Seldom in my travels do I come across a business that completely blows me away. Cliftons furniture did just that. 10 feet into the store and we knew this is where we were going to buy our furniture. Tyler, the owner met us at the door and two hours later, we had purchased our new loveseat and recliner. Tyler made everything easy and I was completely comfortable with the entire process. There are many places to purchase furniture in our area, but this is the place where we will be coming back to for a long time.

Paid $3000+ for my couch. Couch came in late, we had to call to check on it because they never called us like they promised. Couch came in, it was the wrong configuration and no ottoman. Said they would call us when the ottoman came in, never did. Reconfigured our couch a bit to make it work. Later, we checked on our ottoman again, there was an updated shipping date, it was going to be late again and AGAIN they never called us. Also didnt call us once it actually came in... It took us essentially six months to get what we sort of paid for, never called when they said and the 3d modeling app did NOT do it justice. Decent quality products, just completely unimpressed with the service and follow up.
