For the most part great. Spend a lot of money and worked a year for them before (diff store).They need to change this cant return if seal is broken BS... So if I dont need it and find a cord I bought I cant return itMakes no sense.. The markup on everything makes them money. The small return on trades when they sell it for way more makes the money and they give their employees mostly low pay.. So why you not giving loyal customers a break?You wonder why walmart, target and amazon are gonna slowly take you out.

Gamestop has hardly any games and all the boxes on the wall of controllers and games they may have 2 out of like 15 or 20. Are they going out of business? They dont price compare and so after you buy a game it will drop price 2 days later and you are out of 10 dollars. Amazon gives brand new games at lower rate. My son was hurt when box was showing like they had product and then we got to counter and they were like we are out. I am really disappointed and have spent about 1500 over years to them and the company is just trash now.

I was sold a game that didn’t work, took it back sent to Cary to get there copy of the same game to get the same results as I did the first time .

Awful experience, manager walked by 4 customers waiting for help without even acknowledging any of us, took over 20 minutes to get a simple gift card

Friendly, knowledgeable associates and store is kept clean. I dont hold pricing against the employees, sometimes good, sometimes not. Good selection for all platforms, just wondering where all the millions of unsold new Xbox360 games are- they should be selling them.

Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, very fair prices. Clean and organized store. Myonly complaint was that it was super crowded and possibly understaffed but being the Christmas season, thats to be expected.

These are the most friendly and helpful staff I have come across. I had recently upgraded to a PS4 Pro and forgot to deactivate my old one. After getting nowhere with the Sony helpline, these guys, a week later, tracked my old PS4 down in inventory, let me come in, and deactivate it.Most friendly people ever! They will always get my business! Then you Zach and other dude whos name I cant remember!

It was great! I was there for the black Friday sale and the line was organized and they went as quickly as they could! The associates were very kind as well!

Store clerk named Casey was very unhelpful. After I waited in a long line, he didnt want to help me because I was only looking for one item that was pretty inexpensive. He told me to wait while he helped everyone else, i.e. all the people behind me in line, and then recommended I look around the store although the item was probably behind the counter somewhere, where I was not allowed. After a VERY long time in the store, he offered to call around to other stores, but after he took care of a few phone calls. While waiting for him to finish one of his phone calls, I just ordered the item online and left. Casey said he doesnt usually work at that store, but I dont think a location can change the same persons work ethic that much.

Had one of my worst experiences here. There was a game on sale that I was looking for and this location had it. However THEYhad not marked it down. Employee refused to fix it. I had to buy it, go to another GameStop, return it, and buy it again to get the sale price. Unbelievable.

My favorite GameStop hands down!! i have been going to this company since it was Funco land. I have moved around a lot all over NY and now Im in NC. Went to this store first glad i made this choice. Nice, friendly, cool staff. I checked out two others in the area and they are ok just like all the rest of the franchise. This store sticks out.

This store does not stand behind their prices . Went in to purchase a controller and the package said $22.49, so I tell the guy I want it. He proceeds to take it to the counter. Once I get there he said oh this controller is $44.99 i asked doesnt it say $22.49? That is what I should pay. If it is marked that price, that is what it should cost. Bad customer service. If Im gonna pay almost $50 for a used controller Ill go buy a new one for $60.They didnt even try to help me on purchasing a new one.

Went in with my fiance, picked up XCOM 2, reserved the deluxe edition of Kingdom Hearts 3, and chatted with the employee about the game. It was refreshing.
