I bought new Bridgestone tires today from fire stone in Durham North Carolina. The tires are great but I was told I had a 1 PM appointment and I did not get my truck back till 5 PM. No other work was done other than four brand new tires.That’s one tire an hour. Not sure what happened but they could communicate better and be more conscious of peoples time

They took me in when they were booked and online it said I had an appointment, however the appointment was not confirmed yet. So ideally they didnt have to owe me anything. However, the nice gentleman provided great customer service and got me in on a very busy weekend bc of how much I needed an oil change. Everywhere around here is so booked Yes! Yes I will be back. The waiting area is comfortable

Good people with honest work done right without any surprise extra services or sales pitches. Best of all the work gets done on time. They called me at 645 on a Friday night to let me know that my car was ready for pickup so I could get it that night. Other shops so close to closing time have let it go for the next morning. By doing the right thing they saved me both time and two cab rides had I needed to get my car the next day. Thank you!

I have never had a problem with this Firestone Complete Auto Care. In fact, they saved me a few hundred dollars when they pointed out that the Precision Auto Care on 15-501 was wrong about me needing a new alternator and battery because my alternator was running at optimal capacity but I did need a new battery. Ive been taking my car here ever since for work that I cannot do myself and have not had any issues. They also have great deals on buying a set of tires, which usually comes with free alignments. And the workers are always pleasant.

I had the best auto care and customer care I have ever received. Miles was excellent at advising me on all the options for my car needs and benefits of each. He also went the extra mile to give me a call and inform me of all the North Carolina car testing (safety test, car emissions, and registration) and how to efficiently complete them in-person or electronically when needed. At every point from dropping my car to picking it up, everyone had a warm and welcoming demeanor. I cannot imagine anywhere else in Durham that will take care of your car and also take care of you simultaneously like this Firestone location does. I highly recommend them.

I had a coupon for an oil change, and also wanted some tires replaced and a state inspection. Was told it would be no problem, 1.5-2 hours to take care of it. Great, I gave them my keys. Here were my issues:1) The work took more than 3 hours to complete, without any updates on the progress. If they had been honest with me about how long it would take, I would have tried a different day or gone somewhere else. I couldnt even leave because my car spent more than 2 hours just sitting on the lift not being worked on.2) Some employees were wearing no mask at all while inside the customer waiting area. Virtually no masks were used in the shop.3) At the beginning, I was asked what county the vehicle was registered in and told them Durham county. But after I got home, the inspection said Orange county. When I called the store to resolve it, there was no apology and I was told that I have to return to have it inspected all over again for the correct county. I asked if I can get in and out quickly since this was an error on their end, and she told me they couldnt make any promises and they would simply try to work me in.Today I gave Firestone $450 of my money, and got worse customer service (and attention to detail) than I typically get spending $12 on lunch at a restaurant. I will never return to this location.[Update: I called and suggested that they refund the charges for the inspection so I could just take it somewhere else thats less busy. Mike on the phone said they could do that, and took care of it in under 5 minutes. That was a helpful and appreciated end to what had been a pretty frustrating experience. Bumped it from 2 to 3 stars for that.]

Made an appointment of state inspection. No work was done to the car for 40 minutes with not many other patrons around. Advisor said two wheels must be changed to pass the inspection without an objective measurement such that this change is necessary. Advisor further failed to explain $95 alignment charge which is unnecessary but I caught inclusion in the bill - while I express my dissatisfaction that this was not explained from his part, he argued that I did not give him time to explain. The whole process took exactly two hours. Generally not pleasant to wait 2 hours for inspection and 2 wheel change jobs while there seems to be not many customers. Left with much dissatisfaction and I feel like two tire changes may could have been unnecessary if I had gone other places since it was not defended and their practice of including alignment in all visits.

