I paid up front to have the screen replaced and a new USB port installed. He replaced the screen but did not replace the USB port. Didnt notice the USB port was not replaced until battery died. He didnt tell me it was not replaced then told me it couldnt be replaced when I came back. Said he could not issue a refund since there was not a way to refund and would call me back.... Its been several weeks, I got robbed.

Dont waste your time.Go to the AppleStore. Buy a Pixel. Whatever ya gotta do, dont waste your time...

This guy was awesome. Called to have my screen fixed, found a good time to have it done, brought it in and he had it fixed in 30 minutes on the DOT. Barely had time to get a coffee, very impressed. For anyone wondering where to go, no question, this place.

Ive used this companys services twice now, a couple years apart. Both times they were quick to set up with getting the parts needed, and let me know when things were ready to bring in the device. The repairs were done quickly, and worked perfectly. The most recent time, my device turned out to have other issues and they worked with me to make it right. Fantastic service.

I went in to get my cracked Motorola Moto g7 Powr screen/glass replaced. Fast, friendly, efficient and competent service. Id give 5 stars, but the glass replacement was a lot more expensive ($120) than anticipated. The phone itself only cost $159.

Stopped by Fix Mobile in Jenkins Ct after calling to confirm that they could replace a camera on my iPhone 7. The repair took about twenty minutes or so, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond my basic expectations. I’ll certainly mention it to friends. Great experience! Shattered the screen on my Apple Watch and called Fix Mobile. It ended up being a long back and forth and because it was over the holidays, it took a long time to get it fixed. However, they updated me regularly on the various issues that needed to be repaired almost constantly so I never found myself wondering, “I wonder what’s up with my watch repair.” The customer service was stellar. The only bummer for me was their hours. Because of their hours, it wasn’t always easy to get there to drop off or pick up but once I mentioned that, they offered to mail my watch to me instead. Bottom line, they dealt with me and my broken watch for about six weeks and did an awesome job fixing it and keeping me updated.

This place is great! I was visiting from out of town and dropped my phone, which shattered my screen protector. Found this place easily, nice, cute area around UNH. Called and spoke to the owner, he told me to bring it right in. He happened to have some 7plus screen protectors in stock and my luck they had pink framing! 💃🏼 He was so nice and even looked over my entire phone for me and cleaned out my charging port at no charge! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for wanting the job done right and at a reasonable price!

Literally in the span of 45ish minutes, I shattered my screen, dropped my phone off at the place, grabbed an acai bowl from the Spot, and came back to my phone being fixed. Honestly really great service! (edit: their screen repair was 1/2 the price of going to Apple or Best Buy, so it was also a good deal.)

I went into fixit with a totally destroyed phone. Joe was so helpful and made getting my phone fixed very easy. The service is top notch at an extremely reasonable rate. I would highly recommend!

Fix my USB issue for just $25. fast service

Thought I had a cracked screen on my 9s+. While talking to a friend said are you sure its not just your screen protector? Guess what it was just the plastic protector that looked like I had a cracked screen. Called FIX MOBILE within 24 hours of the original call to cancel the screen but he said it was TOO LATE! Once the screen had been ordered there was nothing he could do about it. I had two options at this point. Leave with the $280.00 screen or leave it with him and see if someone else would come in and need it. I left the $280.00 screen with FIX MOBILE for over 6 months checking in each month to see if there was any luck that he sold it. Hard to believe but no luck. I was thinking this place must not get much business. When looking for a place to have it fixed I found two places in Portsmouth that would have been a little cheaper but I thought I help out the local economy since I live here in Durham and have worked here at UNH for 38 years. Anyway to make a long story shorter after 6 months all of the sudden says he can refund me $230. That the company that he purchased it from will TAKE IT BACK NOW. I asked him who the company was and he actually told me. Guess what I called that company and you know what they told me! They would have given FIX MOBILE a $280.00 credit (6 months ago) for future purchases. Dont do business with FIX MOBILE! So I lost $50 bucks! I have a feeling that FIX MOBILE is going to lose a lot more than that when people read this review. GOOD LUCK!

Needed my charging port replaced and it was quickly fixed within 20 minutes of walking in the store. I highly recommend and will come back the next time I need something repaired. Reasonably priced too, for college students.

I wrote a review that I retracted because it was to harsh but just find another repair shop if you want a honest repair. He broke my wifes phone backing and without a blink replaced the broken part with a used and different color without consulting us in any way.And lastly his attitude was poor (very poor). They do a great job making fixed my Samsung Galaxy Mega. While replying the glass he noticed the home key didnt work. Asked me if I wanted it fixed I said yes and he fixed it. They do great work and at reasonable prices.Thank you Joe!

