Helpful staff! I accidentally rated her a one star, be warned the star system goes right to left haha

Decent pharmacy, nothing fancy but you will find what you need. Pharmacy stuff, medical supplies, toiletries, beauty products, kitchen items, electronics, cleaning and household, office supplies, drinks, dry food, sweets and so on. The store looks little outdated to me.

I was at this store two weeks ago. I had purchased a product at the Newmarket store about an hour earlier. I needed to exchange it. I went to the Durham store, as its closer to my home. The older lady at the register took more than 30 minutes to complete the transaction. I had the receipt- she threw it away, and had to dog through the trash. She had no idea what she was doing, and was very rude. I just left the store without my intended purchase, becauwe of the same rude cashier.

Pharmacy techs are extremely rude.

You really have to watch what you get from the pharmacy: make sure its your prescription exactly. Its probably Rite Aids policy and not the fault o of this particular store, but I have had my medication switched from one brand to another without permission. In one case, the label said the substituted medication was generic for the actual medication I was prescribed - which was not actually true at all. It was a completely different medication (treating the same condition) but with different fillers, and it was also a name brand. The medication they substituted was actually the very one my doctor wanted me to go off. Someone picked it up for me and I had to go back and return it. But I have actually found the staff to be very pleasant (both pharmacy and counter/floor) but perhaps they treat some people better than others. There is one older woman who frequently works the front counter who is always cheerful and helpful and should probably get a raise.

Very dirty and unorganized store. I work close by and frequently go in the store, the isles are constantly packed with empty boxes & stock for shelves crowding the isles with no one around stocking shelves leaving trash and ladders in the way of merchandise and a danger to kids and any shopper. the staff always seem like helping people is an inconvenience to them. I have been in the line 7 or 8 people deep and when the cashier ask for help she has been snapped at in talked down on and it is very disrespectful. I Never see anyone greet you or seem happy to help. Worst customer service and dirtiest Rite aid, for such a great town its a shame.

Well stocked and organized. Plenty of free parking. Cramped aisles and often long lines both at pharmacy and front register.

This place is full of a bunch of absolute morons, terrible service from pharmacy. they should hurry up and fire everyone behind that counter and replace them with robots because lord knows thats their sub-in soon
