If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Terrible place to do business. I agree with the other reviewers. If you are running a Mom & Pop shop, this is NOT the place you want to do business. The sales reps are terrible. They do not come out on the regular like they are PAID to do and when you try to reach out to them, it takes them hours...sometimes DAYS to return your call/text. Lets not even mention the atrocity they have as a receptionist/security guard at the Durham NC location. AND she claims to be a minister. I cant imagine what church in their right minds would have her in their pulpit! The way I have observed her speak to some of the customers is awful! Remember those same customers are keeping you off welfare!! Durham really needs another major distributor as I would definitely take my business there! Now I can see why theyve had so many front desk personnel to come and go.

I have revised my former statement, its only fair that I hear from the Harris family first. I stand by my statement that Harris has thrown the Mom and Pop operations to the curb. We help build the empire, we deserve respect. I understand its a big box world.

Harris Inc. has a large selection of products, from Budweiser, Monster Energy, bottled H2O, bottled wine, natural sodas and much, much, more. You would be hard pressed to find a distributor with a better selection. The facilities are always clean; the temperature controls are state of the art, ensuring the consumer always gets a quality product.If this wasn’t enough, the place is run by a Local mom & pop. The owner is a family man who is community minded. The company is run like a family versus a huge conglomerate.Harris Inc. is THE go-to place for all your beverage needs!!! Support your Local Bud Man!!!

I have had many business interactions with Harris during recent years. This team is always a pleasure to work with.

I had an account with them and I felt like I was discarded because I didnt buy that much (I am a small and local restaurant) I never heard from my rep for new beers, I actually had to reach put to the local brewers to see what they were offering (new products). Then when I finally had a handle on the rep and I put in my order for friday, she said that my delivery date was on Tuesday. I told her that was fine then. When Tuesday came nothing came. I called her but then she said that she would check on it with her manager. She called me back saying that the truck had been set to deliver on Monday( but as it happens I close on Mondays) I told her about it and her reply was we can not change the delivery date!! I was so upset because I understand when mistakes happen, but she never offered to get the beer that I needed for that week. Other than the service I was very pleased with the beer selections and my previous rep before such person gave me and my company such horrible service!!!
