This place is awesome great customer service. The guys are super friendly. With out Rent 1st I wouldnt been able to build all over again with out paying a arm and a leg for it. Thank you Casey Tommy and Dylan and Eric.

I paid every time give few days I was told and messaged pay off. after I paid it off I was then told I had late fees to pay now at the very end. liked this place but for a mesly few dollars they lost future customer who actually paid for there stuff and this isn’t the first time I had a 90 days same as cash tv that I went in two months later and they refused to let me pay it off this has done it for me.

Do not do it!!! They took 2 payments and then argued with me. The manger there is totally unprofessional and told me good when I told him by taking another payment and not being able to reimburse me is putting me in a bind on feeding my children! This place is a joke and they are taking this stuff back pandemic or not!

Has a sign on the door that says MASKS REQUIRED however not a SINGLE employee had one on. Ummm no. Not going to require a paying customer to wear one but not wear one yourself.

I would never recommend this company to anyone nor would I ever return as a customer. Purchased a washer and dryer (those work great never had a problem) the problem comes from customer service...I once called in a payment and the manager casey read my entire credit card information aloud to the entire store and then got rude with Me when I asked him not to expose my information. Jett or jed then took over the call.

Use any of the other hundred rent to own franchises besides this one, they really TRIED to refuse payment for my last payment and take back their property because I had been late in the past and they had every right.

If i could leave zero stars I would, store could thrive with new management.
