I’m a pediatrician just looking for the best bed for my back. The employees at this store were efficient, honest, patient, thorough, knowledgeable and most importantly they considered all of my values a priority. First off, I came in desperately looking for a mattress that would fit my needs and my budget. Darcy the store manager was the only one working this day and she diligently let me try out about 10 beds. There was multiple ways to pay and she made sure we were successfully signed up with synchrony! We left the store eager to weigh our options!! Then we came back in to meet Daniel, who completed our consultation and reconfirmed that we found the mattress we love! Better yet, he even gave me a huge discount for being a physician and essential worker!! My husband and I literally love Darcy and Daniel!! You got to check them out. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! THE BEST!!!

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. He was excited to share all of the science behind each product. We were looking for a specific price point to buy a mattress and box spring for our granddaughter and he gave us the best product for our money. He is a valuable asset for mattress warehouse. UPDATE: I got a call today that I was sold a mattress that they no longer carried! Had to go back over and try out new ones all over again. It was much busier and did not get to personalized treatment Id gotten before. All together very irritating and inconvenient.Shay was wonderful! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and wore a mask throughout the time I was there. She had me use this machine that you lie down on (looks like a two-sided mattress) and the computer takes a reading of your pressure points, etc. If you do this it qualifies you for free shipping! Then she showed me mattresses that the computer recommended as well as a couple of others just in case. You get a little cloth sheet that you put down on each mattress so you know its hygienic. I felt very comfortable trying out different positions on the mattress, even with Shay there. She made me feel right at home.I went in today because the fancy Purple mattress I bought just 2 years ago started to have dents and then the memory foam mattress I got off Amazon gave me the worst back pain of my life! The mattress hasnt even arrived yet, but I am SO EXCITED. My back pain is already so much better just from trying out the mattresses Shay showed me.

I had an overall fantastic experience here. The sleep match was very helpful in narrowing down mattress choices based on our sleep positions, pressure points, and lower back pain. Beyond that, our sales person, Paige, was extremely helpful in finding the exact mattress to suite our needs. Her bright personality made the experience even that much better. She and the manager gave us a very competitive price that was unrivaled by the other stores we visited. I will 100% recommend this Mattress Warehouse to my friends and family.

Horrible service, the store opened late. The least the Manager/Owner could have done is apologize for opening late. Instead he gave a lame excuse, and was rude to us about it. This guy Gary does not have any customer service skills. Stores like this do not deserve to make any money at all. I don’t see this store staying in business much longer with Gary running it. Stay away, absolutely RIDICULOUS . ZERO stars.Quick update, ended up going to Mattress by Appointment, literally around the corner. They have awesome customer service!!! Spent $2k and worth every penny. Don’t waste your money at Mattress Warehouse, at least not at this location.

Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with. We walked in the store and there was a customer that was being very unreasonable and extremely rude. Gary handled the situation so well, and continued to patiently explain everything even though the person continued to be rude.We told him what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we wanted and under budget! Great mattresses, great price, great service.

I have to say I was expecting to go in, lay on a few mattresses and pick something. This was a totally different experience. We did the sleep match and Gary was PHENOMENAL!! I would recommend anyone close to Durham looking for a mattress to go to Mattress Warehouse on Guess Road and ask for Gary.

Gary Dobbson is the sales person who helped us. He is extremely knowledgeable and transparent about the many available mattress options. He simplified the mattress shopping process in a way that narrowed down the best selections for our individual needs.

Garry was able to educate both my wife and I on how to use the analytical tools there to decide the right bed for us, rather than us just randomly selecting what we thought was the right bed. The experience was actually really fun and he was a huge help. The logistics and delivery teams were also on point and I was kept in constant communication throughout the entire process.

Dawn at Matress Warehouse was absolutely fantastic! She took care of us in a timely manner despite there already being a few customers ahead of us and she got us a fantastic deal on two mattresses. She even entertained our daughter to make sure we had the time (and peace) we needed to try all the mattresses she matched us with! She was super nice and made us feel right at home! We will definitely be recommending her to our friends and family!

Honestly have no idea who these people are talking about! Must be employees at a competitor’s store. Gary was fantastic. Funny, intelligent, responsive and helpful. Catered our order to exactly what we needed. Haven’t had our beds delivered yet but I’ll update when we do. Spent wayyyy too much money but got the last bed we’ll ever need (king split/split adjustable bases which is actually two twin xls)

Garry is the most knowledgeable, intelligent, educated, articulate and experienced sales person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my many years as a consumer. You need 10 of him. If you want to be fitted perfectly for what you are going to be sleeping on for the remainder of your adult life, you need to go see Garry,. Hands down there is no substitute. I offered him a job myself while i was there, he was that good. He is doctor recommended, just ask me or anybody else from the hospital or staff at Duke or UNC that has had the experience of working with him, and they will tell you he is the one you need to see. Up front, no games or gimmicks or tricks, just as honest about the sale, and the product, and the industry as you could hope for a person you are about to spend a lot of money with can be. I got my Tempurpedic on a great deal and i would do it over an infinite amount of times if he was leading me. Best sleep ever too.

We went in this weekend and Gary was eager to help. He had us try two mattresses and they were the most expensive. We asked him about a low profile bed platform because we have 3 dachshunds that sleep with us and they have bad backs. Gary told us that he could care less about our dogs that was only interested in helping humans. He would not tell us what the beds were made of. This guy is arrogant and full of himself. I do NOT recommend this location.

Great customer service at this location. The manager Gary really helped us with knowledge of the products and found the correct fits for our needs. He went out of his way and took the time for us to make our decision. I reccomend this location as you dont receive this kind of service in stores these days.

Absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever met. Gary got to the store 10 minutes before they open and didn’t open the door until 10 minutes after they are supposed to open. Stated that the system was down and could not open the door so we could look around while he felt with the system. Then proceed to argue with us that he could not let us in. Could not even say sorry that he was late opening the door or for the system being down

I brought a memory foam mat from this store my sales person was Garry and he was wonderful I felt he had my best interest and wasn’t just trying to sell me something great experiences I highly recommend this company if you’re trying sleep better...!

Very happy with our Tempur-Pedic mattress. Buying through Mattress Warehouse was a pleasant experience, courteous sales people and fast delivery.

Terrible experience. I bought a mattress that was on display for 99.99. The salesman stood there and we both agreed that was the mattress I was getting. I went to p/u my mattress a week later, and the one that was delivered was half as thick. They would not honor the mattress on display, and had to mail me a refund that I have not received yet. If you cant honor your word, then thats bad business and fradulent. STAY AWAY!!!

7 months later and I still dont have a working adjustable frame. Wrong mattress delivered. Then wrong from. Then a frame with missing parts. Have spent months chasing them down to try and get the problem fixed yet nobody even takes the time to call me back. Worst experience I have ever had buying anything. I basically gave them 2,000$ for nothing. BEWARE!Edit:. A year and a half later and I still havent had them come to fix my bed. I have called numerous times. Have called headquarters. The store. No luck. Stay away from this place.
