Quick, professional service. Knowledgeable.

Although expensive, their store is quite a treat to visit around fall-autumn months, (their selections are still great to visit year round!) although smaller than the one at Crabtree, this place is still worth a visit.

Went in at the streets at souuthpoint. Was greeted while be browsed the store. I was happy to see that everyone was wearing a mask. I can tell they were smiling underneath. Such a great team

Wonderful place. They have some really nice things but it is expensive. They have some awesome peanut brittle, cookies, and peppermint bark at Christmas. I go 1 to 2 times a year to buy a few things. I typically buy gifts for my mom and she has loved everything I have bought her from this place. I will continue to shop here and I recommend this place if its in your budget to shop here. I have never had any issues with this place or the staff.

Bought a set of knives on sale. When I got home realized it was final sale when I realized a knife was missing. It is not acceptable no one told me it was final sale when I purchased it and that it was missing a knife. I would have never bought had a I known. Also when I call to get something done about it neither customer service or the store was willing to do anything to help. Horrible service. Not what I expect from a store like William Sonoma. So put off by the experience.

Please if you know the older gentlemans name that works at this store please post it in your review because he is amazing. I learned so much so quickly from this gentleman. He taught me so much about my knives and my cutting board that I had already owned things I did not know. He genuinely seemed like he enjoyed his job. it was so refreshing. He even liked Allen Edmonds and had owned two pair for over 40 years. I like to hope that I am one day just like this great man. I had to rush out because of a birthday party my son was late for and I forgot to make sure I remembered his name you know like word association or something. I hate I didnt do that but either way I will be going back to ask for him because I plan on buying something from him. I am including one of the only pictures that I have on my phone of the knife that he was educating me on. I had own shun brand knives four years now and had no clue that I could ship them back to shun to be sharpened anytime need be free of charge I just have to pay shipping. Thank you William Sonoma. Oh I did also remember that the apple cutter was purchased at William-Sonoma also another great product. while looking around my kitchen while writing this review I realized I also that my wifes new toaster was recently purchased at William-Sonoma also. these are all great products well worth the money especially if you catch them on sale like this weekend were almost the entire store is on sale 20% off everything. The date is now May 27th 2018. I will admit I dont proof read most of these reviews so if theres major mistakes I apologize.

I was registered at Williams Sonoma for my wedding registry and received a cake pan that was bent and unusable. I went to exchange it for the same cake pan that could be used... but the staff was so rude. The poor girl who was trying to help me was kind and just did not know what to do but the manager/other employee came over and just said “No” to me and was so rude. Then left to talk to another manager, she came back and threw the receipt down in front of me and said “we’re done, that’s it. Do you want a bag?”SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. DO NOT REGISTER HERE.

Very disappointed quality not as good as it use to be.

Amazing customer service and a wealth of knowledge from Ed! He is such a breath of fresh air, Ed makes you feel like you are the only customer in the store. The store is impecable and offers a great selection of items. Prices are equal to what is found on Amazon. Yes items are expensive... however they only carry the best of the best.

WOW....best customer service I have seen at any retail store, period. Jeremy was a rock star, enthusiastically helping us with our wedding registry and giving us a thorough presentation on all the types of kitchen knives we could choose from, not to mention making us coffee!! Thanks for a great shopping experience!

Staff is far too helpful in assisting me to spend more and more. Shun knife set is spectacular, copper clad mixing bowl set, and even their sauces....all wonderful. Staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Great place to buy kitchen goods.

I buy all my professional cutlery from Williams Sonoma and a great deal of my cookware, dishes and bar ware.If you love quality cutlery check out the Shun knives. I’m in love. I’ve always bought Cutco and the German knives Wusthof and Henkles. But I am in love with my new Japanese knives.For cookware, I love the Copper Core All Clad.

Excellent selections of kitchen items, how ever I cant say that for their prices

On another visit, a staff member followed me around as if I was stealing, not once asking if I needed assistance. 100% sure its because I do not look like the majority of their customers.Initial review: Hopefully it’s just because of the holiday rush, but the staff was nonexistent.

Love the uber-helpful staff and employees here who will jump through hoops to help you find what you need and educate you. Love all their kitchen appliances, accessories, and decor. My favorite are their mixes for baking and cooking and their Le Creuset collections.

First of all, shout out to DeeDee and Susan. Was looking around and got introduced to the Nespresso machine by Susan. She gave us a demonstration of one she had on display. Worked beautiful. We then looked online for a cheaper model, but they were able to price match amazon right in the store with DeeDee. Went home to try our new machine, but it wouldnt work. Drove back and was able to exchange it for a new model. And got to keep the sample pods from the first one as well. Loved the customer service. Will be back again.

I like wandering through pretty much any Williams-Sonoma, but this location does seem understaffed and the prices are extremely high. Sur La Table might be a better stop in the same area.