I recently moved to the area and needed help with questions about repair and service for my car. Danielle answered my call and was extremely warm and friendly, patient, and helpful when answering the many questions I presented. She scheduled an appointment that was timely and reassured me that I would have the opportunity to discuss service and repair before committing to anything. I met Mike at the beginning of the appointment and he was friendly,listened patiently to my concerns, and provided great explanations for each step of the process. The manager, Miles, was outstanding. He discussed the findings and was excellent in his presentation of service, repair, and financial information. I was reassured; felt safe and secure with each step of this process as my car has multiple issues. I also was able to observe Miles in different interactions with customers in varying degrees of upset and with each he was able to help with calm reassurance and understanding of technical information. In each instance, the customer realized what was the issue and was calmed, reassured, and certain to return for future service. From the first call answered by Danielle, to the information provided by Mike, and the care and attention given by Miles-- this team provides outstanding customer service! I will always recommend this store and return for all my vehicle repairs and service!

I took my car here on 8/24/20 desperate and close to tears. I stopped here with an innate urge... most definitely from God... at almost close of business day! Water was leaking inside my car and as a Travel Nurse.... my car is my livelihood.When I tell you that this place is PHENOMENAL... It is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! They are professional and kind! I realize this location is very busy and cant give personal attention to every customer but i would at least appreciate being kept in the loop about my own vehicle.i dropped my car off at exactly 7 am on may 22nd for a major job.as of this writing i still have no vehicle.im upset because nobody even bothered to text me or call me to let me know anything.The service work may be okay but customer service really sucks.its like theyhave ice water in their veins.just let me know is all i ask.

Fast and courteous service. Called to make appointment for a mechanical check and battery replacement. Although not sure about when the towing company can come to tow my car, the guy who answered the phone was very patient and said they had a couple of people on site that morning who can definitely take care of it. Waited for about an hour for the check, battery and air filter replacement. The whole process was hassle free. Happy with my trip to this Firestone.

Absolutely terrible experience. They clearly broke one of my lug nuts by over torquing, then tried to blame my other mechanic. Then after I drove away I realized they forgot to put a nut on one of my other lugs. Please check their work, because clearly they don’t. I thought I could trust them with just tires, and boy was I wrong. Made a big mistake coming here, will not be doing that again.

I am giving 1 star because service for $21.99 has been performed without my approval. I had state inspection done last week, why would I pay $21.99 for another inspection? Very upset, will never come back to this placeUpdate: I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, I reach out to firestore and they offered me refund of $9.99 but I would have to come in in person to get this refund. All misunderstanding come from different experience. I used to use services where tire rotation is free and if some services is offered they would tell you the cost of this service. At firestone services has been offered but they fail to mention that this is not free. Would i go there ? Probably not i do not want constancy be on look out for extra charge, plus they are paperless so i would have no clue what I am paying for

This location is the farthest Firestone from us but we will continue to come here for all our vehicles based on our experience.

This is really worst place ever. I put my car 5 hours there to buy two new tires that they actually were guaranteed and they would get the same price as it was, so they would not use pro adjustment and also in case my tires have had the lifetime alignment guarantee, the man said I should pay 90 dollars for that and after I showed my invoice, he said that he did a mistake. After 5 hours they did not do anything on my car and I was in their office. Anyway, I got back my car from them and went to Discount Tire close by there and they offer the same tires much chipper and they fix my tires in just 45 minutes. I would like to say to who would like to have an idea that please do not waste your time and your money to whose do not care. I will not buy any thing from Fire Stone ever. I am commenting here after almost 2 years of being a customer to Fire Stone and today I realized that they do not commit on their promises and they want just suck you.

Now I really don’t want to be negative, but after a bad experience today I’ll share it. I went there this afternoon and tried to get my oil leak repair and front end alignment fixed and waited almost 6 hours. A technician was about to get the work done, but used the wrong key, and I went to let the front desk know that it wasn’t the right one. I asked for my keys back and left. This ended up being the last straw of going there. That’s all I have to say about it.

This location has a fantastic team. We maintain three cars here - tires, alignment, lights, suspension, brakes. Everyone is knowledgeable, and when things are not quite right they listen, adjust and make it right. The lifetime alignment is a must-do. Overall, highly recommended.

