Ive used appliance center in the past. Over 10 years ago when remodeling, they were very helpful with selecting a range.I called recently to set up an appointment for 2 appliances. I was told by the sales person that dishwashers were hard to get these days and the wait time was about 3 months. Additionally, when asking about a non-standard range size, I was told that he didnt have anything in that size and unless I wanted a 48 inch, he wasnt sure if he would be able to help.In that this information was not helpful, I did not set up an appointment.Its very good, however; to see a local company thats doing so well that they can turn away business.

Excellent shopping experience. The staff is very professional and KNOW their products. They carry a large range of EXCELLENT brands. I have purchased several products from them over the last 38 years. I purchased a new refrigerator this week, excellent brand and the delivery staff was excellent too. The delivery staff was on schedule.

I had a great experience here purchasing a new washer. Cole, the sales associate, was a pleasure to work with and I was able to pick up the washer the day of purchase. This was a life saver because we ordered one from Lowes and waited 3 weeks for our delivery date only to be told the day of delivery that it was actually on backorder. The Appliance Center does require appointments to browse their showroom, so call ahead if you are in the market for an appliance. I would recommend this place if you want to avoid what we went through with Lowes.

It is interesting to me that on the purchase of a major appliance here you are not offered an extended warranty. They dont offer one because they dont believe in them. Also, I found better appliances than big box store, but still able to purchase the lower cost models as well as the once in a lifetime dream appliance you cant afford anyway.

Needs updating but had quality products.

They have all the appliances, but you need to go there with your contractor or kitchen designer. Really knowledgeable sales people, lots of options to look at in person.

Matthew has been so helpful. He did additional research on my behalf to make sure that my oven and cooktop would be compatible. He did side by side comparisons of different models. He also gave me terrific advice on hood selection. Couldnt be happier!

We liked the appliances we purchased here, however it has been impossible to find reliable or useful authorized repairmen or service providers, so that is the tradeoff. If you wont be around for the life of the appliance, this place is fine, but if the appliance is a long term investment for you, I would do your homework about authorized service providers in the area.

We have been very pleased with The Appliance Center. Dont assume that the big-box stores are cheaper. We did better here without any need to negotiate.

Went in to check out some washer and dryers. The guys working there seemed like they didnt even want to help us. They had an attitude and acted like I was interrupting them.
