Insurance wanted to total my s5 over a failed sport differential when the dealership quoted $8000 for a new one.. I was recommended to try out lifetime and they got me a used one with warranty for a little over $300, thus saving my car.. I also needed a new drivers side fender, and they had multiple in stock already my paint color.. They sent me pictures of it on the car to insure quality of paint, pulled it same day, and I received it a state away in 24 hours 👌👌 extremely well packaged to protect it. Back in February I bought my 2008 Audi TT VR6 Manual, extremely hard to come by nowadays in good condition. Two Months later someone ran a stop sign and hit it on the driver’s side door/quarter. I spent months looking for a door for it at a reasonable price, they were all listing for $700+ in great condition. Lifetime Audi had not one, but THREE doors for this car in great condition at a FAIR and reasonable price of $500. I drove 4 and a half hours to pick it up after a super easy reservation of the part over the phone. These guys were so so nice and professional and after explaining my car’s situation they were even kind enough to custom cut a quarter panel for me and ship it for far less than any other salvage yard. The door is on the car already, everything is perfect with that and the quarter panel is to be installed soon and I will finally have my favorite car back to normal thanks to Lifetime Audi! I needed a rearview window for a 2009 Audi A4 Cabriolet. I called several places but Fabio at Lifetime Audi Parts was the most knowledgeable and had the part. There was a mistake in the part number I provided, but in spite of that, he swapped the mirrors and even paid the Fed Ex fee for the return. I would definitely do business with him in the future.

Purchased a $200.00 taillight that was advertised at a cost of $159.00, on the invoice there is a charge of $25.00 for tax, the invoice total amount states $184.00, then Lifetime Audi Parts decided to add an additional $10.00 for what I have no idea. Taillight is scuffed throughout the lens.Returned the taillight back to this company. Buyer be ware when it comes to this company adding additional charges after the order has been placed.

Fabio at Lifetime Audi Parts went the extra mile to provide superior customer service and turn a problem into a solution.The part I had ordered for my Audi was not functional (missing vital piece) when my shop attempted to make the repair. Most places would have just said either tough or send back for credit. However, Fabio took it upon himself to have every potential Audi in their yard searched to find a replacement (airbag clockspring - hard to match on my specific vehicle) which he then shipped out.My frustration transformed to admiration for his excellent customer service - I will check their availability (as apparently much larger than website or ebay store shows) first in the future due to his effort and excellent communication.

I got an engine main wiring harness from these guys and it turned out my model year came with 2 different part numbers depending on build date despite being the same car throughout the year.
