Even though the Staples return policy says that you can return an item that was paid for with a debit card and receive cash the assistant manager told me she could only refund my money to my debit card. I went back to the car and got the card and she didnt even need it to process the refund. She thought it was funny...I didnt.
