It hurts me to write this as I love the furniture here. Pottery Barn is selling more items than they can produce and giving very short unrealistic order fulfillment wait times. Initially they will say 2 weeks *whatever the initial wait time is*, but then it will get pushed back another 2 weeks, and another and another. I just cancelled my order that is 1/2 fulfilled while I wait on one key element that is needed to complete the set and make it functional. It is so disappointing. Ive been waiting on 1 key element for almost 3 months. All customer service can do is apologize for the delays. Im tired of waiting. Im also afraid to order anything from Pottery Barn since they seem to be purposefully deceitful on the wait times.

We ordered our desk in August and were told it would arrive by early September. We ordered a Whitney Double Lateral File at the same time. We still had not received communication by mid-October after watching the order consistently stating that it was waiting on other parts. Finally we talked with someone from customer service and they started to communicate a delivery mid-Nov. They arrived with only the Lateral File and NOT the desk (main piece of our purchase). We call and they have the delivery scheduled a week later. Today we received one third of our desk after waiting 3 months to receive our order. Now it might be Christmas before we actually receive our order. Customer service has been horrible, no one takes ownership or has accurate information. I’ve been so disappointed with our Pottery Barn experience.

Wonderful selection of interior design elements including wall decors, furniture, candles, pillows, and outdoor decor as well. Pottery Barn has an unmatched selection of things you need, and may not know you need, for your home or office. The prices are a little high compared to Target or Walmart, but the quality of their products is impeccable. Customer service is also top notch, as an associate asked me if I needed help as soon as I walked into the store. Very attentive and polite!

We ordered 7 chairs to pair with our new dining room table. The arrived about two months later at the time predicted. They are beautiful, well constructed, comfortable and are perfect for our space and use. Delivery was efficient and professional. I am very pleased with this experience and the outcome.

After ordering an item from the store and having it shipped to me tried to contact customer service after returning the item only to find out that I should’ve returned it to the store trying to get a refund store clerk told me that it was not on them to refund my money it was on customer service to refund my money even though I ordered it with them? Now I have to go to the bank to get my money back! Store clerk was super rude to me no help at all customer service was a better help even though I still have to go through my bank they help me track down what was going on

Me and my wife just bought a very expensive table from this store. We got a email that the table was on backorder and will be shipped to us 2 months later after we purchased it. I tried to get in touch with the manger and he said theres nothing they can do. If we new that it was 2 months out we would have picked something else worst communication in the sales. Well take my business elsewhere. After this happens.

This review is for Pottery Barns return policy during the COVID-19 pandemic. PBs products are generally very high quality so I have no complaints there; however, I recently purchased a duvet cover and pillow sham set which didnt appear the same in person as they did in photos. My local store was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions when I wanted to return the items so mail was my only option. It took PB over a month after receiving my return to refund my money, and the refund was botched as a portion inexplicably went to a gift card when the entire amount should have been to my original payment method. But the bigger issue is that PB is refusing to refund shipping fees, when I had no option to return the items in person. This is unacceptable and not the level of customer service Id expect from Pottery Barn.

2 Months after ordering and 3 delivery attempts where they turned up with broken parts, furniture piece or hardware missing, we are now scheduled to return the entire furniture order (well the pieces they delivered). The biggest failure though was trying to find someone to talk to; mostly voice mail and then no return call - just not acceptable when the delivery team leaves no bed and then later a part assembled bed, unusable in the bedroom for over a month with no update.

We walked into the store to start a wedding registry. After waiting in line for 10 minutes patiently, we were never acknowledged by any associates. After asking, we finally decided we didn’t want others to deal with the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Once we were helped for a mere 60 seconds, the associate said I must go back to other clients. We were trying to give you business but decided to go elsewhere and were treated hands down better. Please seek elsewhere .

We have been customers of Pretty Barn for years, but lately their supply and delivery times have been terrible. Ordered a table in January that was back ordered until March. Not ideal, but ok. March became April, then May, then June, and now July. We are at the point where we dont think that it will ever happen. This isnt the 80s or 90s. If a company cant fill orders then another one will. If this wasnt something that we were exactly looking for then we would have cancelled, but now they tell us that if we cancel we lose our Pottery Barn reward money that we used towards the purchase. Its not just this purchase either. Our last two purchase have been pushed back from the original date. They should be able to do better. Im trying to be patient but dont want to go through this again and will look elsewhere for furniture.

Nice quality furniture, but the delivery process needs work. Ive been shopping here regularly over the past few months to furnish my new house and it seems like half of the items are on back order and nobody calls or notifies you in any way to give updates. It is very frustrating. What I have received so far, are solidly constructed furniture and other home items. Cheaper prices in general than Crate & Barrel, and I tend to like PB furniture a little bit better overall. Just my opinion.

We love pottery barn @ Southpoint. This is not the largest potterybarn but the mall does have Pottery Barn Kids Pottery Barn Teen and also this potterybarn so it might actually be one of the best places to shop a potterybarn. I probably would have left 5 stars but I have to say the customer service can be a hit or miss meaning you might get lucky and get someone absolutely amazing. But I seem to not have the best of luck when it comes to customer service. It just seems like sometimes Im troubling them or they are agitated by having to help me I dont know I cant exactly say for sure that Im right about this. Im leaving it here in my review in case someone else reads this and has a similar experience maybe they can follow up with their own review.