They said it would take 9 minutes to replace my iPhone 5C screen and I think it took them 7 minutes. Awesome price. Fast, good and this is my second time there. Nice job.

Very unprofessional. If I could give FIX IT MOBILE 0 stars I would. Not only did Joe put a cracked screen on my phone, it also did not work after. I Could not use a few of my apps properly. I brought it back and although he said he fixed it, he did not. At this point Joe has already taken our money and didn’t want to do anything going forward to help. My phone is still broke. I suggest taking your business elsewhere!

Brought my 1 week old 6S Plus into the Durham store after dropping it in a sink full of soapy water while doing dishes. 24 hours later for less then 100 bucks I had my phone back in my hand and working like it did when I took it out of the box. Joe was awesome! Explained ever detail of what he did and even helped me install a water proof case that i bought online. I hope to never have have this issue again, but if I do. I know exactly where Im going !

I shattered the screen on my iPhone 6 Plus very badly. Initially, I was worried as I thought I would have to send it in to get it fixed and would be without a phone for a few days. However, I made a great decision to bring my phone into Fix Mobile instead and in no more than 15 minutes I had a new perfectly functioning screen on my phone. Joe and his staff are great. They were attentive to all my needs and questions. Overall it was a great experience and if I break my phone again I know Ill bring it to Fix first.

Brought my phone here for water damage months after the original damage occurred. I wasnt sure if it would work again since it had been so long, but brought it anyways since I really needed information that was stored on the phone.Fix Mobile was able to bring it back to life! Could not of had a better experience. Thought my phone was done for! Brought it to FiX Mobile and within 20 minutes it was back to life. New charging port and new screen! Joe and his staff were incredibly intentive and explained every detail. They even let me watch the repair and it was very interesting. Verizon wanted to charge me $600 for a new phone. Fix Mobile did it for a fraction of the price! I will be telling everyone about what a great company this is! Keep up the good work!

Put my iPad in for repair because of a cracked screen.The screen was repaired, but it took THREE WEEKS because they were waiting for a part necessary to interface with the Fingerprint ID Scanner which my iPad was equipped with.When I got it back, the scanner no longer worked - in fact, the home button was sunken in, leading me to believe it was a different type of home button altogether. No more fingerprint scanning functionality.Good repair work otherwise.

They were expensive but they gave me quality expectations and helped me out. If I need more help Ill do it again. They know their stuff.

I had a problem with my phone, diagnosed it and ordered the parts to fix it myself. It was a somewhat advanced fix, so when I had trouble fixing it myself, I gave these guys a call to see if they could help. The guy who answered was clearly in traffic and it was very hard to hear. I described exactly what I wanted done, and he cut me off halfway through and said yep, we can fix that, bring it in. and basically hung up on me. So I took time off from work, went in, and turns out they couldnt do what the guy on the phone told me they could. Im sure theyre great at replacing screens and other easy fixes like that, but after the way they handled my situation and the fact that they cant or wont do anything that most people couldnt do themselves after watching a YouTube video, Ill be taking my business elsewhere in future.

After dropping off an iPhone for a water damage repair, it was returned to me with a DIFFERENT screen, scratched and POORLY replaced. I was also not compensated for the value of the original Apple screen. Definitely not a trustworthy business practice

Brought my IPhone 5s and an older IPod touch in to be repaired. The employee on duty was very friendly and even invited me to bring my pup in while I waited (I didnt, shes jumpy). He had the cracked screen on my phone repaired in under 15 minutes. The didnt have the LCD for the IPod on hand but a quick text to his boss and I was assured it would be in and repaired by the end of the week. They even extended me a discount for having both repaired at the same time. Overall a great customer experience and Im sure when I drop by today my IPod will be ready to go (finally getting that best of the 80s mix back :) )

We dropped 2 devices off in Durham for repairs for our son. A Kindle and Beats Pill. After several months and follow ups (first time they did not write down our phone number) we were told that that neither could be repaired and that a replacement Kindle was being ordered and that the Beats Pill would only work when plugged into power. All acceptable responses except for the need for constant follow up. We followed up several more times with no resolution so my wife went to pick up both devices. The plan was to replace the Kindle ourselves and use the Beats Pill as is. When we got home it was discovered that the Beats Pill was disassembled in the box and now unusable as well. They had from Thanksgiving 2015 until February 2016 to figure this out.Poor follow up, poor service, poor resolution....poor review.

Fixed my iPhone 6 screen in about 10 minutes for about half as much I was getting quoted elsewhere. I hope I dont break any other screens on my various devices, but if I do Im headed here for a quote first.
