This has been my primary candle spot since I moved here, in 2014. I have seen lots of change in the staff and management, but I appreciate that the people have been and continue to be of great quality, just like their candles. I shop the Yankee line, as I prefer the large jar shape. They last the longest, and best portray the sense that they are worth the price. Plus, a coupon, a good sale, or the semi-annual clearance go a long ways, here. There are tons of candle stores in the area, but YC has always been good to me, with great quality fragrances for my home and car. Plus, you cant go wrong with the jar-for-a-jar guarantee!

Although it’s smaller than the one at Crabtree, their selection of candles is decent. At the time of this post, buy two candles, get one free! This excludes the Woodwick line of candles, although they might have a small discount for those.

The staff was very professional in every way possible. They went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the candles of my choice and was very attentive in helping me. I had the opportunity to visit the Yankee Candle Factory at The Streets of Southpoint Mall yesterday in Durham, and just wanted to say what a great shopping experience it was. The staff was warm and inviting and greeted me the second I stepped in the door. I was looking for a few gift items, and wasn’t really sure what I wanted or needed. Renee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the candles, and introduced me to “personalized” candles. The option to upload a photo and have it printed on site and applied to my candle made for a very unique gift. Thanks Renee for the recommendation. Both Renee and Anthony both provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and I will definitely visit them again, as well suggest this location to my friends and coworkers. Thank for making my visit seamless, and again your recommendations were greatly appreciated.

This is one of the newest Yankee Candle stores in the Triangle area as the entrance is all glass. I actually talked to the manager about this and she said it is something most new Yankee Candle stores are going to. I would not think this is a good idea with glass candles all over the place but I am not running the place.That being said, this store always offers great customer service and they have all the candles you can imagine. They actually have some of the early holiday displays already up. Can anyone say Black Friday 2012?

Nice store, but the sales associate who assisted me was really rude. And the other sales associate who was in the store didnt bother helping when the line was long. I dont ever want to go back to this location. I will go to the crabtree location from now on even though it is further away from me.

Surprisingly knowledgeable for a minimum wage employee. Very helpful and helped me find a smell that I loved.