During a tire rotation & state inspection, the mechanic said I needed shocks on my Volvo and that is why my tires were wearing down (which were only 1 yrs old). Of course, I was pissed and in disbelief. So, I got a 2nd opinion and my shocks were fine. I just bought cheap tires from firestone and unfortunately for my type of Volvo, better tires were needed. Oh well, those crooks just lost a lot of business. I wouldnt trust anything that comes out of the shop after my experience. And there our 1000x better places to buy tires from!Posting 2 photos of invoices. 1st from my first tire rotation on 1/29/16 where there were many recommendations including: shocks and struts. And then the invoice (on 8/26/16) from my state inspection & tire rotation which I declined & just asked the douchebags to just pull my car down and let me leave. Also, there werent any recommendations on the 8/26/16 paperwork? Wouldnt the same recommendations from 1/29/16 apply to 8/26/16?!? Hmmm...shady business practices?? You decided.And then my 2nd photo got removed? Not sure if that was Firestones doing, but google freaking sucks too b/c I cant figure out whom to contact about my picture being removed. Ok. As fate would have it, I show up at 7AM for my appointment, and there is no appointment. To top it off, the person who specializes (per se) in my vehicle doesnt get there until 8AM, so I waited an hour for nothing. It was also conveyed to me the manager Miles, does this all the time. He will speak to you over the phone and forget to make your appointment.Nevertheless, most of the people there came across as friendly, accept the guy checking you in -- HE WAS VERY COLD AND KINDA STANDOFFISH. I did like the fact they are practicing social distancing (due to COVID19) as the Governor ordered, and you cant sit inside and wait without a mask.The light situation with my car was not resolved, and I really feel I would have been better off going to BMW for a their diagnosis. when you have these kinda cars you really just need to lick your wounds ans go to the dealer. The oil change I got was a good rate. So to summarize, everything went ok, accept my needlessly having to wait there an extra hour. Time is money folks!Im giving an advanced review based on my interaction with the employee who answered the phone the other day. I own a BMW, and these cars are exceedingly needy. So, being an owner, and if your car in not under warranty, you have to be careful where you go. The guy who helped me over the phone (I believe his name was Mike or Miles but not sure), was very patient with my questions, and he encouraged me to bring in my car this Friday (5/29), for them to check it out. I liked his approach. So I will be getting an oil change, and they will be looking at my lights to determine why one side of them are not working. Im not expecting a miracle with these lights, but the employee encouraged me to bring in the car bc another employee there specializes in BMWs. I already know the oil change will be cheaper than BMW at Southpoint, and we will see what happens with the lights. Cheaper can be good but not always, and I like nice people where I spend my money. I am looking for professional, kind, courteous service. Hopefully, I will not have to change my review. Stay tuned.

I went for an inspection but the technician spotted irregular tire wear. Justin patiently showed me what they had observed so I got an alignment. They thought the toe was not correct and they were right: all four tires. They also finished quickly despite a roomful of people waiting. I was happy with my experience and will return.

Mr. Mike Cato of Firestone Auto Care at 4126 University Dr Durham helped me over the phone in such a professional and decent manner that I just had to write my first review of my life.So, my mom changed the oil on her 2015 Camry at a jiffy lube, but only after 4 days the maintenance required light came back on. This specific light is not a check engine light and only comes on when the car has reached a period when the oil needs to be changed. Of course moms being moms, she didnt remember or keep any of the papers after the oil change. But I knew that the jiffy lube technicians did change the oil because I checked the stick and there was definitely fresh and full oil in the Camry. So while, dropping off my mom at work at Chapel Hill University, I drove over to Mr. Tire of Chapel Hill on Fordham Blvd. Those Mr. Tire con-artists tried to charge me $120 just to plug in a machine to diagnose the light when that wasnt what I needed. I then when outside and called another auto shop in Chapel Hill and asked how much would it be to just turn off the maintenance required light. The other chapel hill shop quoted $70. Like, what the heck? So summoning some little remaining energy I call Firestone on 4126 Uni Dr and voila, Mr. Mike Cato picks up the phone and I explain him my story. He then tells me that if I just want the to reset the oil change light, I could do it myself. He calmly explains me the instructions and voila, the light is gone.After explaining my whole story of distress to Mr. Cato, he listened patiently and finally explained me that the jiffy lube team improperly turned off the maintenance required light after the oil change.So thank you Mr. Cato, you really helped me in my distress when other shops were just trying to rip me off. Youve won my trust and my future business!

