My experiences here are always nice. I didnt shop on this visit.

Service is worse than the dmv, They are hard to contact and don’t always get books before classes start. You would think the schools own bookstore could manage getting their course materials in time.

Ordered a book online and payed $15 for 2 day shipping as I needed it for the first day of class. After receiving an email from them that it had shipped, I then called 3 days later since it had not arrived, learning they had never actually shipped my book.

The telephone is never answered. Messages are not responded to by email or voicemail. Staff will say anything to brush you off if you are in the bookstore. Ordering online is joke, because there is not a timeline on when you will receive your merchandise. I would give 0 stars if Google allowed it.

Its a bookstore you need to go to if youre going to Durham tech, but the people who work there are disinterested and everything is overpriced. Also books sold as New with the New price are sometimes just Used.
