If I could give a million stars, I would! The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful as well as creative when it comes to branching out and trying new delicious yet healthy drinks. My favorite shake is the peanut butter waffle and tea is currently the fun dip or gypsy. Check this place out when you can, you won’t regret it! Don’t forget to add aloe in your tea! 🥤💚

The girls are so sweet and know orders without having to ask! The shakes & teas are always consistent and measured correctly. Such a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable seating. The owner always makes sure everyone is taken care of. If I’m ever running behind, I can call ahead and order or have it delivered from the sister location, downtown Nutrition.

This is my fav spot I have found! When starting my journey into a healthier lifestyle, Uptown was more than happy to help me, PLUS I have done countless college assignments here! Super homey atmosphere, quick service, yummy drinks and insanely sweet people working within this location. If youre new to the area Uptown is one of the first places you should visit! (Ive been going here for a little over a year now!)I should add that this shop is ALWAYS clean!!!

I really love this health food shop, the nutritional drinks are really satisfying for a supplemental meal and very tasty and there are so many different flavors of teas for these hot days and add a lift off and get a jump start for your afternoon. They’re decor is very nice and comfortable and its always so clean, so make this your next stop you won’t be sorry

Walked in on lunch so was in a hurry and they served somebody who walked in after me before they asked what I wanted. Was also waiting to check out and they let somebody who called in an order pay first and they had just walked in while I was waiting. Server was rude and inattentive. Go to any of the other places before your day is ruined by the teenagers running the place.