Son-in-laws Chevy pick-up threw a left front wheel bearing on our way back to Ohio after being at the Outer Banks for a destination wedding for the last week. We made it to the Firestone store in Durham, NC they went out of their way to fix his truck and we where back in the road in 45 minutes. Even tho I was late for my appointment, it took them no time to do the oil change but I sat there waiting an hour just for some wiper blades to be delivered that no one told me they were waiting on and only until I got fed up with waiting and decided I didnt want to wait anymore the manager or associate made someone go across the street to a advance auto to go get the wiper blades. Not only after waiting 2 hours for a lil change and windshield wiper blades I got into my car to find that the associate who worked on my car actually stole my weed out of my car from the passenger side door which means the associate on purpose search my car and went into my grinder and stole from me I will never return to the business again

I just had an oil change and inspection package. This is my first time to go there. When I picked up my car, the door, the driving wheels, the shift handle and the reports were dirty and oily. Those things I can withstand. The thing that most disappointing is that my air conditioner for the two rear rows were not working properly after the service. They nearly blew any air out. I dont dare to bring my car back to them to get involved with more issues. Just to be cautious!

They were finished with my car a little sooner than I expected, but about when I had hoped it would be done! Its funny how last week the battery tested fine, but today they confirmed that it was a bit weak and needed to be replaced. The bad news was that it was more expensive than I expected, but the good news was that the battery life of the battery I had was prorated, so I got a little bit of a discount there.I was hoping for a military discount on top of that, but they said they couldnt do that, because that would make it a double discount. Normally there is a military discount for parts and service here, and I would recommend having a military ID or veteran ID of some sort available as proof of service.

Their customer service is good but they gave us an outrageous quote on work that needed to be done on our car....they quoted us more than $2,400 but we wanted a second opinion and went to Glenn Tire (great prices and actually HONEST people!) where they told us we only needed about $250 of work done.Weve been to the Firestone on North Duke St. and they are much better. They actually fixed some of the mistakes the Univ. Dr. Firestone made!

I had my car in to have the brakes replaced last Saturday. As I was driving home in the evening, after they closed, I could hear and feel something was wrong. I brought it back in Sunday morning, and we found that the mechanic who worked on it had made a mistake and a bolt had fallen out.Justin and his manager took full responsibility immediately, and worked diligently to fix the mistake. It took some time and effort to find a replacement part, but it was clear they took the mistake very seriously. They agreed to reimburse me for a rental car for the extra day, did a few additional minor repairs for free, and also gave me a partial rebate on the brake work.While obviously the initial error is a black mark, I was pleased with the honesty, integrity and diligence of the staff. I can’t give them five stars because the mistake was theirs to begin with. But the follow-up was exactly what it should be.

Whatever you do if you go there or to any Firestone DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE FIRESTONE CREDIT CARD!!! It is the biggest scam in the world. They tell you it how wonderful the card is its free to have and free to sign up.. sounds great except for the 22.8 % interest rate that is applied to all purchases under $250. They tell you there is a 6 month free interest period but forget to mention the $250 detail until after you have gotten you bill and wonder why there is some much interest!! Every single time Ive ever been there my car is at least an hour to and hour and a half late. Ive had to go back in TWICE because there where greasy fingerprints on the armrest and steering wheel. Plus they on multiple occasions recommend work that has is not needed because they themselves did the work a few months prior. If I didnt keep all the records of work done they would have hit me for $1500 worth of service that was already done BY THEM!! Oh yeah and sadly enough I found out that this location is the corporate headquarters for the central area of North Carolina. I will never go to another Firestone, Tires Plus or any company associated with them and neither should you.

