I walked into the store with in mind how i wanted to get my hair done as it seem like for 3 weeks salons kept rescheduling i had no idea what i was looking for but the woman there was so nice an sweet she helped me with everything an answered all my questions truthfully she even put up with my husband an daughters antics lol amazing customer service

Bought a UV light that didnt work; they had another one in stock, so they replaced it with no questions asked. Friendly ladies and very helpful

BUYER BEWARE!Apparently Sally’s puts used & returned products back on their shelves and sell them. IDK why Wella and others don’t seal their products but they don’t and I bought toner and developer from Sally’s and it turns out the developer is actually cream hair dye! RED HAIR DYE!!

Have been trying to order curbside for a week now. Theyre either closed early, dont answer, and when they did answer the phone they said that they couldnt take my order because they were too busy!!! Back to the Arctic Fox website I go. Theyve never let me down!
