Craig at Napa in Durant was extremely helpful when my car battery died in the McDonalds parking lot as I was passing through on the way to go backpacking in the Ouachita Mountains of Oklahoma. Craig recommended Mud Monster Garage, who promptly showed up and jumped the car so I could drive to Napa. Craig went above and beyond expections to locate a battery since they were out of stock. He replaced the battery and tested the charging system to make sure there were no other issues.Within 30 minutes I went from being stuck in McDonalds parking lot to having a new battery and being back on the road.Hats off to Craig and Napa of Durant! Thank you very much!

Called ahead for availability of part. Yes we have it and it will be on the counter waiting for you. I got there and they have no knowledge of the conversation. They see that they took the call. Not one of these employees would acknowledge having talked to us. Pretty poor service. They are pitiful excuse for employees.

Sold me the wrong key fob. Should know what parts go with what model car.

I wasnt sure what was wrong but my brake lights wouldnt go off. I had a few ideas but wasnt positive. After seeing me outside the NAPA he started trying to figure out the problem he came outside & helped to figure it out. Had just what I needed. We got it fixed and were back in the road in 10-15 min.