It was towards the end of the day and my car needed the head light changed, I decided to bring my car to Firestone Complete Auto Care at South Square Mall and received the most excellent customer service by this two men : Mr Terrell Upfront and by Mr Neriz ! Great job you two demonstrated that you care for the work to be done on my car needed to be done disputes of the time of the day even when other co-workers of you did not seem to care and were talking about telling me to get the work done the next day. I do appreciate people like you two guys that go above and beyond customer service!!! Once again thank you guys for the outstanding customer service and the prompt attention to my car needs!!!! Both of our vehicles have been worked on and serviced at Firestone for many years now. I am a long term customer and they have taken really good care of our vehicles and their prices are fair with the coupons. Lately, they have been aggressive with selling services that our cars do not really need. Its also frustrating that after changing the oil, they place a sticker on the windshield that states to return after 3000 miles when the manufacturer recommends an oil change every 5000 miles.

I had used firestone for years when I lived in NY state. Moved to Durham and had a completely different experience at this shop. Overcharged originally and had to fight for correct charge. Staff in the show room were not knowledgeable on the day I was there. Issue with my car was significantly worse when I went to pick it up and of course the mechanic denied this. I have had great experiences at other Firestone shops but not this one. Do not recommend to anyone.

Everyone here was very nice. I was in the middle of an Atlanta-DC road trip with my 80 lb. dog when I spotted a screw in my tire. The guys here promised theyd get me patched up quickly. I was pretty frazzled, as was my dog. They let me bring him into the waiting room, which I appreciated because it was 80+ degrees outside, and even though he was over-excited and getting hair everywhere, they didnt make me feel like I wasnt welcome. As it turned out, the screw didnt puncture the tire, it was just stuck in the tread. The mechanic checked the air pressure in all four tires for me and let me go with no cost. Thanks for helping my trip go smoothly!

Have bought several tires and had services here over the years. They are a bit overpriced, but mostly honest. Only bad thing I have to say is that you should NOT have your state inspection done here. I had a slow leak in my power steering box and they refused to certify on that basis, clearly hoping to lasso me into a service job (way overpriced!). I went down the street, got a certification, kept watch on my power steering fluid, and considered it a $35.00 lesson about pushy salespeople. Other than that, they are pretty good.Thanks for the reply below. Should not be that hard for Firestone to pull up my account info, and see the one and only inspection I had there, and go from there. Love the amazing staff here. They are knowledgeable about cars, will talk to you and show you any needed repairs, and the place is always clean. They are very courteous and dont talk down to you about repairs because you are a woman.

Ive read through a lot of negative reviews here and dont really know what to say. Ive never had a negative experience here with both of our vehicles. Eddie and Chris and Travis have been nothing but polite and kind with me. Also, it sounds like a few people who have written dont really know much about cars? For instance, the gentleman who complained that Firestone lied to them about needing an alignment after new struts/shocks...YES, you definitely need to perform an alignment after a suspension change. This is actually quite important. And the other gentleman who stated that Firestone charged them $30 for the state inspection when they should have just SEEN the window tint and not accepted the vehicle. Well, if the tint was ridiculously dark then yes, but in North Carolina 35% tint is allowed and the human cant just eyeball 35%. A machine is used to measure light transmittance through the window and actually, all mechanics charge an extra $10 for this part of the state inspection so Firestone was actually being nice to you for not charging you that.Anyway, I take my cars here for the basic stuff - oil changes, coolant flushes, brake fluid change, etc. and Ive never had any problems, other than perhaps longer than average wait times. But I can live with that since the work seems to be done right. So as with all things, your mileage may vary.

I made an appointment to ride a headlight and taillight. Plus repressurize the tires ( due to cold weather the TPMS light came on). Told it would be about an hour, took only about half an hour. Done! Good price, great service.

