The assistant manager Finn is extremely rude. Dont waste your time and money at the store. I would rather drive to another location then hive this place another dollar.

I used to feel too uncool for hot topic. Now I fit in finally at 20 years old. The person checking me out was really cool. Definitely read Homestuck or something.

Great but i wish it was like it used to be. Way too much anime stuff and way too little band merch. Its still cool though. Its also kind of overpriced so go when theres a sale.

Its alright, every time Ive been into the store, it has always been crowded, and the quality of the merchandise isnt always the best. Still, they have a ton of really cute products, and represent a bunch of different pop culture brands.

Lots of trendy stuff. Always a fun place to wander around and look at all the new t-shirts. Lots of pins and trinkets - I wish they had a MUCH LARGER selection of tshirts or included a hoodie section... But otherwise not a bad store. Customer service is judgmental at times but overall quick and clean. Thanks 😊

This is my first time in hot topic as im from london and it was exactly how i thought it would be: EPIC! The staff were so nice and helpful and i spent over an hour here buying things for my friends and myself. id love hot topic to come to europe and the UK, as i would definitely work there. love it.

The staff is amazing. The oh issue I have is that they need a bigger store. They need more room to shop so it is not so cramped for patrons. You cannot move with too many people in there.

I love the variety of clothing, and items here! Whether youre into anime, cartoons, rock, etc you can shop here easily! I get most of my rock shirts here, and staff is friendly!

Lord they have some really cool $10 t-shirts for $25! Pins and buttons too! I could browse for an hour here and walk out empty handed because of the prices. Some really fun stuff thats hard to find locally.

My teens love this place, and there is a little something for everyone. You can find clothes and accessories for pretty much anything trendy in the realm of TV or movies. You can expect very small isles- the store is not at all handicap-friendly.

Very helpful and had my jacket waiting (wasnt available online) and knew there products.

My tween daughter wanted to go so we did. I havent been in probably 15 years and didnt expect to find anything, but they did have items to appeal to the classic crowd as well. Salesperson #178862 (his name isnt on the receipt) was friendly and helpful. Im sure next time my middle schooler has spending money, this is where she will want to go.

It really has so many cool things like Japanese candy, rick and Morty stuff, shirts, accessories, squishies, toys, pens, stickers, and so much more! If you like hot topic, you should DEFINITELY go check out BoxLunch @ southpoint mall!

Say what you will about Hot Topic. This store is tiny and can be difficult to shop but it is packed with cool pop culture items and the staff is very helpful. If you can’t find something cool in here, you didn’t really try very hard.

Hot Topic has a very wide range of products and the workers are very nice. Every time I go there I am always happy with my trip afterwards. (Except when I didnt buy anything because Im always broke af)

Yikes. Why is this store this claustrophobic? I was only shopping for a gift for a friend, and, I decided not to even bother myself further after browsing for awhile. It is nearly impossible to move from isle to isle, especially if its a busy day.