If able I would give 0 stars. This location and Firestone in general have terrible communication and customer service. More problems went into the car than what I originally took It there for. Not only that, I had to come back for them to attempt to fix the issue. They lied to me about having too much sludge so they could not do my oil change, in which I had to go and spend unnecessary money for a diagnostic from the dealership just for them to tell me that I did not have sludge build up and I was able to get an oil change. I spoke with corporate in which I had to keep calling multiple times just to get a response, the district manager did not even call like he was supposed to and they continued to refer me to the area manager who did not help at all. If I could receive a full refund I would, I spent 1000 to get my car fixed and had to spend more than half of that extra just because of their allegations. I will never return to a Firestone again.

Terrible communication and service. I came in for an oil change which normally requires 15-30 minutes. I was never told by any employee how long I was expected to wait. During my wait time, the gentleman who “took care” of me managed to exit his shift for 30 minutes to pick up some fast food. TWO HOURS LATER, my car is pulled around. I angrily told them that I had missed 3 other appointments because of the lack of communication about the time I would have to wait for an OIL CHANGE! They argue back that the wait time is on “my receipt” which was never given to me throughout my time there. Thanks for nothing and it’s no wonder Jiffy Lube is putting an establishment like yours out of business. I will not be returning anytime soon.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SORT OF CAR SERVICE!! I brought my car here for the basic NC safety and inspection that is required every year for the NC registration. My car is 7 years old and has about 50,000 miles on it. They told me my car failed the inspection because of power steering and it would cost about 1000 dollars to fix it. They said they can fix it today if I give them 3 hours. I told them I wanted to take my car and check it elsewhere and they told me several times that is fine but make sure I come back to them for the inspections check so I wont have to pay the $30 fee again.The next week I took my car to the Toyota dealership in Durham and they said my car passed without any problems. I specifically asked them if the power steering looked fine and they said absolutely no problems. Plus the power steering feels fine and I get my car serviced at Toyota for every 5000 miles and theyve never mentioned any problems with it before.

So we bought a Nisson with tinted windows. We took off all the back window after purchase and left the back because it is almost impossible to remove with the rear defrost. We have had the car inspected 5 times since then with no problems. These yahoos can see the tint when they walk up to the car and could have easily just said hey we cant pass this. Instead they go through the process and then fail the car and charge my daughter the $30. I can understand it if they had to pull the car in and actually did something but they knew as soon as they saw the car. We took the car back to the place that inspected it and it passed no problem. Firestone you suck. I wouldnt let my daughter bring anything back to you ever. I hope you choke on the $30 you took from pour college kids.

Well sadly they haven’t improved their customer service on time delivery! I dropped off the car ( at 12 aprox.) and their estimated completion time was at 3 pm so figured enough time to wonder around Durham downtown... long story short, they finished the work 2 hours later... what a waste of our time, they should be honest and tell you upfront what the real schedule is! Never coming back!

I came in for an oil change and state inspection in Firestone was able to handle this without an appointment. It did take a little bit of time but that was 6 expected since I came in late in the evening. I dont need tires for another twenty or thirty thousand miles but I will try them out next time Im in need of new tires.

****PSA**** if you have a foreign vehicle DO NOT take it to these people. Hell or any Firestone for that matter. They might be good to change your tires but that about it! These folks get a five-star review from me for customer service above and beyond. I pulled in on a Sunday morning with my car making a horrible flapping noise that I thought was a tire going flat since my low-tire signal was on. The front desk guy came out to look at it and found that a piece of my front bumper had come loose and was dragging on the ground. He laid down on the concrete and spent five minutes securing it and then checked the air in my tires and filled the one that was low. Im not one of their regular customers and didnt buy my tires there but they took care of me. I just might go back there for tires from now on.

I had a very long experience with the University dr location. I promptly walked into the doors at 7:15 am for an oil change & state inspection. Waiting 6 hrs later due to this location taking appointments before servicing walk-ins. I left feeling beyond tired of just the wait & then thinking to myself that the service wasnt good enough for me to waste my time nor money. I would not mind paying for a car dealership oil change. This is not at all an experience i would like anyone else to find out about.

I went here because I had coupons for an oil change before i went on a road trip but Im not sure Id go again. The staff seemed nice and the job was done quickly but I dont appreciate the scare tactics to squeeze more money just for being female. The guy insisted that there were a few things urgently wrong with my car and that they really needed to be done and I should really consider not driving unless they fixed them that day at an outrageous price. My friend owns the dealership where i bought the car and when i brought the list to him he laughed. Almost everything that was on there was at an optional and not urgent stage (he cited 6-9 months for them) and one of the things he had never even heard of anyone getting unless there was a previously described problem. Overall I was ok with my experience but I would beware of any of their suggestions or going in there without a clear idea of what you want.

My daughter had her car towed to Firestone South Square yesterday 8/14/17. They claimed that the problem was an airflow sensor and her battery by my understanding, but Im pretty sure her battery was ok as it was turning over just fine when I was with her trying to start it. The cost of repairs were 600 + which she applied to a credit card that they pitch as she does not make much money and struggles to make ends meet.She only lives about a mile from there and I guess that they fixed it well enough that she could get it home.I looked at my phone this morning 8/15/17 and in a series of texts from 6:30am - the time she is supposed to be at work - I see that her car is inoperable and doing exactly what it was doing before being towed there yesterday. I wish I had read some of these reviews before recommending this place based on proximity. Im very interested to see what they might propose to make this right? Maybe more on the credit card added to a completely ineffectual fix ? Stay away from this place! IMO their methods are predatory and dishonest!

Stay away from this location. I read reviews about them but ignored them and I was very disappointed. I had an appointment for wheel balancing which is an easy job ...dropped off the car at 12pm as per my appointment and it was 30 minutes job, but since I was working we agreed it should be ready at 4pm ...I came back at 430 more than 4 and a half hrs later but my car was still parked where I left it, nothing had been done. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

Big disappointment! They didnt put enough oil in my 79 k miles car and never once indicated any leaks. Now I have a $4,000 bill for a new engine and they arent helping pay for it. Dont use this shop!!! I even paid for a diagnosis for the check engine light and all they did was turn it off and tell me not to worry about it. Sad. I now have four cars and my entire family and their cars will NEVER be in a firestone.

There were two vehicles make and model just alike that were brought in at tthe same time. So when I received my initial quote of the issue I was given the information for the other car but Miles Cotillier, Jr caught the error and personally walked through searching the issue and ensuring that my issues were correctly identified and properly addressed.He made sure that all of the issues were resolved in a timely fashion. It was because of him that tge mix up was identified and quickly resolved before any work was done on either car. I even called and added on additional items for him to check and he did them with a smile. Miles Cotillier Jr provided excellent superior customer service and support. He went above and beyond. He is the epitome of customer satisfaction at its best. He was extremely helpful. Him, the technician and Sales agent took the time to thoroughly explain my issues, show me visual aids, to help make sure I had a good understanding and showed me the worn out dysfunctional parts in the process. He is a great leader. Mr Cotillier and his team work very well together servicing our needs.

The only reason I gave it a star is because thats the only way It would allow me to write a review. I went in to this location to get a state inspection. The people are friendly and the service was fast but, that is all they have going for them. My vehicle needed windshield wiper blades in order to pass inspection. I was told by one person that my total amount due was $41.00. When I got to the register it ended up being $75.07. I asked her how was it $75.07 when I was just told $41.00 and she said its because they had to replace both of them... WHAT? Ok, whatever. On my way straight home(about 9 mins away) my brakes made a clicking sound and wouldnt catch right away. I called back and of course they said, Ms. Harrington if you bring the car back we will check your brakes for free. Yeah right, I know you will Eddie so that you can tell me that something is wrong with my brakes and overcharge me to fix them. Thanks but, no thanks. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, I will never give you a chance to fool me again. Its Sad, mechanics like doctors should be trustworthy. We put our lives in your hands when we entrust you with our vehicles...:-(
